Claims (13)
- Vorrichtung zur Höhen- und Schrägverstellung von Platten, insbesondere Arbeitsplatten, mit mindestens einer Konsole (12), die an einem Gestell angebracht werden kann und mindestens zwei vertikal unabhängig translatierbare Hubeinheiten aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf die Konsole (12) ein Deckel (13) aufgeschraubt ist, dass zwischen Konsole (12) und Deckel (13) eine Öffnung (123) ausgebildet ist, durch die die Konsole (12) durch Klemmung auf einem die Öffnung durchsetzenden Traversenprofil (16) des Gestells befestigt werden kann, dass die Hubeinheiten (14) in der Konsole (12) von Bohrungen (121) aufgenommen sind, und dass die Hubeinheiten (3) drehfest in die Bohrungen (121) eingesetzt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den Hubeinheiten (14) mindestens eine Nocke (24) ausgebildet ist, die in Schlitzen (122) der Konsole (12) geführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hubeinheiten (14) in der Konsole (12) auf geteilten Lagerscheiben (286, 287) abgestützt sind, die in ihrer Mitte ein Loch (285) aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Konsole (12) zwischen den Hubeinheiten (14) die Öffnung (123) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hubeinheiten (14) ein Tragelement (18) aufweisen, das in Form eines Bolzens ausgebildet ist und in einer Aufnahme (223) aufgenommen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Tragelement (18) rechtwinklig zur Längsmittellinie der Hubeinheit (14) und achsparallel zum Traversenprofil (16) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass je ein Bolzen (18) an seinem dem Hubelement (14) abgewandten Ende in einem Loch oder Langloch eines Plattentragrahmens geführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hubeinheiten (14) mit einem Maßstab (23) versehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede der Hubeinheiten eine Antriebsspindel (28) aufweist, die über eine zweigeteilte Lagerscheibe (286, 287) befestigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebsspindel (28) mit einer Gewindebohrung (282) und einem Außenmehrkant (281) versehen ist, der spindelseitig ein Stirnzahnrad (49) aufnimmt, das mit einem getriebeseitig angeordneten Stirnzahnrad (47) in Eingriff ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Getriebeaufnahme (40) eine vertikale Adapterwelle (46) indirekt geführt ist, deren eine Seite als Mitnahme-Mehrkant (462) für die Aufnahme des getriebeseitigen Stirnzahnrades (47) und deren andere Seite als Mitnahme-Fläche (461) für die Aufnahme eines vertikalen Kegelrads (41) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass von der Getriebeaufnahme (40) quer zu der Antriebsspindel (28) achsparallel zum Traversenprofil (16) eine Sechskanthohlwelle (44) geführt ist, die über ein horizontales Kegelrad (45) und eine Antriebswelle drehantreibbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hubeinheiten (14) mehrerer benachbarter Konsolen (12) über eine Synchronwelle und die Sechskanthohlwellen (44) des jeweiligen Getriebes verbindbar und synchronisierbar sind.
