Abstract
Description
The invention relates essentially to a knife hollow handle body, at least one here indirectly longitudinally movable in a knife blade guide channel guided knife blade and one with the Knife blade movement-connected slide, the least has a handling component.
Such a knife is for example from the DE-PS 36 22 343 known. In the known knife a knife blade connected to a slide part in the Handle body of the knife guided, being on the slide part a handling surface is arranged with which the Slider - and thus the blade - against the force a tension spring can be pressed into a cutting position can. This is a very advantageous knife found it disadvantageous that so-called force cuts, where the knife is clutched by the fist and cutting or cutting through serve very thick or resistant materials, are difficult to perform.
Starting from the above State of the art the object of the invention is therefore a new knife to create, which is also suitable, force cuts perform, but still easy to manufacture and is absolutely safe.
The solution to this problem arises from the
Features of
The knife according to the invention has the essential Advantage that with it so-called force cuts in essentially perpendicular to the material to be cut possible are. This is particularly so because when cutting the slide - and with it the knife blade - By actuating the handling component applied a corresponding force with the thumb can be. This is possible because the Slider actuation in adaptation to that by the aforementioned Faust specified design of the handle body away from the material to be cut to the end of the knife handle outside the actual grip area of the fingers is shifted.
In an advantageous embodiment of the invention the handle body has on the knife blade facing away from an extension component, in the handling component to be operated by the thumb is led. Here, the actuating component - what affects operational safety - beneficial Way out within the extension member.
This can be done, for example, by as in a further embodiment, the extension component as a component enclosing an elongated hole is trained.
In a particularly preferred embodiment the invention is one on both sides of the component There is a thumb-operated handling component. This embodiment represents regardless of whether that Knife is used by a right-handed or left-handed person, in each case an actuating surface to be acted upon by the thumb to disposal.
In the drawings, a knife is included
the
The
Der Griffkörper 11 weist einen einer Austrittsöffnung
36 für eine Messerklinge 16 benachbarten vorderen
Griffbereich 33, einen mittleren Griffbereich 34 und
einen das Verlängerungsbauteil 14 bildenden hinteren
Griffbereich 35 auf.The
Im Griffkörper 11 ist ein Messerklingen-Führungskanal
15 vorhanden, in dem ein mit der Messerklinge 16
bewegungsverbundener Schieber 17 angeordnet ist, an dem
ein Handhabungsbauteil 18 befestigt ist. Das Handhabungsbauteil
18 wird in einer langlochartigen Ausnehmung
19 des Verlängerungsbauteils 14 geführt. Der
Griffkörper 11 weist einen Steg 20 (s. Fig. 3 bis 5)
14 heraus. Darüber hinaus ist es exzentrisch
drehbar am Schieber 17 gelagert. Sofern also der Schieber
17 mitsamt der Messerklinge 16 in x-Richtung in die
Schneidposition geschoben wird, kann er durch Drehung
des Handhabungsbauteils 18 in der gewünschten Position
verklemmt werden. Dies geschieht dadurch, daß aufgrund
der exzentrischen Lagerung sich zwischen dem Handhabungsbauteils
18 und der Laibungsfläche der langlochartigen
Ausnehmung 19 eine Klemmung ergibt. In the
14 gehalten.In the knife
Der Schieber 17 weist messerklingenseitig eine
Ausnehmung 24 (s. Fig. 4) mit einem darin hineinragenden
Fig. 2). Die zum Verlängerungsbauteil 14
weisende Begrenzung der Messerklingen-Abdeckung 26 ist
als Steckscharnier S ausgebildet (s. Fig. 3 und 5), damit
The
Die Messerklingen-Sicherheitsabdeckung 12 weist
seitlich einen von der eigentlichen Oberfläche 27 zurückversetzten
Bereich 28 auf, der beim Verschließen
der Messerklingen-Sicherheitsklappe 12 durch Zurückschieben
der Messerklingen-Sicherheitsabdeckung in y-Richtung
die Wandung des Griffkörpers 11 im Bereich 29
untergreift. Zusätzlich ergibt sich auf nicht dargestellte
Weise eine Verklemmung zwischen einer Oberfläche
30 (s. Fig. 3 bis 5) des Verriegelungsbauteils 22
und einer Unterfläche 31 der Messerklingen-Sicherheitsabdeckung
12. Damit die für die Bewegung der Messerklingen-Sicherheitsabdeckung
12 in y-Richtung notwendige
Kraft auf einfache Weise aufgebracht werden
kann, weist die Oberfläche 27 der Messerklingen-Sicherheitsabdeckung
12 zwei entgegengesetzt angeordnete Daumenmulden
32 (s. Fig. 1) auf.The knife
11 herausragt (s. Fig. 6).If now the
große Ermüdungserscheinung die Kraftschnitte durchzuführen.6 shows the cutting position of the
Knife 10 in a so-called force cut approximately
perpendicular to a cutting good SG. The
Anhand vornehmlich der Fig. 2 ist ein besonderes
Merkmal des Schiebers 17 zu erkennen. Der Schieber 17
hat nämlich eine Außenkontur A1, die annähernd einer
Innenkontur A2 des Messerklingen-Führungskanals 15 entspricht.
Durch diese Dimensionierung können in dem Messerklingen-Führungskanal
15 eingedrungene Schmutzpartikel
A particular feature of the
