  • 2- l'emmanchement à force du corps de pompe 11 à l'intérieur de l'élément de fixation déformable 20 lors du montage du dispositif crée une déformation dudit élément de fixation 20 dans le sens de l'emmanchement, de sorte qu'à l'extrémité supérieure de l'élément de fixation, il se produit une étanchéité très forte entre l'élément de fixation du corps de pompe et le col du récipient. Ceci est notamment le cas dans les modes de réalisation où l'élément de fixation 20 comporte une bride radiale 21 dont une partie est tirée à l'intérieur du col 2 de récipient lors de l'emmanchement du corps de pompe 11. L'étanchéité est encore augmentée si le col 2 comporte une partie supérieure tronconique 6 comme représenté sur les figures 6 à 9, Cette étanchéité très forte au niveau de l'extrémité supérieure du col du récipient permet de ménager une mise à l'air libre (non représentée) dans le corps de pompe 11 à l'intérieur du col 2 du récipient, celle-ci étant reliée au récipient par exemple à l'aide d'une rainure ménagée dans le corps de pompe 11. Il n'est pas nécessaire de mettre l'orifice d'évent dans la partie de diamètre réduit 11a du corps de pompe.
  • 3- la présence des moyens de prise, ou renflement de matière 25, à l'extrémité inférieure de l'élément de fixation 20, permet à l'état monté du dispositif de fixer de manière inamovible la virole 20 à l'intérieur du col du récipient de sorte qu'un démontage du dispositif nécessite une extraction à force du corps de pompe 11 avant de pouvoir enlever l'élément de fixation 20. Ceci assure une fixation très forte du corps de pompe 11 dans le col 2 du récipient 1.

  • Claims (9)

    1. A device for fixing a dispenser member (10) such as a pump on the neck (2) of a receptacle (1) containing a substance to be dispensed, said device having a fixing element (20) disposed in the neck (2) of the receptacle between the inside surface of said receptacle neck and the outside surface of the body (11) of the dispenser member (10), said fixing element (20) being, in the assembled state of the fixing device, deformed and/or compressed by the body (11) of the dispenser member (10) being engaged in the neck (2) of the receptacle in such a manner that it exerts a radial force on said body (11) of the dispenser member (10) and on said neck (2) of the receptacle, the single fixing element (20) being made of a deformable flexible material, said radial force providing reliable and leakproof fixing of the dispenser member (10) to the neck (2) of the receptacle, characterized in that said fixing element (20) comprises holding means (25) at its bottom end for fixing said fixing element (20) beneath the neck (2) inside the receptacle (1) after the dispenser member (10) has been engaged.
    2. A device according to claim 1, in which said holding means (25) comprise one or more swellings of material which, prior to the dispenser member (10) being engaged, project towards the inside of said fixing element (10) and which, during engagement of said dispenser member (10) are forced under the neck (2) of the receptacle by the body (11) of the dispenser member (10).
    3. A device according to claim 1 or 2, in which the body (11) of the dispenser member (10) has a bottom portion (11a) of small diameter which does not act or which acts little on said holding means (25) such that interaction between the dispenser member (10) and said holding means (25) takes place only towards the end of engagement.
    4. A device according to any preceding claim, in which said holding means (25) are made in the form of tabs, each having a swelling of deformable material at its bottom end.
    5. A device according to any one of claims 1 to 3, in which said holding means (25) are made in the form of an annular swelling of deformable material provided at the bottom end of the fixing element (20).
    6. A device according to any preceding claim, in which the body (11) of the dispenser member (10) has an external groove (15) which, in the assembled state of the device after the dispenser member (10) has been engaged, is situated level with said holding means (25), a portion of said holding means (25) being received in said groove (15) to fix the dispenser member (10) relative to said fixing member (20).
    7. A device according to any preceding claim, in which the fixing element (20) is made of a deformable flexible material such as polyethylene or a thermoplastic elastomer.
    8. A device according to any preceding claim, in which the fixing element (20) is a ferrule whose outside diameter corresponds approximately to the inside diameter of the neck (2) of the receptacle and whose inside diameter is, prior to engagement of the dispenser member (10), smaller than the outside diameter of the body (11) of the dispenser member (10).
    9. A device according to any preceding claim, in which said fixing element (20) has a radial flange (21) at its top end which rests on the top (3) of the neck (2) of the receptacle (1), said flange (21) retaining the fixing element (20) while the dispenser member (10) is being engaged.
