  • the spring 51 bears down on the top area of the appendices 13; then, when it is fitted, it slides on one of the edges 131 ( Figure 5) of appendix 13, bending the appendices 13 inwards.
  • the edge 131 is destined to effect an interference that increases as the spring descends, thereby providing for low loads and simplified assembly operations.

Claims (2)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Abgabe hoher Dosierungen oder "Spender", abgedichtet in der geschlossenen wie auch in der geöffneten Position, vom Typ enthaltend einen Körper (1), welcher unten mit einem Saugrohr (2) und oben mit einer Ringmutter (3) zum Anbringen an einer Flasche verbunden ist, und der innen ein Kugelventil (4) sowie einen koaxial beweglichen und durch eine Feder (51) gespannten Schaft (5) aufweist, welcher von unten nach oben eine Metallkappe (50), einen Kolben (6), der sich im Inneren des genannten Körpers (1) verschiebt, um mit diesem zusammen eine Dosierkammer (53) zu bilden, enthält, und ausserhalb desselben eine Abgabetülle (7), die oben in den genannten Schaft (5) eingesetzt ist, enthält;
    wobei der Körper (1) nach unten zu dem genannten Kugelventil (4) hin verjüngt ist und somit die Verbindung mit dem genannten Dichtelement (8) erlaubt, um ein hermetisches Abdichten am Boden der genannten Dosierkammer (53) zu erhalten;
    wobei der Körper (1) oben einen Endabschnitt (15) mit einem L-förmigen Querschnitt aufweist, enthaltend eine nach oben gerichtete. Kante (150), die leicht nach aussen hervorsteht, und eine Durchmesserscheibe (151); wobei die genannte Kante (150) des Körpers (1) einer Lippe (30) der Ringmutter (3) zugewandt ist und die genannte Durchmesserscheibe (151) am oberen Teil der genannten Ringmutter (3) anliegt;
    wobei eine Betätigungshülse (9) gleitbar auf den genannten Schaft (5) aufgesetzt ist, versehen mit einer oberen ringförmigen Stulpe (90), die in einer ringförmigen Vertiefung (31) gehalten ist, die sich zwischen der genannten Lippe (30) der Ringmutter und der genannten Kante (150) des Körpers befindet, sowie mit einem mittleren Gewindeabschnitt (91), in der Lage, durch Verschrauben an einem Gegengewinde (70) der genannten Abgabetülle (7) befestigt zu werden;
    wobei der genannte Kolben (6) in der Lage ist, an dem genannten Schaft (5) zu gleiten und mit diesem zusammen beweglich ist entlang einem zylindrischen Abschnitt des Körpers (1) mit einer oberen Grenzposition, in welcher er an dem mantelförmigen unteren Ende der genannten Betätigungshülse (9) anliegt;
    wobei das genannte Kugelventil (4) längliche Ansätze (13) enthält, die elastisch verformbar sind, um die Kugel (4) im Inneren des genannten Körpers (1) und dicht an der Verbindung mit dem genannten Saugrohr (2) zu halten, und wobei die notwendige Verformung zum Halten der Kugel nach dem Zusammenbau durch die Feder (51) ausgeübt wird; wobei die Vorrichtung
       dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass
    an der Metallkappe (50) ein nicht integriertes Dichtungselement (8) angebracht ist, dessen unterer Abschnitt eine ovale Form hat und das an dem oberen Ende mit einem gebogenen Kragen (80) endet, und zwar mit einer ringförmigen Vertiefung, die zu dem Kugelventil (4) ausgerichtet ist;
    die Ringmutter (3) der Flasche vom Typ zum Aufschrauben oben eine kreisförmige Öffnung aufweist, die durch eine nach oben gerichtete Lippe (30) begrenzt wird;
    das genannte Kugelventil (4) längliche und elastisch verformbare Ansätze (13) enthält, und zwar zum Halten der Kugel (4) im Inneren des genannten Körpers (1) dicht an der Verbindung mit dem genannten Saugrohr (2), und die notwendige Verformung zum Halten der Kugel nach dem Zusammenbau durch die Feder (51) ausgeübt wird.
  2. Spender nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannte Durchmesserscheibe (150) des Endabschnittes (15) des Körpers unten mit Vorsprüngen (152, 153) versehen ist, die sich mit der Flaschenöffnung im Kontakt befinden.
