Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines länglichen Hohlkörpers aus naturhartem Aluminium wie z.B. AlMgMn oder einer aushärtbaren Aluminiumlegierung, wie z.B. AlMgSi1 sowie die Anwendung derartiger Hohlkörper als Bestandteil von Fahrwerksträgern im Fahrzeugbau. Bei der Herstellung werden mindestens zwei Bleche unterschiedlicher Wanddicke zu einer Platine aneinandergefügt. Dann wird die Platine zu einem Hohlkörper umgeformt und an ihren Längskanten fügetechnisch verbunden. Die Endformgebung des Hohlkörpers erfolgt durch hydraulisches Innenhochdruckumformen.
