Definitions
- the invention relates to a lawn grid plate for fastening a soil surface that can be landscaped, such as in the (post-published) publication P 196 15 385 is.
- the invention has for its object a turf grid to show which, with good growth properties, high Has strengths.
- An essential point of the invention is that oblique cell walls running to the tread are provided.
- the lawn grid slab is resilient overall not just in a direction perpendicular to the running surface, so generally in a purely vertical direction, but a general one Stiffening also in the horizontal direction.
- Stiffening is particularly advantageous if acceleration or braking forces when driving on (or also when walking on) occur on the lawn grid. Such forces have been so far only manageable to a small extent.
- the sloping cell walls a first type of Cells with a second type of cell (with walls perpendicular to the tread) alternately forming the turf grid are provided.
- the one kind, preferably the first kind of Cells with the sloping cell walls are up and down open.
- the second type of cell is made up of cell walls, which in addition to the vertical cell walls each have at least one, but preferably include two cell walls, which are the first Form the type of cells, i.e. sloping cell walls.
- This one inclined cell walls that have openings, grasses can Both types of cells have their roots horizontally in each different cell type and possibly through this into the next Let the cell grow.
- the first type of cells (with the sloping walls) that follow is open at the top and bottom, has the cell walls with their bevel oriented so that the cross section of this type of cells enlarges downwards. This ensures that even when the grass slab and No excessive compaction of the soil in takes place in the cells, even if new topsoil from above, Stones, etc. (possibly also unintentionally due to alluvium etc.) to be refilled as the cell is down will continue. This in turn has great advantages in terms of horizontal as well as vertical rootability of the soil in these cells.
- the horizontal openings are preferably provided above the cell margins and the Load transfer area of these cells through plate sections formed which down at least part of the cells close. This allows the water storage facilities mentioned integrated as "bowls" in the turf grid be without using additional components.
- the horizontal openings define overflow openings with their lower edges, which the water level in the water storage facilities to adjust.
- the upper edges of all cell walls are preferably with front and Provide recesses to form a non-slip profile, which significantly improves the accessibility of the lawn grid plate.
- clamp pieces are provided, about which the grass pavers in the ground, in particular can be attached to the slope when laid.
- cover pieces are provided, in particular for marking purposes are attachable to cell top edges. Preferably are designed such that each cover piece attached a cell essentially completely from above closes, so that freedom from fouling is guaranteed can.
- the first embodiment of the turf grid shown here comprises two types of cells, one type of cells 10 with a square Cross section and a second type of cells 30 with pentagonal cross section.
- Each of the square first cells 10 has a first to fourth wall 11 to 14, the one together Form truncated pyramid so that the cells 10 rectangular Have cross sections that go from top to bottom, as in the Fig. 2, 3, 4 or 5 shown expand.
- the cells 10 are each open at the top and bottom and have 11 in their walls - 14 each have openings 20, 20 'through adjacent, by walls 33, 33 'vertically attached to the outside of the walls 11-14 are divided in the vertical.
- the opening lower edges 21 are formed by ledges 22 integrally formed are integrally formed on the walls 11-14.
- the second type of cells 30 has a pentagonal cross section two common to the first cells 10, inclined to the vertical Walls, each of the sloping walls leading to a different cell 10 heard. 6 thus shows the lower one lying in the middle Cell 30 with the right first cell 10 a common wall 14 and with the left cell 10 on a common wall 12. There to these walls 12 and 14 of the first type of cells 10 each include openings 20, the cells 30 are each with two cells 10 through such horizontal openings 20, 20 ' connected.
- two adjacent cells 30 each have the second type one of the vertical walls 33, 33 'together, which the horizontal openings of the first type of cells 10 in two Share parts. Furthermore, each have two cells 30 of the second type Diagonal walls 31, 32 together, which each have corner edges Connect cells 10 of the first type with each other and thereby meet at right angles in intersection areas 23, which due to their structure very high strength compared to vertical Powers.
- the cells 30 of the second type are each closed off by bottoms, which load transfer areas 29 form.
- the surfaces form these floor-like load transmission areas 29 thus sub-margins 16 (see Fig. 5) of the second type of cells 30, so that water storage devices 25 are formed, the Level line 24 (indicated by a broken line in FIG. 5) defined by the height of the opening lower edges 21 become.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a lawn grid plate for fastening a soil surface that can be landscaped, such as in the (post-published) publication P 196 15 385 is.
More recently, surface water (rainwater) has been tried to drain away as much as possible. this happens over unsealed paved usable areas, e.g. B. parking lots, Courtyard entrances or the like. Grass grids are used for fastening that on the one hand needs a hard-wearing, have walkable and drivable tread, over which also high forces in the subsoil or the substructure of the lawn grid plate can be initiated. On the other hand, the Lawn that grows in the topsoil, which in cells of the turf grid is resilient, i.e. in its growth characteristics can be compared to lawn, which in natural soil grows. So natural lawn growth to ensure openings between cells are like this appropriate that horizontal rooting also take place can. But after these openings weaken the cell walls, with better rootability of the lawn grid at the same time accepted their weakening.
The invention has for its object a turf grid to show which, with good growth properties, high Has strengths.
This object is achieved by the turf grid specified in claim 1 solved.
An essential point of the invention is that oblique cell walls running to the tread are provided. Thereby the lawn grid slab is resilient overall not just in a direction perpendicular to the running surface, so generally in a purely vertical direction, but a general one Stiffening also in the horizontal direction. Such Stiffening is particularly advantageous if acceleration or braking forces when driving on (or also when walking on) occur on the lawn grid. Such forces have been so far only manageable to a small extent.
Preferably, on the one hand, are oblique to the tread, on the other cell walls oriented perpendicular to the tread are provided, so that forces in all directions, but to an increased degree Forces (as known per se) in a vertical direction (to the tread) can be led underground. Define here preferably the sloping cell walls a first type of Cells with a second type of cell (with walls perpendicular to the tread) alternately forming the turf grid are provided. The one kind, preferably the first kind of Cells with the sloping cell walls are up and down open. The second type of cell is made up of cell walls, which in addition to the vertical cell walls each have at least one, but preferably include two cell walls, which are the first Form the type of cells, i.e. sloping cell walls. This one inclined cell walls that have openings, grasses can Both types of cells have their roots horizontally in each different cell type and possibly through this into the next Let the cell grow.
The first type of cells (with the sloping walls) that follow is open at the top and bottom, has the cell walls with their bevel oriented so that the cross section of this type of cells enlarges downwards.
Water storage devices (in an known manner) provided at least in part of the cells sit. This ensures that even in longer Dry periods the lawn has enough water and therefore the greening is resistant. The horizontal openings are preferably provided above the cell margins and the Load transfer area of these cells through plate sections formed which down at least part of the cells close. This allows the water storage facilities mentioned integrated as "bowls" in the turf grid be without using additional components. The horizontal openings define overflow openings with their lower edges, which the water level in the water storage facilities to adjust.
The upper edges of all cell walls are preferably with front and Provide recesses to form a non-slip profile, which significantly improves the accessibility of the lawn grid plate.
As part of a complete kit, clamp pieces are provided, about which the grass pavers in the ground, in particular can be attached to the slope when laid. Furthermore cover pieces are provided, in particular for marking purposes are attachable to cell top edges. Preferably are designed such that each cover piece attached a cell essentially completely from above closes, so that freedom from fouling is guaranteed can.

In the following description, the same and equivalent Parts with the same reference numerals.
First, the first preferred embodiment of the invention with reference to FIGS. 1 to 6 explained in more detail.
fünf-eckigem Querschnitt. The first embodiment of the turf grid shown here
comprises two types of cells, one type of
Fig. 2, 3, 4 oder 5 gezeigt, erweitern.
Each of the square
verbunden.The second type of
rechtwinklig in Kreuzungsbereichen 23 treffen, welche aufgrund
ihrer Struktur sehr hohe Festigkeiten gegenüber vertikalen
Kräften aufweisen.Furthermore, two
The
The upper edges 15 of the walls 11-14 of the first type of
These upper edges 15 are provided with
The lawn grating plates shown in FIGS. 7 to 9 remain
receive the principle just described, according to which
a first type of
A comparison of the two embodiments shows that an essential principle in the inclination of cell walls lies, whereby all the advantages mentioned above are achieved.
Furthermore, as shown in Figs. 13 to 15,
The outer edges of the lawn grid plates are meandering in this way formed that - as shown in Fig. 17 to 18 - several Plates can be put together without leaving gaps or disrupt the regularity of the cell pattern. The single ones Lawn grating tiles are hooked non-slip after laying, can still be removed individually. Smaller elements are preferably used here (see FIG. 17). in the size 600 x 400 x 60 [mm] and larger plates (see Fig. 16) made in the size 800 x 600 x 60 [mm], which then in any combination with each other z. B. can be put together according to FIG. 18 are. Due to the smooth joining dimension, one can high installation performance smooth square meter numbers can be installed. In addition, optimal transport utilization is on one Given euro pallet.
Through the adjustment holes 26 and adjustment spheres specified on the edge 27 (see Fig. 1, 3, 5 or 6) at the edges becomes a The individual elements fall apart when they are removed from the pallet and prevented when laying prefabricated square meters.
