- corrugated metal strips are composed so that channels running obliquely in a vertical plane result, which form a vertical sun protection wall.
- the object of the invention is to provide a shading device Hiding direct sunlight to create that the view to the outside is not hindered and by the while direct sunlight hiding throughout the day becomes.
- the shading device has several tubular shading elements that form a roof, the can be placed over a window without losing sight hindering through the window.
- the longitudinal axes of the Shading elements are arranged at an angle.
- the shading elements are aligned that their openings face north. This causes a Outside of the shading element towards the sun.
- the tubular one Shading element is curved or polygonal or from one
- the direct sunlight from the Shading elements absorbed. Since the absorption of the directly incident sunlight is independent of the angle of incidence, must be shaded under the shading device lying room just be sure that the entire direct sunlight on one day the shading elements hits. In contrast, it is with Shading devices with reflective surfaces necessary to design the surface so that it is direct incoming sunlight always outside, and not in the direction of the room to be shadowed is reflected. Since the Shading elements are light-absorbing according to the invention, no complicated surface shapes are required.
- the tubular shading elements each have one constant opening cross-section, i.e. the inner surfaces of the tubular shading elements are parallel to the Longitudinal axes of the shading elements.
- the Shading elements are preferably circular, can however also a cross-section deviating from the circular shape to have.
- the shading elements are essentially in one horizontal plane offset in the axial direction.
- the Shading elements are staggered so that each Position of the sun directly shining sunlight on an area of a shading element falls and is absorbed there.
- the staggering creates parallel sun rays that just no longer hit a shading element from the neighboring shading element absorbed. Due to the Graduation is a complete shadow of the under the Shading device lying space possible, whereby at the same time diffuse light through the openings of the Shading elements get into the room.
- the Shading device forms a kind of horizontal Sunroof in front of a window or over a skylight can be arranged.
- the distance between the staggered shading elements is different from that Diameter and the width of the shading elements dependent.
- the shading element is preferably in the circumferential direction closed. This allows the shading elements in larger distance from each other, since also the Midday sun from the outside and inside of the Shading elements is hidden. Because of the bigger one The distance between the staggered shading elements is the area through which diffuse light enters the room to be shadowed, enlarged.
- the individual embodiment of the shading device is Shading elements 10 as closed in the circumferential direction Tubes formed with an annular cross section. All Shading elements 10 are identical.

- Openings 16 (Fig. 2) of the Shading elements 10 thus face north N. Through the Openings 16 can provide diffuse light in the under the window 12 come to mind.
- the longitudinal axes 14 of the Shading elements 10 parallel to the axis of rotation of the earth.
- the inclination of the shading elements 10 thus corresponds to that Latitude at which the shading device is provided is. If the longitudinal axes 14 of the shading elements 10 a plane runs parallel to the axis of rotation of the earth 18, which the sun travels at day and night equals, perpendicular to the longitudinal axes 14.
- Such a shading device can also easily inclined windows are provided.
- the Longitudinal axes 14 of the individual shading elements 10 likewise aligned parallel to the axis of rotation of the earth.
- the shading elements 10 be staggered accordingly. It is also possible in front of inclined or vertical windows Arrange the shading device horizontally.
- the width B of the shading elements 10 is selected such that both the highest position of the sun at the summer solstice and the highest position of the sun at the winter solstice are hidden from a south-facing front edge 20 of the shading elements.
- the highest position of the sun at the summer solstice is indicated by the dash-dotted line 22 and the highest position of the sun at the winter solstice is indicated by the dash-dotted line 24.
- the diameter D of the annular shading elements 10 In order to hide all sun rays running parallel to line 22, i.e. all parallel rays at the highest position of the sun at summer solstice with respect to the space arranged under the window 12, the diameter D of the annular shading elements 10 must be selected such that a in Fig.
- the width B and the diameter D of the shading elements 10 are exclusively dependent on the angle ⁇ between the highest position of the sun 22 at the summer solstice and the highest position of the sun 18 at the same day and night.
- the angle ⁇ corresponds to the skewness of the ecliptic and is approximately 23.5 °.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a shading device for Hiding direct sunlight, for example for skylights, skylights or motor vehicle parking spaces.
Shading devices are intended to prevent the incidence of direct sunlight into an underlying one shadowing space can be prevented. This will make it Heating the room or, for example, the motor vehicle prevented. Because by providing Shading devices no longer in direct sunlight invades the room, is also the blinding effect of the sun avoided. In addition, through the shading device as little diffuse light as possible should be hidden so that the Room is as bright as possible.
It is to hide the direct sunlight sufficient, several flat surfaces in a horizontal plane to be provided, the surfaces being inclined and parallel to one another are. Such staggered areas must be in the northern hemisphere with their surface normal facing south so that the midday sun reflects off the tops of these areas becomes. However, it is not due to staggered flat surfaces possible the sunlight during the morning and Hide in the afternoon.
Ferner können bei einer das direkt einfallende Sonnenlicht reflektierenden Verschattungsvorrichtung für die Umgebung störend wirkende Reflexionen auftreten.DE 31 22 164 C2 describes a shading device for Hide direct sunlight during the day known throughout the day. With this shading device are between the staggered parallel planes Surfaces are provided. The webs are perpendicular to the Surfaces and have a parabolic curved surface. The surface of the entire shading device is reflective. During the morning and afternoon hours direct sunlight from the web surfaces reflected due to the parabolic curvature such that the sunlight back out again through multiple reflections is directed. Because of the complicated shape of this Shading device is difficult to manufacture and complex. Furthermore, one that is directly incidental Sunlight reflecting shade for the Reflections that interfere with the environment occur.
AT 398 804 B describes a sun protection grille which is described in can be placed in front of a window on a vertical plane. The sun protection grille consists of horizontal tubes. A a similar vertical sun protection grille is from US 3,336,714 known. Here, corrugated metal strips are composed so that channels running obliquely in a vertical plane result, which form a vertical sun protection wall.
The object of the invention is to provide a shading device Hiding direct sunlight to create that the view to the outside is not hindered and by the while direct sunlight hiding throughout the day becomes.
Die Lösung der Aufgabe erfolgt erfindungsgemäß durch die Merkmale des Patentanspruchs 1.The object is achieved according to the invention by Features of claim 1.
According to the invention, the shading device has several tubular shading elements that form a roof, the can be placed over a window without losing sight hindering through the window. The longitudinal axes of the Shading elements are arranged at an angle. On the In the northern hemisphere, the shading elements are aligned that their openings face north. This causes a Outside of the shading element towards the sun. There the outside facing the sun is the tubular one Shading element is curved or polygonal or from one There is a combination of curved and flat surfaces sunlight during the morning and afternoon hours on surfaces of the shading element.
According to the direct sunlight from the Shading elements absorbed.
The tubular shading elements each have one constant opening cross-section, i.e. the inner surfaces of the tubular shading elements are parallel to the Longitudinal axes of the shading elements. The Shading elements are preferably circular, can however also a cross-section deviating from the circular shape to have.
Furthermore, the shading elements are essentially in one horizontal plane offset in the axial direction. The Shading elements are staggered so that each Position of the sun directly shining sunlight on an area of a shading element falls and is absorbed there. The staggering creates parallel sun rays that just no longer hit a shading element from the neighboring shading element absorbed. Due to the Graduation is a complete shadow of the under the Shading device lying space possible, whereby at the same time diffuse light through the openings of the Shading elements get into the room. The Shading device forms a kind of horizontal Sunroof in front of a window or over a skylight can be arranged.
The distance between the staggered shading elements is different from that Diameter and the width of the shading elements dependent. The shading element is preferably in the circumferential direction closed. This allows the shading elements in larger distance from each other, since also the Midday sun from the outside and inside of the Shading elements is hidden. Because of the bigger one The distance between the staggered shading elements is the area through which diffuse light enters the room to be shadowed, enlarged.
It is preferably provided that neighboring Shading elements penetrate each other, the The distance between their longitudinal axes is smaller than the diameter of one Shading element. By such an overlap of the Shading elements in the direction of the longitudinal axes can each according to the shape of the shading elements towards the east or West-facing gaps closed or reduced in this way be that even in the morning and evening hours no direct incident sunlight enters the room to be shadowed. Also, the length is required for complete shading required pipe elements reduced.

Verschattungsvorrichtung horizontal anzuordnen. Such a shading device can also easily

strichpunktierte Linie 24 angedeutet.

Oberkanten 28 in Richtung Norden abfallen.

Insbesondere
können dadurch die zwischen benachbarten Reihen verbleibenden
Zwischenräume 44 verschlossen werden. From the plan view shown in Fig. 3 one of
