Dabei kann die Blasluft getaktet als auch ungetaktet auf die Vorderkante des Bogens strömen, wobei der Druck einstellbar ist.
In einer Weiterbildung sind die Düsen seitlich neben den Greiferauflagen diesen zugeordnet und in ihrer Strömungsrichtung weiterhin auf die Vorderkante des Bogens gerichtet.
Nach einer weiteren Ausbildung ist das Druckniveau der Blasluftströmung während der Vorbewegung des Vorgreifers vom Anlegetisch zum Bogenführungssystem niedriger, während bei Rückbewegung des Vorgreifers vom Bogenführungssystem zum Anlegetisch der Druck erhöht ist. Da die Blasdüsen rechtwinkelig auf die Bogenunterseite gerichtet sind, ist es von Nachteil, daß die Blasdüsen neben den Vorgreifergreifern bzw. den Vorgreiferauflagen zusätzlichen Platz benötigen. Dieser Platz muß aber freigehalten werden für die Greifer des Bogenführungssystems, z.B. einer Anlegetrommel, bei der Bogenübergabe der Greifersysteme vom Vorgreifer an das Bogenführungssystem. Um Kollisionen mit den Greifern des Bogenführungssystem zu vermeiden, müssen deshalb die Blasdüsen bereits in einem größeren Abstand von der Bogenunterseite entfernt am Vorgreifer enden. Weiterhin ist es nachteilig, daß die Blasluft in ihrer auf die Bogenunterseite gerichteten Druckenergie regulierbar sein muß, da hinsichtlich der Druckenergie das Flächengewicht des zu verarbeiteten Bedruckstoffes berücksichtigt werden muß. Schließlich sind bei dieser Ausbildung zusätzlich Strömungsturbulenzen zu beachten, die unter Berücksichtigung des Flächengewichtes durch die Beschleunigungsmomente des Bogens von Null (ruhende Lage auf dem Anlegetisch) auf Maschinengeschwindigkeit des Bogenführungssystems und durch die Schleppströmung bei während der Bogenübergabe an das Bogenführungssystem abgeschalteter Blasluft bedingt sind.

Gelangt nun ein Bogen 1 mit einer Formatbreite innerhalb des Formatbereiches 20 zur Verarbeitung, dessen Seitenbereiche (einschließlich der Seitenkanten) nicht von einem Greifer 9 mit zugeordnetem Greiferaufschlag 2 erfaßt werden, so biegen sich die überstehenden Seitenbereiche des Bedruckstoffes durch, da die Seitenkanten im Freiraum zwischen zwei Greifern 9 enden. Da die Greifer 9 des nachfolgenden Bogenführungssystems 10 auf Lücke (im Freiraum) zwischen den Greifern 9 des Vorgreifers 6 angeordnet sind, besteht bei der Übergabe die Gefahr, daß die Seitenbereiche der Bogen 1 nicht erfaßt, umgeknickt und/oder eingerissen werden, was neben der Beschädigung des Bedruckstoffes auch die Passergenauigkeit negativ beeinflußt. Bei den pneumatisch beaufschlagten Düsen 3 wird die Bogenunterseite 21 auf dem Luftstrahl in Strömungsrichtung 8 schwimmend in der Förderebene plan geführt. Die Greifer 9 des Bogenführungssystems 10 erfassen durch die Planlage des Bedruckstoffes an der Vorderkante auch die Seitenbereiche der Bogen 1 passergerecht und mögliche Beschädigungen werden spürbar reduziert bzw. Ausgeschlossen.

Claims (9)

Bogenführungseinrichtung im Bereich von Greifersystemen einer Druckmaschine mit einem den auf der Anlage ausgerichteten Bogen mittels aus Greifern und Greiferaufschlag gebildeten Greifersystem erfassenden, auf Maschinengeschwindigkeit beschleunigenden und den Bogen an ein erstes Bogenführungssystem mit einem Greifersystem übergebenden Vorgreifer sowie dem ersten Bogenführungssystem nachgeordneten weitere Greifersysteme aufweisenden Bogenführungssystemen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß den Greiferaufschlägen (2) pneumatisch beaufschlagbare Düsen (3) zugeordnet sind, deren Strömungsrichtung (8) parallel zur Bogenunterseite (21) und quer zur Förderrichtung (13) gerichtet sind, um den Bogen (1) in einer Förderebene zu führen.
