Die Lichtsensoren 6 arbeiten jeweils als Durchlichtsensoren und erfassen die Lichtstärke des das Werkstück durchdringenden Lichtstrahles, wobei der werkstückseitig äußerste Sensor 61 mit seinen Sender- und Empfängerteilen 81, 91 als Referenzsensor dient.
