Abstract

Mikrosicherung für die Mikrotechnik zum Unterbrechen und Schließen eines elektrischen Stromkreises mit mindestens zwei ebenen, gegeneinander arbeitenden Linearaktoren aus mäanderförmigen Strukturen als Stellelemente mit je einem ortsfestem und einem beweglichen Arbeitsende aus strukturierter Folie einer elektrisch leitfähigen Formgedächtnislegierung,die zum Teil Bestandteil des Stromkreises sind. Die gegeneinander liegenden Arbeitsenden der Aktoren sind miteinander verbunden, wobei an dem Übergangsstück ein Schaltkontakt in dem Stromkreis angeordnet ist, welcher durch die Formänderung eines der Aktoren öffenbar und durch die Formänderung des anderen wieder schließbar ist.
