Claims (8)
- Contacteur (10) pour un démarreur de véhicule automobile du type comportant une tige de commande (20) sur l'extrémité avant de laquelle un contact mobile (30) est monté coulissant pour établir un contact électrique entre des bornes de contact fixes (36, 38) portées par un capot avant (40) du contacteur (10),
du type dans lequel un ressort de maintien (42) est agencé sur la tige de commande (20) entre une butée axiale arrière (44) de la tige (20) et une face arrière (31) du contact mobile (30) pour solliciter axialement la face avant (29) de ce dernier vers une partie en relief (64, 66), radialement vers l'extérieur, qui fait office de butée axiale avant pour le contact mobile (30), et qui est formée à l'extrémité libre avant (60,62) d'au moins une branche axiale (50,52) de la tige (20) pouvant être déformée élastiquement radialement vers l'axe de la tige de commande (20), à partir de son état normal de repos, pour permettre l'effacement radial de la butée avant (64,66) pour l'emboítement du contact mobile (30) sur la tige (20), du type dans lequel un ressort de rappel (48) est agencé entre le capot avant (40) du contacteur (10) et la tige de commande (20), pour rappeler la tige de commande (20) et le contact mobile (30) vers l'arrière, et du type dans lequel il est prévu des moyens de blocage de la branche (50, 52) dans son état de repos pour éviter un effacement radial intempestif de cette branche (50, 52), caractérisé en ce que les moyens de blocage comportent le ressort de rappel (48) qui est un ressort à boudin dont la dernière spire arrière (49) est agencée sur la tige de commande (20) de façon à empêcher tout déplacement radial de la branche élastique (50, 52) vers l'axe de la tige (20). - Contacteur (10) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la dernière spire arrière (49) du ressort de rappel (48) est reçue dans une gorge axiale (76) formée au moins en partie dans l'extrémité libre avant (60, 62) de la branche élastique (50, 52).
- Contacteur (10) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la dernière spire arrière (49) du ressort de rappel (48) est agencée en partie radialement sous l'extrémité libre avant (60, 62) de la branche élastique (50, 52).
- Contacteur (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la tige de commande (20) comporte, à son extrémité avant, une saignée axiale (56,58), agencée sensiblement selon une corde de la face d'extrémité avant de la tige (20), qui délimite la branche élastique (50,52) par rapport à une partie centrale (54).
- Contacteur (10) selon la revendication 4 prise en combinaison avec la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la face d'extrémité avant de la partie centrale (54) de la tige de commande (20) comporte une gorge axiale (72) dont le rayon est sensiblement égal à la distance radiale de la saignée (56, 58) et qui reçoit la dernière spire arrière du ressort (48) dont un tronçon est agencé sous l'extrémité libre avant (60, 62) de la branche élastique (50,52).
- Contacteur (10) selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la partie centrale (54) de la tige de commande (20) comporte un prolongement axial (74) qui s'étend axialement vers l'avant, au-delà de la face d'extrémité avant, à l'intérieur du ressort de rappel (48) pour guider ce dernier.
- Contacteur (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la face avant (29) du contact mobile (30) est directement en appui sur la partie en relief (64, 66) de l'extrémité avant (60, 62) de la branche élastique (50, 52) qui sert de butée axiale avant.
- Contacteur (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la tige de commande (20) est symétrique par rapport à un plan axial médian.
