The invention further provides one electrical connector with from the lead frame of the Invention or by the method described last molded contact elements ready.
Die Erfindung wird weiterhin lediglich
beispielhaft anhand der beiliegenden Zeichnungen
beschrieben.
elektrischen Leitern isolierter Adern bilden. Somit
Eingriff. The electrical shown in Figures 1 to 9
Der Körperabschnitt 16 läßt sich entfernbar an
dem Körperabschnitt 14 anbringen, und zwar durch
Schnappbefestigungen mit Teilen 66, 68, die an jedem
von diesen einstückig geformt sind. Die Teile 18, 20
des Körperabschnitts 14 schnappen gleichermaßen
zusammen, und zwar mit Hilfe von ineinandergreifenden
Schnappteilen 70, 72, insbesondere um einen internen
Hohlraum zu definieren, in dem vier elektrische
Kontaktelemente 32 aufgenommen werden.The
Die Kontaktteile 28 sind paarweise
ausgebildet, wobei von jedem Kontaktelement 32 zwei von
diesen definiert werden. Insbesondere sind die
Kontaktteile 28 jedes derartigen Paars, wie in Figur 5
gezeigt, an einem einzelnen Kontaktabschnitt 38 des
jeweiligen Kontaktelements 32 geformt. Jeder derartige
Abschnitt 38 enthält zusätzlich zu den beiden Teilen 28
einen unteren Teil 34, der jene zwei Kontaktteile 28
miteinander verbindet.The
Die Abschnitte 38 jedes Kontaktelements 32 sind
über Zwischenabschnitte 36 davon mit Seite an Seite
liegenden und im allgemeinen parallelen länglichen
Abschnitten 40 der Kontaktelemente verbunden.
Wesentliche Teile der länglichen Abschnitte 40
verlaufen allgemein in einer gemeinsamen Ebene, wobei
diese Ebene auch die Zwischenabschnitte 36 enthält. Die
länglichen Abschnitte 40 weisen allerdings nach oben
gewölbte Kontaktteile 42 auf, die in Richtung freier
Enden davon angeordnet sind.The
The
Mit Ausnahme der freien Endabschnitte der
Kontaktelemente 32, einschließlich den Teilen 42 davon,
und zwischen Pfosten 22 positionierten freiliegenden
Teile der Kontaktelemente werden die restlichen dieser
Elemente innerhalb des durch den Körperabschnitt 14
definierten inneren Hohlraums aufgenommen. Somit
With the exception of the free end sections of the
The
Two
Durch die obige Anordnung kann jedes
Kontaktelement mit zwei Adern verbunden werden, indem
diese Adern mit den jeweiligen Kontaktteilen 28 des
Kontaktelements in Eingriff gebracht werden. Durch die
V-förmige Konfiguration der Kontaktabschnitte 38 wird
für den Verbinder 10 eine einfache und kompakte
Anordnung ermöglicht. With the above arrangement, any
Contact element with two wires can be connected by
these wires with the
The
The special shape of the contact elements, like them
are available for their formation by
Forming
Kontaktelemente 32 bilden. It can be observed that the
begrenzt. The arrangement described is so far
particularly useful as the
