Claims (7)
- Procédé de contrôle du bon fonctionnement d'un appareil destiné à véhiculer du fluide dans une installation, qui consiste successivement à faire fonctionner l'appareil dans l'installation pendant une première durée suffisante pour obtenir, si l'appareil fonctionne bien, un résultat donné et, si le résultat n'est pas obtenu, à arrêter l'appareil et à faire fonctionner un second appareil destiné à véhiculer du fluide dans l'installation pendant une seconde durée suffisante pour obtenir ledit résultat pour en déduire, si le résultat est alors obtenu, que le premier appareil est défaillant.
- Procédé suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste si, après la seconde durée, le résultat n'est pas obtenu, à faire fonctionner dans l'installation en parallèle avec le second appareil un autre appareil, qui peut être éventuellement le premier.
- Procédé suivant la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les appareils sont des pompes, des ventilateurs ou des compresseurs.
- Procédé suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le premier et le second appareils ont des caractéristiques hydrauliques identiques au point de fonctionnement prévu dans l'installation et la première durée est égale à la seconde durée.
- Procédé suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le résultat est un volume de fluide véhiculé ou l'atteinte d'un niveau dans un puisard.
- Procédé suivant l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le résultat est l'atteinte d'une température.
- Installation comprenant au moins deux appareils (1, 2) destinés à y véhiculer du fluide, des moyens (8 et 11 à 17) d'information permettant de mettre en fonctionnement les appareils (1, 2) et de les arrêter et des dispositifs d'alerte propres à chaque appareil, caractérisée en ce que les moyens d'information (11 à 17) sont tels que si, après mise en fonctionnement d'un premier appareil (1) pendant une durée donnée, un résultat donné n'est pas obtenu, ils arrêtent le premier appareil (1) et mettent en fonctionnement un autre appareil (2) pendant une seconde durée suffisante pour obtenir le résultat donné et, si le résultat est alors obtenu, ils activent le dispositif d'alerte du premier appareil (1).
