Abstract

Ein Überstromauslöser für Schutzschaltgeräte, insbesondere Leitungsschutzschalter oder Motorschutzschalter, mit elektromagnetischer und thermoelektrischer Auslösung, besteht zur Erhöhung der Eigensicherheit gegen höhere Ströme aus einem wärmeleitenden rohrförmigen und mit einer Spule 12 umwickelten Tragkörper 11, der ein Anschlagende 13 und ein gegenüberliegendes erweitertes Aufnahmeende 14 für die Anlage und die radiale Lagerung einer Bimetall-Schnappscheibe 15 mit mittiger Bohrung 31 aufweist, einem in dem Tragkörper 11 befestigten Kern 16 mit einer zentralen Bohrung 18, 19, einem in dem Tragkörper 11 zwischen dessen Anschlagende 13 und dem Kern 16 bewegbaren Anker 20, und aus einem Stößel 25, der sich durch die Bohrung 31 in der Schnappscheibe 15 und die Bohrung 18, 19 im Kern 16 in Richtung des Ankers 20 erstreckt, wobei der Stößel 26 thermoelektrisch mittels der Schnappscheibe 15 über eine Verdickung 27 und elektromagnetisch mittels des Ankers 20 über einen Stößel-Betätigungsorgan 26 ausrückbar ist, und wobei im betriebsbereiten Zustand der Abstand s zwischen Anker 20 und Kern 16 höchstens dem Schnapphub der Schnappscheibe 15 entspricht.
