Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schalterkombination aus zwei elektrischen Schaltern nach dem Oberbegriff des Hauptanspruchs. Der elektrische Kippschalter, der aus seiner Mittelstellung in zwei Kippstellungen verschwenkt werden kann und sich selbsttätig wieder in die Mittelstellung zurückstellt dient dazu, die einzelnen Funktionen des Tempomats anzusteuern. Befindet sich der elektrische Kippschalter in seiner Mittelstellung, wird der Status quo beibehalten. Das heißt, es wird entweder eine bestimmte vorher eingestellte Geschwindigkeit gefahren oder der Tempomat ist außer Betrieb. Das letztere, wenn durch Betätigung des Gasdrehgriffs, der Bremse oder der Kupplung des Fahrzeugs die Tempomatfunktion ausgeschaltet wurde. A switch combination according to claim 1, characterised in that the directions of motion of the actuating means (1) and of the additional actuating means (3) are at right angles to one another and the additional actuating means (3) of the sliding switch, in one out of two positions, at least partly positively surrounds the actuating means (1) of the toggle switch in its central position.
  3. A switch combination according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that a control lamp (2) is provided and is covered by the actuating means (3) of the sliding switch in one of its switched positions.
