Abstract

Doppelsiebformer zum Herstellen eines hochwertigen graphischen Papiers mit einem Untersieb 11 und einem Obersieb 12, die miteinander eine Doppelsiebzone bilden. Im Anfangsbereich der Doppelsiebzone laufen die Siebbänder 11, 12 über eine in der Schlaufe des Obersiebes 12 liegende Formiersaugwalze 14. In deren Bereich sind mehrere Entwässerungsleisten 15 vorgesehen, die pneumatisch an das Untersieb 11 andrückbar sind. In der Doppelsiebzone folgen auf die Formiersaugwalze 14 eine zweite, in der Schlaufe des Obersiebes 12 angeordnete Saugwalze 18 und eine dritte in der Schlaufe des Untersiebes 11 angeordnete Saugwalze 19.
