Definitions
- the invention relates to a door or window hinge, with one to be attached to a fixed frame Frame hinge that axially supports a guide bushing End of a pivot bearing axis, the other end of the Storage of a wing hinge and with a set screw, by turning them the axial position of the pivot bearing axis is adjustable relative to the frame hinge.
- the set screw is in a threaded hole in the Frame strap adjustable and supports the guide bush directly which in turn supports the pivot bearing axis. Consequently the axial extent or the overall height of the Frame hinge influenced by the height of the adjusting screw.
- the invention is based on the object a door or window hinge with the features mentioned above to improve so that the overall height of the frame hinge not affected by the adjustment height of the set screw becomes.
- the thread in that engages the set screw, not present in the frame hinge is, that is, in the body of the frame band that the Guide bushing is in storage. Rather, the thread is for thread engagement the set screw inside the of the guide bush enclosed space so that the frame band or the band body bearing the guide bush is completely free of components used for height adjustment. Rather, these components are exclusively the pivot bearing axis and assigned to the guide bush. It follows from this the further advantage that the tape body for different Band types can be the same regardless of whether a height adjustment is available or not and possibly without the disadvantages of having a height adjustment trained band body of conventional design would be present if height adjustment was dispensed with , for example by omitting the set screw.
- the band can be designed so that the set screw is in threaded engagement with the swivel bearing axis.
- the guide bushing can be completely free of a thread used for height adjustment. This is particularly advantageous when the guide bushing is off Plastic is made, in which load limits in a special way and creep behavior would have to be considered.
- a thread engagement between the metal set screw and the metal, in the usual way Swivel bearing axis avoids such problems.
- the band can be designed so that the set screw in an internal threaded bore coaxial with the swivel bearing axis intervenes. This results in a very low one Attenuation of the swivel bearing axis with the greatest possible Share of guide surface because the pivot bearing axis is on its outer circumference over its entire length from the guide bush can be stored.
- the adjusting screw on one of the Ring collar under the swivel bearing axis of the guide bush is supported.
- the collar of the guide bush engages under the screw until it is securely supported vertically.
- the collar below the pivot bearing axis not only serves to securely support this set screw, but also has a positive effect on a respectable Exterior of the frame band in this area.
- the band described above can be designed to this end be that the set screw is a cap screw whose Head is supported on the collar. Instead of Head screw could also use a headless screw such as a cheese head screw or a Grub screw. In all of these cases, the set screws would be Mass production parts that are purchased commercially can and so to an inexpensive design of the tape contribute.
- the cap screw also has the Advantage that her head is large compared to her shaft Provides radii with which the cap screw is axially supported can be, so that on relatively large diameters result in large areas with low surface pressures. The large radii also allow the rotation setting the adjusting screw with internal non-circular recesses can, which have a comparatively large diameter, and so that they are safe to operate. The inner non-circular recesses or the actuating tools cannot be overtightened so quickly or deformed so that reliable operation the set screw would no longer be possible.
- a countersunk screw can be used as the head screw be used.
- the set screw is a round head screw. She builds in Head area very small and in extreme cases can have a head diameter have the same as the outside diameter of the Pivot axis is. This results in optimally large support surfaces between the head of the set screw and the Swivel bearing axis under the ring and the guide bush.
- the band can be designed so that the Head of the set screw in a guide recess of the Swivel bearing axis is fitted.
- the set screw and the The pivot bearing axis then form an assembly that is in itself is very compact and stable. Above all, it ensures that the pivot bearing axis outside over its greatest possible length is guided in the guide bushing and thus great functional reliability storage is achieved.
- the guide recess can then be used for stabilization contribute to the bearing when the pivot bearing axis is high is adjusted.
- the set screw works as a radial holder at the lower end of the guide bush. If the entire available flat plane collar surface used to support the set screw notch tensions in the transition area between the ring collar and the guide sleeve avoid what the stability the guide bush serves.
- the band is formed so that the guide bush a metal bushing or a fiber-reinforced one if necessary Plastic bushing is.
- a plastic bushing is used for larger ones Loads cannot be used more often. It can then be advantageous to the plastic bushing with fibers reinforce, for example with carbon fibers, which preferably arranged in the transition area of the collar to the guide bush become.
- the band can be further developed so that the Swivel bearing axis is secured against rotation. Consequently rotations of the set screw lead to axial adjustments the swivel bearing axis without the risk of that the pivot bearing axis by rotating the Adjusting screw is also turned due to frictional forces, so that it does not result in the predetermined height adjustment is coming. There can also be twists in the wing hinge do not affect the axial height adjustment of the belt.
- a particularly simple design of the Band is achieved in that the screw in one Internal thread of the guide bush is adjustable and the Swivel bearing axis supported directly. So it's not somehow Kind of adjustment intervention between the set screw and Pivot bearing axis required, rather they are sufficient adjacent faces of both components for direct Support.
- the pivot bearing axis can basically known embodiments adopted accordingly unchanged become.
- the thread engagement between the set screw and the guide bushing can withstand the specified loads be trained, e.g. with accordingly large engagement diameter.
- the adjusting screw from a Underneath ring collar of the guide bushing to prevent loss is and the set screw is longer than necessary the internal thread of the guide bush.
- the set screw can from the ring collar of the guide bush opposite Be screwed into the thread of the guide bush.
- the height of the set screw be dimensioned so that they are from the internal thread of the Guide bush also protrudes when the adjusting screw is screwed against the collar. This ensures that the pivot bearing axis is always supported on the set screw must be and not in a constructively uncontrolled manner can support directly on the guide bush.
- An embodiment of the above volume draws is characterized in that the adjusting element on a head the adjusting screw is supported, the radial supporting between the lower end of the pivot bearing axis and the guide bush is arranged.
- the adjustment sleeve surrounds So the pivot axis is coaxial and is by means of Adjustment movement of the set screw axially applied what causes the wing hinge to be adjusted in height accordingly becomes.
- the arrangement of the adjustment sleeve between the guide bush and the swivel bearing axis reduce the risk of deformation the adjustment sleeve so that it is thin-walled can be. The radial enlargement of the frame band through the adjustment sleeve is therefore small.
- a further embodiment of the band can do this be made that the adjustment sleeve below one on the bearing bush of the swivel bearing axis ends, and that the bearing bush of the wing hinge with is supported by an adjustment ring, which is supported by support feet Guide recesses of the bearing collar through on the adjusting sleeve is supported.
- the adjustment ring is used to an adjustment movement of the adjustment sleeve by the Pass the bearing collar of the swivel axis through to the sash hinge.
- the adjusting ring with its support feet is in the guide recesses of the bearing collar are non-rotatably mounted.
- the bearing bush of the wing hinge is based on the Adjustment ring, with the friction between the Adjustment ring and the bearing bush of the wing hinge designed in this way can be as if the bearing bushing is directly Support on the bearing collar of the swivel bearing axis.
- the tape so that the guide recesses at least two slots arranged diametrically opposite one another or holes in the bearing collar. Be more than two Slits or holes provided in the bearing collar result better support when the pivot bearing axis is tilted through the wing of the door or window.
- An advantageous embodiment of the tape in terms of Protection against rotation of its pivot bearing axis is present if the swivel bearing axis in the guide bush secured against rotation is.
- Such an anti-rotation device can be constructive can be easily designed without any intervention should be done in the tape body.
- the design is simple of the belt especially when the pivot bearing axis has at least one axially parallel guide rib, which in a Guide groove of the guide bush engages.
- a further development of the volume is characterized by that the guide bush and / or the bearing bush one existing gap between the frame hinge and the sash hinge engages bridging in the wing hinge or in the frame hinge. This improves the look of the tape. Furthermore the storage area is better shielded from contamination and any bearing abrasion from the inside can not be without step further into the field of view of the belt so that this accordingly remains unpolluted on the outside.
- the Guide bush encompasses a bearing bush of the wing hinge on the outside.
- the guide bush can be in an annular gap between the guide bush of the wing hinge and its Intervene band body. The stability of the guide bushing not affected and it's more radial Space so that the guide bushing of the wing hinge is sufficient large area on the bearing collar of the pivot bearing axis can support.
- the window hinge trained with a wearing part that needs to be replaced can be.
- the ring can on the pivot bearing axis be stored non-rotatably, for example by the intervention a guide rib of the pivot bearing axis in a guide groove of the ring.
- the ring can also be the optical cover to serve.
- FIG. 1 essentially shows the lower part of a door hinge, namely a frame hinge 10 with a wing hinge 13 is articulated by means of a pivot bearing axis 12.
- a fastening tab 10 ' is used to fasten the door hinge of the frame hinge 10 and a fastening tab 13 'of the wing hinge 13 each provided with mounting holes 22, compare Fig.2, through the mounting screws, not shown through in a casement or in a fixed Frame are screwed in.

- the bearing bush 24 and the guide bush 11 are each arranged within a band body 10 '' or 13 '', are themselves sleeve-shaped and enclose the bushings 11, 24 on their outer circumference in a radially positive manner and also axially form-fitting to the extent described.
- the bore 25 for receiving the guide bush 11 is formed on the sash hinge with a central extension 26, within which an annular bearing bead 27 of the Guide bushing 12 is arranged.
- the bearing bead 27 supports 1, 2 with a conical frustum surface on one corresponding conical surface 28 of the guide bush 11, where both cone angles are the same size and the cone stumps taper vertically downwards. As a result this point vertical loads on the guide bush 11, which originate from the wing hinge 13 on the frame hinge body 10 '' transmitted.
- the guide bushing 11 is below the bead 27 circularly shaped. At its lower end is 11 ' the guide bushing 11 from an annular extension of the Band body 10 '' surrounded, for example, from Plastic existing clamping part can be used to the guide bush 11 against twisting within the band body 10 '' to secure.
- the design of the guide bushing 11 is related the load transfer to the belt body 13 '' is the same, as in Fig. 1.
- the outer circumference is the guide bush 11 to save
- material with evenly distributed over the circumference Provide longitudinal grooves 29, the lower ends 29 'used for this be able to use locking projections in a force-fitting manner, the one surrounding the lower end of the guide bush 11 Ring are arranged and after inserting cause the guide bush 11 does not move relative to the belt body 13 '' can twist.
- the load is removed from the wing hinge 13 with the bearing bush 24 of the wing hinge 13, which is with his Belt body 13 '' by means of a conical bearing surface 13 '' ' a bearing ring surface 24 '' of the bearing bush 24. Both Surfaces have the same cone angle.
- the bearing bush 24 is supported with a front face 24 '' 'on a bearing collar 30 of the pivot bearing axis 12.
- the bearing collar 30 dominates the Outer circumference of the pivot bearing axis 12 so far that for Bearing bush 24 results in a sufficiently large support surface, namely an annular surface on which the specific surface pressure is small enough to withstand the stress of the wing hinge To transfer 13 resulting loads without Pivots of the wing hinge 13 a not permitted Generate abrasion.
- the coefficient of friction between the Bearing bush 24 and the bearing collar 30 is so small that only a little wear and tear and the forces to move of the door leaf remain small.
- the bearing collar 30 engages in a correspondingly annular Recess 31 of the bearing bush 11, the former being so high is dimensioned so that the lowest position of the height adjustable Pivot bearing axis 12 does not allow the Bearing collar 30 on the guide bush 11 leads. Also in the lowest position of the pivot bearing axis 12 projects beyond Bearing collar 30, the upper edge of the guide bush 11, so always the predetermined support of the bearing bush 24 on the bearing collar 30 remains guaranteed.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a door or window hinge, with one to be attached to a fixed frame Frame hinge that axially supports a guide bushing End of a pivot bearing axis, the other end of the Storage of a wing hinge and with a set screw, by turning them the axial position of the pivot bearing axis is adjustable relative to the frame hinge.
A volume with the above characteristics is general known. The set screw is in a threaded hole in the Frame strap adjustable and supports the guide bush directly which in turn supports the pivot bearing axis. Consequently the axial extent or the overall height of the Frame hinge influenced by the height of the adjusting screw.
In contrast, the invention is based on the object a door or window hinge with the features mentioned above to improve so that the overall height of the frame hinge not affected by the adjustment height of the set screw becomes.
This object is achieved in that the set screw is arranged within the guide bushing and from there axially supports the pivot bearing axis.
It is important for the invention that the thread, in that engages the set screw, not present in the frame hinge is, that is, in the body of the frame band that the Guide bushing is in storage.
The band can be designed so that the set screw is in threaded engagement with the swivel bearing axis. With this training, the guide bushing can be completely free of a thread used for height adjustment. This is particularly advantageous when the guide bushing is off Plastic is made, in which load limits in a special way and creep behavior would have to be considered. A thread engagement between the metal set screw and the metal, in the usual way Swivel bearing axis avoids such problems.
The band can be designed so that the set screw in an internal threaded bore coaxial with the swivel bearing axis intervenes. This results in a very low one Attenuation of the swivel bearing axis with the greatest possible Share of guide surface because the pivot bearing axis is on its outer circumference over its entire length from the guide bush can be stored.
It is advantageous if the adjusting screw on one of the Ring collar under the swivel bearing axis of the guide bush is supported. The collar of the guide bush engages under the screw until it is securely supported vertically. As a result of the underneath ring collar remains on the underside only a small-diameter opening as an engagement opening for an adjustment tool for turning the set screw. The collar below the pivot bearing axis not only serves to securely support this set screw, but also has a positive effect on a respectable Exterior of the frame band in this area.
The band described above can be designed to this end be that the set screw is a cap screw whose Head is supported on the collar. Instead of Head screw could also use a headless screw such as a cheese head screw or a Grub screw. In all of these cases, the set screws would be Mass production parts that are purchased commercially can and so to an inexpensive design of the tape contribute. The cap screw also has the Advantage that her head is large compared to her shaft Provides radii with which the cap screw is axially supported can be, so that on relatively large diameters result in large areas with low surface pressures.
For example, a countersunk screw can be used as the head screw be used. However, it is very useful if the set screw is a round head screw. She builds in Head area very small and in extreme cases can have a head diameter have the same as the outside diameter of the Pivot axis is. This results in optimally large support surfaces between the head of the set screw and the Swivel bearing axis under the ring and the guide bush.
The band can be designed so that the Head of the set screw in a guide recess of the Swivel bearing axis is fitted. The set screw and the The pivot bearing axis then form an assembly that is in itself is very compact and stable. Above all, it ensures that the pivot bearing axis outside over its greatest possible length is guided in the guide bushing and thus great functional reliability storage is achieved.
This can further stabilize the bearing be that the screw if necessary with her Head in a guide recess of the pivot axis underlying ring collar or on one over the entire Available planar flat collar surface is supported. The guide recess can then be used for stabilization contribute to the bearing when the pivot bearing axis is high is adjusted. In this case, the set screw works as a radial holder at the lower end of the guide bush. If the entire available flat plane collar surface used to support the set screw notch tensions in the transition area between the ring collar and the guide sleeve avoid what the stability the guide bush serves.
In order to be able to safely transfer larger forces axially and to ensure a considerable durability of the storage, the band is formed so that the guide bush a metal bushing or a fiber-reinforced one if necessary Plastic bushing is. A plastic bushing is used for larger ones Loads cannot be used more often. It can then be advantageous to the plastic bushing with fibers reinforce, for example with carbon fibers, which preferably arranged in the transition area of the collar to the guide bush become.
The band can be further developed so that the Swivel bearing axis is secured against rotation.
A particularly simple design of the Band is achieved in that the screw in one Internal thread of the guide bush is adjustable and the Swivel bearing axis supported directly. So it's not somehow Kind of adjustment intervention between the set screw and Pivot bearing axis required, rather they are sufficient adjacent faces of both components for direct Support. The pivot bearing axis can basically known embodiments adopted accordingly unchanged become. The thread engagement between the set screw and the guide bushing can withstand the specified loads be trained, e.g. with accordingly large engagement diameter.
It is advantageous if the adjusting screw from a Underneath ring collar of the guide bushing to prevent loss is and the set screw is longer than necessary the internal thread of the guide bush. The set screw can from the ring collar of the guide bush opposite Be screwed into the thread of the guide bush. In connection with this training, the height of the set screw be dimensioned so that they are from the internal thread of the Guide bush also protrudes when the adjusting screw is screwed against the collar. This ensures that the pivot bearing axis is always supported on the set screw must be and not in a constructively uncontrolled manner can support directly on the guide bush.
A further development of the door or window hinge can thereby be marked that with a on the frame tape supported swivel bearing axis in threaded engagement Set screw supports an adjusting element, which is a one Rotary adjustment of the adjusting screw corresponding height adjustment of the wing hinge. With the help of the adjustment element becomes an adjustment movement of the adjusting screw by a height adjustment movement decouples the pivot bearing axis. The adjustment element can rather act on the wing hinge, so cause its height adjustment without a Height adjustment movement of the pivot bearing axis is necessary. Consequently remain the structurally predetermined storage conditions the guide bush and the swivel bearing axis in Area of the frame band completely unaffected.
An embodiment of the above volume draws is characterized in that the adjusting element on a head the adjusting screw is supported, the radial supporting between the lower end of the pivot bearing axis and the guide bush is arranged. The adjustment sleeve surrounds So the pivot axis is coaxial and is by means of Adjustment movement of the set screw axially applied what causes the wing hinge to be adjusted in height accordingly becomes. The arrangement of the adjustment sleeve between the guide bush and the swivel bearing axis reduce the risk of deformation the adjustment sleeve so that it is thin-walled can be. The radial enlargement of the frame band through the adjustment sleeve is therefore small.
A further embodiment of the band can do this be made that the adjustment sleeve below one on the bearing bush of the swivel bearing axis ends, and that the bearing bush of the wing hinge with is supported by an adjustment ring, which is supported by support feet Guide recesses of the bearing collar through on the adjusting sleeve is supported. The adjustment ring is used to an adjustment movement of the adjustment sleeve by the Pass the bearing collar of the swivel axis through to the sash hinge. The adjusting ring with its support feet is in the guide recesses of the bearing collar are non-rotatably mounted. The bearing bush of the wing hinge is based on the Adjustment ring, with the friction between the Adjustment ring and the bearing bush of the wing hinge designed in this way can be as if the bearing bushing is directly Support on the bearing collar of the swivel bearing axis.
To ensure a symmetrical formation of the bearing belt in the area of the bearing collar of the swivel bearing axis is to be reached designed the tape so that the guide recesses at least two slots arranged diametrically opposite one another or holes in the bearing collar. Be more than two Slits or holes provided in the bearing collar result better support when the pivot bearing axis is tilted through the wing of the door or window.
An optimal cross-sectional design of the support feet of the Adjustment ring is achieved when the band is formed in this way is that the support feet the outer circumference of the pivot bearing axis adapted in the axis receiving bore of the guide bush are suitable projections. In particular, there are minor Surface pressures between the support feet and the Use the outer circumference of the swivel bearing axis and the support feet the specified cross-sectional area in the sense of the largest possible Optimal rigidity.
An advantageous embodiment of the tape in terms of Protection against rotation of its pivot bearing axis is present if the swivel bearing axis in the guide bush secured against rotation is. Such an anti-rotation device can be constructive can be easily designed without any intervention should be done in the tape body.
In the sense described above, the design is simple of the belt especially when the pivot bearing axis has at least one axially parallel guide rib, which in a Guide groove of the guide bush engages.
A further development of the volume is characterized by that the guide bush and / or the bearing bush one existing gap between the frame hinge and the sash hinge engages bridging in the wing hinge or in the frame hinge. This improves the look of the tape. Furthermore the storage area is better shielded from contamination and any bearing abrasion from the inside can not be without step further into the field of view of the belt so that this accordingly remains unpolluted on the outside.
It is advantageous to design the tape so that the Guide bush encompasses a bearing bush of the wing hinge on the outside. As a result, the guide bush can be in an annular gap between the guide bush of the wing hinge and its Intervene band body. The stability of the guide bushing not affected and it's more radial Space so that the guide bushing of the wing hinge is sufficient large area on the bearing collar of the pivot bearing axis can support.
If the bearing bush with a sealing the gap Ring is supported on the bearing collar, the window hinge trained with a wearing part that needs to be replaced can be. The ring can on the pivot bearing axis be stored non-rotatably, for example by the intervention a guide rib of the pivot bearing axis in a guide groove of the ring. The ring can also be the optical cover to serve.

The differs in terms of height adjustment

In the band of Figure 4, the
The special feature of the height adjustment shown in Fig.4
further consists in that as an adjusting element

In Fig.4a
sind zwei einander diametral gegenüberliegende Stützfüße 38
angeordnet. The upper sleeve end 36 '' is below the bearing
Die Fig.4b-4d zeigen unterschiedliche Ausgestaltungen
der Schwenklagerachse 12 im Bereich ihres Lagerbunds 30.
Fig.4b zeigt einen mit Schlitzen 46 versehenen Lagerbund 30,
Fig.4d über ca. 45 Winkelgrad. Dementsprechend sind in Fig.4c
lediglich zwei Löcher 48 dargestellt, in Fig. 4d hingegen
vier.
Schlitze 46 bzw. Löcher 48 gebildeten Führungsausnehmungen
geführt ist.4b-4d show different configurations

Any adjustment movements of the
