Heftköpfe 10 und Klinschervorrichtungen 12 werden getrennt von der
Heftmaschine an ihren Aufnahmeleisten 16 bzw. 36 so ausgerichtet, daß
später die Heftklammern 50 an der gewünschten Stelle in das zu
heftende Bogenmaterial mittels der Heftköpfe 10 eingebracht werden und
ihre durch das Bogenmaterial hindurchgestochenen Schenkel mittels der
Klinschervorrichtungen 12 umgebogen werden. Diese Vorausrichtung kann
entweder anhand von Skalen 24 bzw. 44 an den Aufnahmeleisten 16 bzw.
36 erfolgen, mittels denen die Heftköpfe und Klinschervorrichtungen
entsprechend der für das jeweils zu verarbeitende Format bekannten
Positionen ausgerichtet werden, oder mittels Anschlägen 60, die
entsprechend der zu erzielenden Ausrichtung der Heftköpfe 10 und
Klinschervorrichtungen 20 eingestellt sind. Die Anschläge 60 sind
verschiebbar an einer Skala 62 angeordnet, die sich, obwohl sie in der
Figur als im Bereich der Heftmaschine angeordnet gezeigt ist, an einer
externen Station zum Vorausrichten der Heftköpfe und Klinschervorrichtungen
befindet. An dieser externen Station können die Aufnahmeleisten
16 und 36 mittels ihrer Schnellspannelemente befestigt werden.
Anschließend werden die Heftköpfe 10 und Klinschervorrichtungen 20 in
die gewünschte und von den Anschlägen 60 vorgegebene Position bewegt
und schließlich mittels der Arretiervorrichtungen 20 bzw. 40 an den

- Machine according to Claim 1, characterized in that the receiving element (16, 36) is provided with a quick-action clamping element (18, 38) which can be brought into engagement with a complementary part on the stitching machine.
- Machine according to Claim 2, characterized in that the receiving element (16, 36) is produced as a strip, and in that a quick-action clamping element (18, 38) is provided at each end of the strip.
- Machine according to one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the stitching head (10) or the clincher device (12) is mounted displaceably on the receiving element (16, 36) and is provided with a locking device (20, 40), by means of which it can be locked individually on a receiving element (16, 36).
- Machine according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the receiving element (16, 36) has affixed to it a scale (24, 44) which makes it possible to orient the stitching head (10) or the clincher device (12) in relation to a reference point.
- Machine according to Claim 5, characterized in that the scale (24, 44) is additionally provided with individual markings which make it possible to orient the stitching head (10) or the clincher device (12) in predetermined positions.
- Machine according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a scale (62) is provided, on which can be positioned at least one stop (60), at which the stitching head (10) or the clincher device (12) can be oriented.
- Machine according to Claim 7, characterized in that an external station for preorienting the stitching head (10)- or the clincher device (12) is provided, at which a part complementary to the quick-action clamping element (18, 38) of the receiving element (16, 36) is provided, so that the receiving element (16, 36) provided with the stitching head (10) or the clincher device (12) can be mounted in a predetermined position, and to which the scale (62) is affixed, on which at least one stop or one marking is provided, which serves for preorienting the stitching head (10) or the clincher device (12).
- Machine according to one of Claims 2 to 8, characterized in that the stitching head (10) has quick-action couplings (22) which serve for quickly releasable connection to a wire-feed unit (14).
