Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Kupplungseinrichtung für Nockenwellen in Brennkraftmaschinen,
bei der die Nockenwelle (1) relativ zu einem von der Kurbelwelle der Brennkraftmaschine
angetriebenen Antriebsrad (2) über einen begrenzten Drehwinkelbereich in beiden
Drehrichtungen frei zum Antriebsrad (2) durch Drehungleichförmigkeiten verstellbar und über
öldruckgeschaltete Rastbolzen (4,5) fixierbar ist.
Es wird die Aufgabe gelöst die Rastbolzen (4,5) und deren Betätigung konstruktiv zu vereinfachen
und einen sicheren Eingriff der Rastelemente zu gewährleisten.The invention relates to a clutch device for camshafts in internal combustion engines, in which the camshaft (1) is freely adjustable relative to a drive wheel (2) driven by the crankshaft of the internal combustion engine over a limited range of rotation angles in both directions of rotation to the drive wheel (2) by means of rotational nonuniformities and via oil pressure switched locking bolts (4,5) can be fixed.

Erfindungsgemäß wird dies dadurch erreicht, daß in das Antriebsrad (2) mindestens zwei schiebbar geführte federbelastete Rastbolzen (4,5) wechselweise in korrespondierende Ausnehmungen (7,8) der Nockenwelle (1) eingreifen. Diese Ausnehmungen (7,8) sind mit Druckmittelkanälen (13,14) verbunden, die über einen Schaltkolben (12) wechselweise mit einer Druckmittelquelle in Verbindung bringbar sind, um den jeweiligen Rastbolzen (4,5) auszukoppeln.
