Abstract

L'invention concerne une unité de conditionnement pour huile lubrifiante, à monter en particulier dans une automobile, comprenant un dispositif de filtrage pour l'huile lubrifiante, qui est pouvu d'un élément filtrant (3), exempt de métal et remplaçable, et d'une soupape de contournement de filtre (11), ainsi qu'un dispositif de refroidissement d'huile (2) monté dans le système de circulation de l'huile lubrifiante. Le dispositif de filtrage (3) comportant la soupape de contournement de filtre est monté sur le corps de base (1) de l'unité de conditionnement. Sur ledit corps de base (1) se trouve également le dispositif de refroidissement d'huile (2), un échangeur de chaleur (6) entre l'huile et un agent de refroidissement, et une autre soupape de contournement (16) destinée audit échangeur de chaleur (6).

Claims (5)

  1. Unité de conditionnement pour l'huile lubrifiante comportant:
    une disposition de filtre (3) pour l'huile lubrifiante avec un élément de filtre (8) échangeable et non métallique et avec une soupape de contournement , (11) pour le filtre d'élément (8) puis,
    Un refroidisseur d'huile (2) dans le circuit d'huile de l'huile lubrifiante, où
    La disposition (3) de filtre avec la valve (11) de dérivation est ajoutée au corps de base (1) de l'unité de conditionnement ; le corps de base (1) de l'unité de conditionnement étant une pièce moulée en aluminium et en matière plastique et lequel corps de base est pourvu de raccords et de canaux intérieurs destinés à guider l'huile lubrifiante et le réfrigérant ; une autre valve de dérivation (16) destinée à l'échangeur de chaleur (6) huile -réfrigérant, tant ajoutée, caractérisée en ce que,
    l'on ajouté un refroidisseur (2) et un échangeur de chaleur huile - réfrigérant (6) au corps de base (1) ; les canaux de raccordement étant conduit vers l'échangeur de chaleur pour l'huile lubrifiante et le réfrigérant par le corps de base (1).
  2. Unité de conditionnement selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que :
    le boítier de la disposition de filtre (3) est pourvu d'une vis de purge d'huile (13) en matière plastique.
  3. Unité de conditionnement selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que :

  4. Unité de conditionnement selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que la vis de purge d'huile (13) en matière plastique, comporte une douille à six pans creux (14) qui est dimensionné de manière à pouvoir tourner dans le vide lors d' un couple de rotation prédéterminé.
  5. Unité de conditionnement selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce :
