Abstract

Ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer thermomechanisch beständigen Wärme dämmschicht, bei dem eine keramische Wärmedämmschicht durch thermisches Spritzen auf eine metallische Komponente aufgebracht wird, wobei die Wärmedämmschicht zur Reduzierung von Sintereffekten während und oder nach dem Aufbringvorgang gestrahlt wird, sowie eine Wärmedämmschicht, die durch thermisches Spritzen auf eine metallische Komponente aufgebracht ist, keramisch ist und eine poröse Struktur aufweist, wobei die Wärmedämmschicht durch Strahlen gebildete, oberflächennahe Risse aufweist.
