Claims (12)
- Vorrichtung zum Kräuseln von synthetischen Fadenbündeln oder -bändern
mit folgenden Merkmalen:in einem Maschinengestell sind zwei Walzen (1, 2) gelagert, zwischen deren Mantelflächen ein enger Walzenspalt (3) zum Zuführen eines Fadenbündels oder -bandes zu einer im Querschnitt rechteckigen, durch vier Begrenzungsflächen umschlossenen Stauchkammer besteht;die erste Walze (1) ist an ihren Stirnseiten mit nahtfreien Bordscheiben (4, 5) versehen, welche die zweite Walze (2) mit geringem Spiel umgreifen;ein mit dem Maschinengestell verbundenes, schaberartig an der zweiten Walze (2) anliegendes Zwischenstück (29, 63) greift in den ringförmigen Kanal ein und hat eine der ersten Walze (1) zugekehrte Wandfläche, welche eine dritte Begrenzungsfläche der Stauchkammer (60) bildet;
und daß die gesamte Stauchkammer (60) sich in dem ringförmigen Kanal zwischen den Bordscheiben (4, 5) befindet, deren Innenflächen auf der ganzen Länge der Stauchkammer (60) von dem Walzenspalt (3) bis zu ihrer Mündung (61) zwei gegenüberliegende Begrenzungsflächen bilden. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mündung (61) mit Abstand von der Ebene (62) des Walzenspaltes (3) angeordnet ist, und zwar auf der Seite, auf der sich die erste Walze (1) befindet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die dritte Begrenzungsfläche (35, 46, 64) und die ihr gegenüberliegende vierte Begrenzungsfläche (56, 30) mindestens auf einem Teil ihrer Länge zylindrisch gekrümmt sind und die Krümmungsachsen auf der gleichen Seite der Ebene (62) des Walzenspaltes (3) liegen wie die erste Walze (1).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das äußere Zwischenstück (29) aus einem der zweiten Walze (2) benachbarten Grundkörper (32) und einer daran angelenkten, bis zur Mündung (61) reichenden Klappe (33) besteht und daß die Klappe (33) mittels einer Anpreßvorrichtung (43, 45) mit einer in Richtung auf die erste Walze (1) wirkenden Kraft belastbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Grundkörper (32) auf einem Kreisbogen um die Achse der zweiten Walze (2) verschieblich und in verschiedenen Winkeistellungen arretierbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das äußere Zwischenstück (63) einteilig ausgebildet, um die Achse der zweiten Walze (2) schwenkbar und mittels einer Anpreßvorrichtung (66) mit einer in Richtung auf die erste Walze (1) wirkenden Kraft belastbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, gekennzeichnet durch ein mit dem Maschinengestell verbundenes, zwischen der Mantelfläche (30) der ersten Walze (1) und der dritten Begrenzungsfläche (35, 46; 64) sitzendes, schaberartig an der ersten Walze (1) anliegendes inneres Zwischenstück (48), dessen von der ersten Walze (1) abgekehrte Wandfläche (56) die vierte Begrenzungsfläche bildet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das innere Zwischenstück (48) auf einem Kreisbogen um die Achse der ersten Walze (1) verschieblich und in verschiedenen Stellungen arretierbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mantelfläche (30) der ersten Walze (1) die vierte Begrenzungsfläche bildet und daß vor der Mündung (61) ein am Maschinengestell befestigter Abstreifer (67) in den ringförmigen Kanal eingreift.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Anspruche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das äußere Zwischenstück (29) Ausnehmungen (41) zum Zuführen eines Mediums, insbesondere Druckluft, in den zwischen seiner Kante (36) und der Mantelfläche der zweiten Walze (2) bestehenden Spalt aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder einem auf Anspruch 7 zurückbezogenen Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das innere Zwischenstück (48) Ausnehmungen (58) zum Zuführen eines Mediums, insbesondere Druckluft, in den zwischen seiner Kante (57) und der Mantelfläche (30) der ersten Walze (1) bestehenden Spalt aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder einem auf Anspruch 9 zurückbezogenen Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstreifer (67) Ausnehmungen zum Zuführen eines Mediums, insbesondere Druckluft, in den zwischen einer Abstreifkante (70) und der Mantelfläche (30) der ersten Walze (1) bestehenden Spalt aufweist.
