Claims (5)
- Zentrifuge mit vertikaler Drehachse, deren Schleudertrommel eine Schälkammer aufweist, die über mindestens einen Ableitkanal mit dem Trennraum der Schleudertrommel verbunden ist und die mit einer in der Schälkammer angeordneten Schäleinrichtung versehen ist, die zur kontinuierlichen Ableitung einer in der Schleudertrommel geklärten oder abgetrennten Flüssigkeitsphase dient, sowie eine oberhalb der Schälkammer mit der Schäleinrichtung fest verbundene Sperrscheibe aufweist, die in eine mit der Schleudertrommel umlaufende Sperrkammer hineinragt, die Schäleinrichtung mit einem Kanal für die Zuführung einer Sperrflüssigkeit in die Sperrkammer versehen ist und die Sperrkammer nach oben und außen durch einen Deckel begrenzt ist, dessen freie, der Drehachse zugewandten Kante ein Überlaufwehr bildet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen der Sperrscheibe (9) und dem ersten Deckel (17) ein zweiter Sperrkammerdeckel (18) angeordnet ist, der gegenüber dem Außenboden (19) der Sperrkammer (7) nach innen versetzt ist und mit dem ersten Deckel (17) einen Strömungskanal (20) für den Abtransport von am Außenboden (19) der Sperrkammer abgelagerten Feststoffen über das Überlaufwehr (16) bildet.
- Zentrifuge nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sperrkammerdeckel (18) benachbart der Innenseite des ersten Deckels (17) vorgesehen und der von den Deckeln begrenzte Strömungskanal (20) spaltförmig ausgebildet ist.
- Zentrifuge nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Sperrkammerdeckel (18) an der der Drehachse (3) zugewandten Seite den ersten Deckel (17) überragt.
- Zentrifuge nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Sperrkammerdeckel (18) mit einer einen Überlauf zwischen der Schälkammer (5) und der Sperrkammer (7) bildenden Trennwand verbunden ist und diese Baueinheit einen nach außen sich erstreckenden Ringflansch (21) aufweist, der zwischen dem ersten Deckel (17) und der oberen Stirnfläche (22) der Schleudertrommel (2) festgelegt ist.
- Zentrifuge nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf dem Ringflansch (21) ein in einer Nut des ersten Deckels (17) verankerter Dichtungsring (23) sich abstützt.
