- Spray chamber wall module according to any one of claims 2 to 6, characterised in that the grid plates (15) are connected to each other by means of webs (20).
- Spray chamber wall module according to any one of claims 2 to 7, characterised in that the edges (16) of the grid plates (15) are bent over.
- Spray chamber wall module according to any one of claims 2 to 8, characterised in that the plate edges (16), with the plate central portions (17), form an angle α with 40° < α < 50°.
- Spray wall having lower, upper and side walls and having a front wall which is permeable with respect to air which is to be extracted and which comprises at least one filter element, characterised in that it comprises at least two spray chamber wall modules (2a-d) which are arranged beside each other and which each have at least one respective filter element (9).
