Description
Claims (42)
- Haus, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es wenigstens ein Grundmodul und wenigstens ein an das Grundmodul angebautes Zusatzmodul aufweist.
- Haus nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Grundmodul in mehreren standardisierten Größen, beispielsweise in zwei standardisierten Größen vorgesehen ist.
- Haus nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Grundmodule mit den Abmessungen 7 x 11,50 m, 7,50 x 11,50 m und 8 x 11,80 m vorgesehen sind.
- Haus nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Grundmodule mit den Abmessungen 8,60 x 8,60 m, 8,0 x 9,0 m, 8,0 x 10,0 m und 8,0 x 12,80 m vorgesehen sind.
- Haus nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Zusatzmodule vorgesehen sind, die als Wintergarten, Quer-giebel, Vordach und/oder Balkon ausgebildet sind.
- Haus nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Grundmodul mit wenigstens zwei verschiedenen Dachneigungen vorgesehen ist.
- Haus nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Grundmodul in den Dachneigungen 45°, 40°, 35° und 25° vorgesehen ist.
- Haus nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in jedem Grundmodul, das für ein mehrgeschossiges Haus bestimmt ist, eine das Erdgeschoß mit dem Obergeschoß verbindende Stiege vorgesehen ist.
- Haus nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Grundmodule mit unterschiedlichen Ausführungen/Anordnungen der Stiege vorgesehen sind.
- Haus nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Grundmodul für ein mehrgeschossiges Haus in Ausführungsformen mit unterschiedlicher Höhe des Kniestockes, beispielsweise 70 cm, 100 cm, 140 cm und 160 cm vorgesehen ist.
- Haus nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Grundmodul als Fertighaus oder in Mischbauweise Mauerwerk/Fertigteil vorgesehen ist.
- Haus nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zusatzmodule als Fertigteil oder in Mischbauweise Mauerwerk/Fertigteil vorgesehen sind.
- Haus nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Grundmodul und/oder das Zusatzmodul in Holzfertigbauweise ausgeführt ist.
- Haus nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Grundmodul und/oder das Zusatzmodul als Mischbauweise Mauer-werk/Holzfertigteil ausgebildet ist.
- Bauwerk, insbesondere Haus nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, gekennzeichnet durch neben und/oder übereinandergefügte Zellen als Module, die quaderförmig oder würfelförmig ausgebildet sind, durch die Kanten der Zellen bildenden Stäbe, und durch Boden-Wand- und Deckenelemente.
- Bauwerk nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stäbe aus Holz sind.
- Bauwerk nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stäbe aus Holz wenigstens aus zwei in Längsrichtung aneinanderliegenden Teilen bestehen.
- Bauwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wandelemente Abmessungen besitzen, die im wesentlichen den Abmessungen der Seitenflächen der Zellen entsprechen.
- Bauwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Außenwandelemente vorgesehen sind.
- Bauwerk nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in den Außenwandelementen Balkontüren und/oder Fenster und/oder Haustüren vorgesehen sind.
- Bauwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Innenwandelemente vorgesehen sind.
- Bauwerk nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Innenwandelemente mit Türen vorgesehen sind.
- Bauwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Wohnungstrennwände vorgesehen sind.
- Bauwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Elemente für Decken und Dach vorgesehen sind.
- Bauwerk nach Anspruch 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Elemente für Decke und/oder Dach aus Holz-Leimbindern zusam-mengessetzt sind.
- Bauwerk nach Anspruch 24 oder 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Decken- und Dachelemente aus nebeneinanderliegenden Holz-Leimbindern durch Nut-Feder-Verbindungen zusammengefügt sind.
- Bauwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 24 bis 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Längsschmalseiten der Decken- und Dachelemente mit Nuten und Federn ausgebildet sind.
- Bauwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß aneinandergrenzende Zellen gemeinsame Stäbe besitzen.
- Bauwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß aneinandergrenzende Zellen parallel zueinander angeordnete, nebeneinander liegende Stäbe besitzen.
- Bauwerk nach Anspruch 29, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen nebeneinanderliegenden Stäben elastische Einlagen, beispielsweise in Form von Stäben aus elastischem Werkstoff vorgesehen sind.
- Bauwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 30, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am unteren Ende von Stehern der Zellen Auflager aus elastischem Werkstoff angeordnet sind.
- Verfahren zur EDV-unterstützten Projektplanung und Projektabwicklung beim Bau eines Hauses, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Grundmodul nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, 6 bis 11 oder 13 bis 31 auf einem Bildschirm dargestellt wird, daß aus einem Datenspeicher wenigstens ein Zusatzmodul nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 5 oder 12 bis 31 ausgewählt wird, und daß dieses Zusatzmodul am Grundmodul und am Zusatzmodul vom Computerprogramm automatisch am Grundmodul angefügt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 32, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Grundmodul aus mehreren, in einem Datenspeicher gespeicherten Grundmodulen ausgewählt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 32 oder 33, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Grundmodul wenigstens ein weiteres Grundmodul an an beiden Grundmodulen vom Computerprogramm automatisch angefügt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 32 bis 34, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Grundmodul mehrere Zusatzmodule angefügt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 32 bis 35, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das nach einem Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 32 bis 35 entworfene Haus mit aus einer Datenbank abgeru-fenen Elementen, wie Fenster, Dachflächen, Esrichflächen, Gratlängen, Kehllängen, Isoliermaterial korrigiert bzw. ergänzt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 32 bis 36, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein nach dem Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 32 bis 36 entworfenes Haus in einem Datenspeicher gespeichert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 37, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß kundenspezifische Daten in Verbindung mit den gespeicherten Daten des Hauses in einem Datenspeicher gespeichert werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 32 bis 38, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Angebot an Hand von in einer Datenbank gespeicherten Preislisten der Module und Elemente erstellt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 32 bis 39, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Stücklisten an Hand der Module und Elemente EDV-unterstützt erstellt werden, welche an eine Lagerverwaltung weitergegeben werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 37 bis 40, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an Hand der gespeicherten Daten ein Terminplan für das Projekt erstellt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 37 bis 41, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die gespeicherten Daten an die Produktion weitergeleitet werden.
