Due to the parallel course, the Length of the effective feed side 9 also with increasing Wear constant. Even with the same width therefore the effective feed area does not change.
- An area next to the gradation is the constant cross-sectional area thereby achieved that with increasing effectiveness Length of the effective surface corresponding to the width a predetermined curve shape 20 is reduced.
- this area is not enlarged due to wear, because the gradation 10 or the reduction in Width prevents the sanded surface from growing.
- the transition from gradation 10 to the subsequent one Part of the feed side 9 is very rounded. Thereby shear forces on the milling direction Area of the cutting edge support area 6 opposite the milling direction 4 from this section of the feed side 9 intercepted efficiently.
- Figures 3 and 4 show a further advantageous embodiment of a second milling tooth according to the invention, at which is lateral in an area of the feed side 9 Indentations 11 are located. Between the indentations 11 there is a web 12. The indentations 11 are up to the edge 13 of the opposite to the milling direction 4 Milling tooth pulled through. The flank 14 of the indentation 11 is well rounded and leads in the direction of the milling feed 5 pointing area vertically upwards. Thereby is an enlargement of the ground surface of the Milling tooth essentially prevented once the milling tooth up to the edge lying towards the milling feed direction 5 the indentation 11 is ground.
- Figures 4 and 5 finally show an inventive Milling tooth with an over the entire width B of the milling tooth extending indentation 15 in the cutting support area 6. Also in this embodiment, the milling feed relieved by the steeply sloping indentation 15 in combination with a wedge-shaped design of the Side flanks 16 in the cutting support area 6 of the milling tooth an increase in the ground area in the cutting edge support area 6 is prevented.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a milling tooth for installation in a Milling tooth holder of an earth-working machine.
With such an earth-working machine, for example a milling wheel or a milling chain, which are used in civil engineering for diaphragm wall milling systems of diaphragm walls can be used. The milling teeth exist each from tooth base and cutting edge and are with Milling tooth brackets used on the earth-working machine.
During operation, the milling teeth are moved in the milling direction, i.e. in the circumferential direction of the milling wheel or in the running direction the milling chain. On the in the respective direction of movement the cutting teeth therefore have a cutting edge on. On the one hand, the cutting edge cuts through the one in front of it Soil in the respective milling direction, on the other hand is the actual milling feed by a movement of the Milling wheel or the milling chain in the plane of rotation of the Milling wheel or the rotation of the milling chain reached. In the Feed side of the milling tooth showing the direction of feed so according to the milling feed against the ground pressed.
From DE-U 87 15 141 a milling tooth is known, which the flank pointing in the milling direction has a cutting edge, upstream of a cutting edge support area in the milling direction is. The cutting axis is easy in the milling direction inclined. The cutting edge support area closes at the in the feed direction showing feed side flush with one End of the cutting edge and is opposite to the milling direction Area with a light side view convex shaped bulge drawn into the tooth base.
Due to the milling feed component of the movement of the milling tooth becomes the edge of the cutting edge pointing in the milling feed direction as well as the subsequent part of the cutting edge support area pressed against the ground and therefore gradually ground flat. In this part of the Cutting support area one to the milling feed direction in generated substantially vertical ground surface. There the cutting edge support area opposite to the milling direction If the tooth base is retracted, this area increases with increasing wear of the milling tooth. It follows from the fact that the milling feed with increasing wear of the Milling tooth is becoming more and more difficult because of an ever increasing "blunt" surface pressed against the ground got to. In the milling feed direction, only that points in the milling direction lying outer edge of the cutting edge a cutting function on. The adjoining surface becomes flat against that Soil pressed.
The invention is therefore the object of designing a cutting tooth for installation in a Fräszahnhalterung an earthworking implement with at least one upstream in the cutting direction a cutter-support region cutting so that it enables a simple construction with a side facing in Fräsvorschubrichtung abraded feed side an effective milling feed.
The task becomes for a generic milling tooth solved that the size of the perpendicular to the milling feed direction extending and the at least one cutting edge intersecting cross-sectional areas of the cutting support area in at least one of two such cross-sectional areas limited, area remains approximately the same.
This means that with a simple construction of the milling tooth the feed side of the milling tooth, which does not press the soil significantly enlarged when the milling tooth is ground so far is that with continued grinding has an approximately constant cross-sectional area.
A basic idea of the invention is therefore that To give the cutting support area a shape in which the individual cross-sectional planes parallel to the feed side Length and width are matched to each other and so depend on the areas in all cross-sectional planes are the same.
The milling tooth according to the invention leads through the relief the milling feed conditions for significant energy savings, since the force to be applied to the milling feed is not as before, increases sharply with increasing wear. There is also considerable material savings, since the milling tooth according to the invention is only essential for one greater degree of wear must be replaced. The milling tooth according to the invention is also extremely easy to manufacture.
According to an advantageous embodiment, the cutting edge support area on the feed side an approximately parallel to the at least one cutting edge directed gradation, the opposite being oriented in the milling direction The cutting edge support area is drawn in towards the tooth base. Is the milling tooth starts to wear down to this gradation its edge of the gradation towards the milling feed direction is grinded, that is perpendicular to the milling feed direction running cross-sectional area on the feed side of the milling tooth in the further use of the milling tooth enlarged until the milling tooth over the entire height of the gradation is ground down. Through this extremely easy to manufacture Gradation are therefore extremely good milling feed conditions reached.
According to a further advantageous embodiment the cutting edge support area in the area of the side flanks in each case an indentation elongated in the milling direction. Between these two indentations thus remain in the milling direction longitudinal web exist. Also through this Measure is achieved that the to be pressed against the ground Surface of the ground milling tooth with increasing Degree of wear increases only slightly. Reaches the surface of the milling tooth the ends lying in the milling direction of the indentations, the shifts against the milling direction lying boundary of the surface of the milling tooth only along the stiffly sloping and in the milling direction lying boundary line of the indentations and along of the jetty. The bridge, however, has a much smaller one Width than the entire milling tooth, so that it only makes an insignificant contribution to the surface of the milling tooth. The advantageous embodiment shown here leads to a very efficient support despite the indentations of the cutting edge support area lying in the milling direction as well as the cutting.
Good results are achieved when the indentations are up to the opposite side of the milling tooth pulled through. This will make her resist the movement of the milling tooth in the milling direction is kept very low.
An alternative advantageous embodiment exists in the cutting support area over the entire width of the Provide an indentation on the side facing the milling feed direction and the side flanks wedge-shaped in the manner shape that they are wedge-shaped against the milling direction are pointed towards each other. This can in to whom the support of the person pointing in the milling direction Cutting edge support area and the cutting edge in the milling direction is not critical, the increase in particularly effective force required for the milling drive can be avoided.
In this embodiment too, the indentation is through Reduction of the resistance to movement advantageously up to the side of the Milling tooth pulled through.
Furthermore, the support of the one pointing in the milling direction Cutting edge support area and the cutting edge through the cutting edge support area pointing counter to the milling direction maintain the milling tooth designed according to the invention very well, when the concave transitions are very rounded are. This happens because, for example, the counter to the milling feed direction and in the milling direction Edge of the gradation or indentation is strongly rounded are. The danger that the one pointing in the milling direction Cutting edge support area breaks off, this is advantageous Measure further reduced.

6 nachgelagert, dessen Aufgabe darin besteht,

konstanter Breite zunimmt. Im durch die weiter innen liegende
Abschleiflinie 8' dargestellten Zustand erstreckt
In Figures 7 and 8 are to illustrate the wear

Schneidkante 3 gerichtet, wobei der sich daran entgegen
der Fräsrichtung 4 anschließende Teilbereich des Schneidenstützbereiches
6 entgegen der Fräsrichtung zum Zahnfuß
hin eingezogen ist. Durch den parallelen Verlauf bleibt die
Länge der wirksamen Vorschubseite 9 auch mit zunehmendem

verändert sich daher die wirksame Vorschubfläche nicht. In

Figures 3 and 4 show a further advantageous embodiment
of a second milling tooth according to the invention, at
which is lateral in an area of the feed side 9
Lediglich
auf der verbleibenden, schmaleren Oberfläche des Steges 12
wächst die geschliffene Oberfläche entgegen der Fräsrichtung
4 an. Durch den Steg 12 werden Abscherkräfte auf den
der Fräsrichtung 4 zugewandten Bereich des Fräszahns effizient
abgefangen. The
6. Auch bei dieser Ausführungsform wird der Fräsvorschub
erleichtert, indem durch die steil abfallende Einbuchtung
15 in Kombination mit einer keilförmigen Gestaltung der
Seitenflanken 16 im Schneidenstützbereich 6 des Fräszahns
eine Zunahme der abgeschliffenen Fläche im Schneidenstützbereich
6 verhindert wird.Figures 4 and 5 finally show an inventive
Milling tooth with an over the entire width B of the milling
