Abstract

The road surface (11c) slopes gently towards a gutter (12) at the edge, covered with perforated plates (20). At intervals, drainage channels (13) leave the gutter, run through a sump (17) which may be open at the top, and run out into a drainage ditch (15). There are non-return flap valves (14) at the ends (13a) of the drainage pipes. The tops of the lengths of pipe (13b) passing through the sumps are cut away, allowing water to overflow into the bottom (17a) of each sump. Water entering each sump is taken out via further drainpipes (18,19).

Description

The invention relates to a drainage device for tub-like structures, in particular groundwater tanks, Protection troughs or guideway streams, according to Preamble of claim 1.

Due to the structural framework or terrain Conditions can be found in some buildings, which are buildings or traffic routes such as Roads or railways can act, not avoid this at least in sections on a site erect, where appropriate, temporarily relatively high groundwater level can occur. For one proper functioning of the building or Traffic route, it is necessary to reliably prevent that this is due to possibly rising groundwater flooded or submerged. If, for example Roads or track systems in areas with high groundwater level, it is therefore necessary and usual, the entire traffic area, i.e. the street or track system with all outbuildings such as side masts, soundproof walls, etc. on the underside surrounded with a waterproof concrete tub. To do that in the tub in the event of rain or other precipitation To be able to continuously drain off incoming water are in the Tub integrated through a variety of drain lines that can drain the water from the tub interior. With rising groundwater levels, however Danger of groundwater flowing through the drain pipes through into the tub interior and there the The load-bearing capacity of the structure is impaired and this even damaged. Similar problems also arise Protective troughs on how to avoid environmental damage often in container construction and especially in Tanks are used.

From DE 297 16 738 U1 it is known the drain line to seal a tub or trough if the external groundwater level has a predetermined limit exceeds. This is then an automatic process of himself in the tub, for example as a result of precipitation accumulating water is no longer possible. This either remains in the tub until the drain line open again when the groundwater level drops or there are several pumps in the tub space built in, which may accumulate water pump out. The arrangement of a variety of pumps is however complex and expensive.

The invention has for its object a drainage device for tub-like structures of the above Kind of creating that even at high external groundwater levels a drainage in simple or more reliable Way guaranteed.

This object is achieved in a drainage device of the above structure with the characterizing features of claim 1 solved. there it is provided that upstream of the closure device a branch pipe branches off from the drain pipe into which the water from the tub with the closure device closed can be initiated.

If the groundwater is at a normal level, i.e. is below the specified limit, this can entering the tub, for example due to precipitation Water in a known manner through the drain pipe drain off in particular in the form of free-level drainage and gets into an outer discharge channel, in which it is a drainage ditch or another known receiving waters can act. If the water table on the outside of the tub above the given Limit increases, the closure device closes the drain pipe, which reliably prevents is that the groundwater from the outside through the drain pipe can enter the tub interior. The shutdown the drain pipe leads to that in the tub interior water now on the branch line is derived, in particular a forced drainage forms and preferably as a closed pipe is trained over which the water is either one fed into the central pump station or into another Discharge channel or receiving water can be initiated. at forced drainage is a drainage of water regardless of the external framework and in particular guaranteed even with a high groundwater level.

The choice between the one used in normal operation Drain line and the branch line is via a switch-like device reached. This ensures that the water with the closure device closed Branch line is fed. For this reason, in the Drain line formed an overflow that the switch function perceives. If the drain pipe by means of Locking device is blocked, forms in the Drain line a backwater, so that the water level in the Drain line rises. When a predetermined one is reached Water level in the drain pipe overflows the water the overflow and is fed to the branch line. On this way are mechanically adjustable guide elements avoided and the switch function can be done without moving Components can be reached.

The one overflowing the overflow to be fed to the branch line Water must be reliably collected and passed on become. For this purpose, in a preferred embodiment the invention provided that the drain line penetrates a collecting body, the overflow is formed within the collecting body. That the Overflow water overflows in the lower Area of the collecting body, which is preferably can be a tub-like hollow body, and then flows into the branch line, the one in the lower one Area of the collecting body connects.

The closure device for closing the drain line can, for example, of a pivoted Flap, a so-called frog flap, which are formed opened only by the water pressure or is closed. The drain pipe is like this inclined that the water pressure from the tub interior running water is sufficient to the normal operation Open flap. On the other hand, the externally effective one holds hydrostatic pressure of the rising groundwater Flap reliably in the closed position.

With the drainage device according to the invention given the advantage that the tub-like structure as long can be dewatered in the free mirror, like that through the Groundwater level caused external pressure less than that internal water pressure is. When the water table rises is on the one hand the entry of groundwater into the Avoid tubs reliably and, on the other hand, ensure that the water from the interior through the branch line derived without or with only low pump costs can be.

A trough 11 is shown in FIGS a base plate 11a and adjoining upwards at the edge Has edge caps 11b. In the edge area of the base plate 11a near the inside of the edge cap 11b is a Collection channel 12 formed by means of sieve plates 20th is covered. The sole 11c of the tub 11 has one low bank in the direction of the collecting channel 12, such as is indicated by the arrow in Figure 2. To the collecting channel 12 is connected to a drain line 13 which a longitudinal slope to the outside up to a slope 16 runs into the embankment of a drainage ditch 15 inserted and covered with a screen cover 21 is. The water level in the drainage ditch 15 is subject to fluctuations due to the groundwater level of the surrounding area.

At its downstream, inside the slope arranged mouth 13a is the drain line 13 with one pivoted at its upper end stored closure or frog flap 14 provided can shut off the drain line 13.

In the edge cap 11b of the tub 11 is a hollow cylindrical closed on the underside and thus tub-like Collecting body 17 integrated from the drain line 13th is permeated. In that area of the drain pipe 13, which is arranged inside the collecting body 17, an overflow 13b is formed by the wall of the Drain line 13 above a predetermined height in some areas is excluded. In the lower area near the Sole 17a of the collecting body 17 closes a connecting line 18 at a closed pipe 19 leads to a pump station or another Drainage ditch leads.

When the groundwater level in the drainage ditch 15 below a predetermined level and in particular lies below the flap 14 acts on the Closure flap no external water pressure. In this Normal operating condition can get into the tub 11 Water that flows into the collecting channel 12 via the Drain line 13, the water level in the Drain line 13 is dimensioned in this state so that the water does not flow over the overflow 13b and thus completely through the drain line 13 to the drainage ditch 15 is forwarded. Due to the longitudinal inclination of the Drain line 13 acts on the flap 14 internal water pressure that reliably opens them into an open Position.

If the groundwater level in the drainage ditch 15 increases, the groundwater pressure acts on the outside Closure flap 14 and presses it into the closed position. The drain line 13 is thus closed. The water in the tub 11 initially flows in the drain line 13 and jams in this back because the flap 14 closed is. The lines are in terms of cross section and of the slope dimensioned so that it is in the drain pipe 13 backwater is not sufficient to the Closure flap 14 against the groundwater pressure to open. Because of the back pressure within the drain line 13 rises in this the water level, so that Water flows over the overflow 13b and into the collecting body 17 arrives from which it is via the lower connecting line 18 and the pipeline 19 to a central Pump station or other drainage ditch or - system is derived. This forced drainage will automatically maintain until the closure flap 14 when the external groundwater level drops is released again, so that water again over the Drain line 13 introduced into the drainage ditch 15 can be.
