Abstract
Description
gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1.The invention relates to an element of a drum-shaped shredding path
according to the preamble of
Generic elements are particularly in connection with grinding tracks known. In their circular arrangement these elements form the Surface of the grinding track on which the coarse feed material is converted into fine material becomes. The desired degree of fineness of the fine material is determined by the later one Intended use of the fines.
The degree of fineness is in addition to various factors, such as. B. the distance of the Beater wheel from the grinding surface or the cross-sectional formation of the Profiling mainly of the duration of the coarse goods in the area of Grinding path dependent. The length of stay includes the period from first encounter of the coarse material on the grinding track until it leaves the Grinding track.
The dwell time can be influenced by certain measures on the stick wheel are, for example, as detailed in DE 198 35 144 A1. she can also by the type of arrangement of the profiling on the Grinding path surface can be controlled. For this purpose it is known that Arrange profile strips in a V-shape on the grinding track surface. It depends on the profile strips open or close in the circumferential direction of the beater wheel, there are short or long dwell times of the feed material on the grinding track.
The goal when crushing the coarse material is always to obtain a maximum Proportion of pure fine material, d. H. the spread of the fineness in size and shape should be kept as small as possible.
In known devices, individual sections are profiled Surface with the interposition of unprofiled sections in Direction of rotation of the racket wheel arranged one after the other. The Influence of the profiling of a section in connection with the profiling of a following section on the material flow within the shredding path no consideration. So you can with existing shredding tracks observe that neither the profile strips, nor the ones in between Indentations of a section or element with those of a subsequent one Section are aligned. That means between the profiles of two neighboring ones Sections or elements is always a more or less pronounced Misalignment exists when operating such a shredder strongly fluctuating dwell times of the coarse material leads on the grinding track. A part of the coarse material traverses the grinding path profiles in a straight line in a short time, so that coarse-grained fine material is created. Another part meets at Walk through the grinding surface to the front of the profile strips below profiled sections, is repeatedly stopped and redirected so that due to the long residence times resulting from this, fines are reduced Diameter results.
The resulting large fluctuation range in size and shape when The resulting fine goods reduce their quality and can if necessary subsequent screening of the fines is necessary.
Against this background, the invention has for its object by the art the profiling of the elements forming the shredding path To control the fineness of the fine material and at the same time largely to produce pure, fine goods.
According to the invention, this object is achieved by an element with the features
of
Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen. Advantageous further developments result from the subclaims.
The basic idea of the invention is the individual profiled sections Crushing path to achieve a specific result To bring together and coordinate with each other. The aim is flow conditions as uniform as possible with regard to the material flow to create the grinding track, d. H. the path of the coarse material within the grinding track is not left to chance, but through constructive measures predetermined.
This allows the coarse goods to remain within the Control the shredding path and thus also its degree of fineness. About that In addition, there is largely pure and therefore high quality Fine goods that are used for further processing without further processing can be.
According to an advantageous embodiment, the length is the circumference of the
Shredding path forming side of the
According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the Length of the side of the profiled that forms the circumference of the shredding path Sections from 20 to 30 mm. With smaller dimensions of the sections increased their number accordingly. If the arrangement is offset Profiling subsequent sections results in a more frequent stopping and Redirecting the flow of material than with large elements, so that these Way significantly increases the length of stay of the coarse material. At the same time this also increases the number of transverse to the direction of rotation Edges that delimit the sections. These edges do a lot of the work Shredding work, so that with increasing the number of edges also Overall effectiveness of the shredding path is increased.
It is also advantageous to have several profiled sections including the to arrange intermediate unprofiled sections on an element. This is the desired arrangement and coordination of the profiling successive sections are already predefined and thus do not form any Error source more when assembling the elements. In connection with large Elements also reduce the assembly effort.
The arrangement of the profile strips at an angle to the in offers further advantages Direction of rotation arranged axis of symmetry of the elements from 25 to 45 °. Due to a more acute impact angle of the coarse material on the profile strips, the Impact energy and thus the wear of the elements is reduced. Also result due to the greater length of the profile strips greater dwell times of Coarse material within the grinding path, which results in a higher degree of fineness.
Another advantageous embodiment provides for the width of the profile strips training larger than that arranged between the profile strips Indentations. With a staggered arrangement of the profiling ensures that the entire proportion of coarse material between two profiled Sections stopped and redirected.
Further structural dimensions are more suitable in the subclaims called profiled surfaces of an element according to the invention, with which the desired fineness can be achieved.
