Claims (17)

  1. Fahrzeug, insbesondere Schienenfahrzeug, mit einem Gehäuse (3) und einer Fahrerkabine (2), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine Vorrichtung zur Energieaufnahme (1) in allgemein parallelepipedischer Form aufweist, die zwischen der Fahrerkabine (2) und dem Gehäuse (3) eingefügt ist.
  2. Fahrzeug nach Anspruch 1, bei welchem die gegenüberliegenden Seiten mit größerer Fläche der parallelepipedischen Vorrichtung zur Energieaufnahme in einer durch die Hinterseite (2A) der Fahrerkabine (2) geformten Ebene bzw. in einer durch die Vorderseite (3A) des Gehäuses (3) geformten Ebene angeordnet sind.
  3. Fahrzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung zur Energieaufnahme umfasst:
    einen ersten flachen Ring (4) und einen zweiten flachen Ring (5), wobei sich der erste (4) und der zweite (5) flache Ring ohne Kontakt gegenüberliegen,
    Drehelemente (6), welche an dem oberen Teil des ersten (4) und zweiten (5) flachen Rings befestigt sind, wobei die Drehelemente (6) eine Drehachse X-X definieren, die radial und teilweise oberhalb der Fahrerkabine (2) ist, wenigstens eine Dämpfungsvorrichtung (9), die in dem unteren Teil des ersten (4) und zweiten (5) flachen Rings angeordnet ist, wobei die Energieaufnahme in der Längsrichtung der Fahrerkabine (2) erfolgt, und
    dass die Fahrerkabine einen Kabinenrahmen (10) aufweist, der in dem niedrigliegenden Teil der Fahrerkabine angeordnet ist und mit dem unteren Teil des ersten (4) und zweiten (5) flachen Rings verbunden ist.
  4. Fahrzeug nach Anspruch 3, bei welchem das Hinterende des Kabinenrahmens (10) wenigstens mit dem unteren Teil des ersten flachen Rings (4) verbunden ist.
  5. Fahrzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 4, bei welchem jede Dämpfungsvorrichtung (9) wenigstens teilweise in den Kabinenrahmen (10) eindringt.
  6. Fahrzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 4, bei welchem jede Dämpfungsvorrichtung (9) zwischen den unteren Teilen des ersten (4) und zweiten (5) flachen Rings eingeschlossen ist.
  7. Fahrzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 4, bei welchem wenigstens eine der Dämpfungsvorrichtungen (9) wenigstens teilweise in den Kabinenrahmen (10) eindringt, wobei die anderen Dämpfungsvorrichtungen (9) zwischen den unteren Teilen des ersten (4) und zweiten (5) flachen Rings eingeschlossen sind.
  8. Fahrzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 7, bei welchem wenigstens eine Dämpfungsvorrichtung (9) aus einem vorderen Element (9A), das geeignet ist, sich in einem festen Element (9B) zu verschieben, zusammengesetzt ist.
  9. Fahrzeug nach Anspruch 8, nicht abhängend von Anspruch 6, bei welchem das Hinterende des festen Elements (9B) der Dämpfungsvorrichtung (9) dem unteren Teil des zweiten flachen Rings (5) aufliegt und das Vorderende des festen Elements (9B) den ersten flachen Ring (4) mittels einer in dem ersten flachen Ring (4) ausgeführten Öffnung quert und das vordere Element (9A) der Dämpfungsvorrichtung (9) mit dem unteren Teil des ersten flachen Rings (4) verbunden ist und an dem Vorderende des festen Elements (9B) in Anfangsposition gehalten ist.
  10. Fahrzeug nach Anspruch 9, bei welchem die Dämpfungsvorrichtungen (9) eine allgemein zylindrische Form haben.
  11. Fahrzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, bei welchem die Vorderelemente (9A) der Dämpfungsvorrichtungen (9) in dem Kabinenrahmen (10) aufgenommen sind.
  12. Fahrzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 7, bei welchem jede Dämpfungsvorrichtung (9) aus einer Struktur vom wabenförmigen Typ zusammengesetzt ist, die zwischen den unteren Teilen des ersten (4) und zweiten (5) flachen Rings angeordnet ist.
  13. Fahrzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 12, bei welchem der erste flache Ring (4) parallel zur Hinterseite (2A) der Fahrerkabine (2) angeordnet ist, wobei der zweite flache Ring (5) parallel zur Vorderseite (3A) des Gehäuses (3) angeordnet ist.
  14. Fahrzeug nach Anspruch 13, bei welchem der untere Teil des zweiten flachen Rings (5), dem das Hinterende des festen Elements (9B) aufliegt, dem Rahmen (12) des Gehäuses (3) aufliegt.
  15. Fahrzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 14, bei welchem jedes Drehelement (6) einen ersten Bügel (7) und einen zweiten Bügel (8) umfasst.
  16. Fahrzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 14, bei welchem jedes Drehelement (6) aus einem Kugelgelenk, das mit einem Gleitlager zusammenwirkt, zusammengesetzt ist.
  17. Fahrzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 16, bei welchem der Kabinenrahmen (10) auf seinem Vorderteil Vorderstoßdämpfer (11) aufweisen kann, die geeignet sind, leichte Stöße zu dämpfen.
