Abstract
Eine kontinuierliche Feinstahl- oder Drahtstraße, bei der hinter
dem Zwischenwalzabschnitt eine Fertigwalz- und eine Maßwalzeinheit
und vor, zwischen und hinter diesen Kühlstrecken und Temperaturausgleichstrecken
diesen nachgeordnete Walzgutsammeleinrichtungen
angeordnet sind.
Die Fertigwalzeinheit besteht hier aus zwei selbständigen Fertigwalzeinheiten
(5; 13). Von diesen ist die eine Fertigwalzeinheit
(13) in einer, hinter dem Zwischenwalzabschnitt (1) über eine Weiche
(2), von einer zweiten Walzlinie (W2) abgezweigten ersten Walzlinie
(W1) angeordnet. Diese weist hinter der Weiche (2) eine horizontale
Umführung (16) und eine, zwischen dieser, an der Fertigwalzeinheit
(13) vorbeilaufende Temperaturausgleichsstrecke (20) mit Kühlstrecke
(17), sowie eine weitere, an diese anschließende Umführung (18) auf.
Der Umführung (18) ist eine, vor der Fertigwalzeinheit (5) in die
zweite Walzlinie (W2) führende Weiche (19) nachgeordnet. Die andere
Fertigwalzeinheit (5) ist zusammen mit einer Maßwalzeinheit (6) in
der, parallel zu dieser ersten Walzlinie (W1) verlaufenden zweiten
Walzlinie (W2) angeordnet.
A continuous fine steel or wire mill, in which a finish-rolling unit and a sizing unit are arranged behind the intermediate rolling section and in front of, between and behind these cooling sections and temperature compensation sections are arranged downstream of the rolling stock collecting devices.
The finishing roller unit here consists of two independent finishing rollers (5; 13). Of these, the one finishing roll unit (13) is arranged in a first rolling line (W1) branched off from a second rolling line (W2) behind the intermediate rolling section (1) via a switch (2). This has a horizontal bypass (16) behind the switch (2) and a temperature compensation section (20) with cooling section (17) running past the finishing roller unit (13), as well as a further bypass (18) connected to this. The bypass (18) is followed by a switch (19) leading in front of the finish-rolling unit (5) into the second rolling line (W2). The other finishing roll unit (5) is arranged together with a sizing roll unit (6) in the second rolling line (W2) running parallel to this first rolling line (W1).
