Claims (16)
- Wipptaster (10) mit einem Gehäuse (12) mit einem Sockel (14), der aus Isolierstoff besteht und mit darin angeordneten festen Kontaktstücken (24) und mit Anschlußkontakten (26) versehen ist, sowie mit wenigstens einer Schaltwippe (18), welche jeweils wenigstens einen beweglichen Kontakt (22, 23) beaufschlagen, der mit wenigstens einem der festen Kontaktstücke (24) zusammenarbeitet, dadurch qekennzeichnet, daß einer jeden Schaltwippe (18) wenigstens zwei bewegliche Kontakte (22, 23) zugeordnet sind, daß die wenigstens zwei beweglichen Kontakte von zwei nebeneinander angeordneten ersten und zweiten Kontaktwippen (22, 23) gebildet sind, die jeweils zwei symmetrisch zueinander angeordnete und mittels eines brückenähnlichen Steges (21) miteinander verbundene Kontaktlamellen (20) aufweisen, daß die Kontaktwippen (22,23) jeweils im Bereich des Steges (21) von der Schaltwippe (18) gegen den Sockel (14) beaufschlagt sind und daß die freien Enden der Kontaktlamellen (20) zur Kontaktierung der festen Kontaktstücke (24) dienen.
- Wipptaster nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kontaktlamellen (20) der ersten und zweiten Kontaktwippen (22, 23) bogenförmig ausgebildet und im Bereich ihrer Symmetrieachse jeweils durch einen unterschiedlich geformten Steg (21) einstückig miteinander verbunden sind.
- Wipptaster nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Betätigung der nebeneinander angeordneten ersten und zweiten Kontaktwippen (22, 23) zwei jeweils an der Schaltwippe (22, 23)angeformte Schaltzapfen (36) vorgesehen sind, die parallel zueinander angeordnet sind und jeweils im Bereich des brückenähnlichen Steges (21) die zugeordnete Kontaktwippe (22, 23) beaufschlagen.
- Wipptaster nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Schaltzapfen (36) axial federnd ausgebildet ist.
- Wipptaster nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Schaltzapfen jeweils von einer federbeaufschlagten Druckhülse (36) gebildet ist, welche an der Schaltwippe (18) geführt ist und die zugeordnete erste beziehungsweise zweite Kontaktwippe (22, 23) gegen eine im Sockel (14) gebildete Auflagefläche beaufschlagt, und daß entsprechend der jeweiligen von der Ruhestellung abweichenden Schaltstellung der Schaltwippe (22, 23) die jeweilige an der Kontaktwippe (22, 23) befindliche Kontaktlamelle (20) das zugeordnete feste Kontaktstück (24) kontaktiert.
- Wipptaster nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schaltzapfen (36) in einer an der Schaltwippe (18) einstückig angeformten Hülse (34) geführt und von einer Schraubendruckfeder (38) beaufschlagt ist.
- Wipptaster nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sockel (14) einen Rahmen (28) aufweist, welcher wenigstens eine Schaltkammer (30) umschließt.
- Wipptaster nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Sockel (14) zwei Schaltkammern (30) vorgesehen sind, die jeweils von dem Rahmen (28) umschlossen sind.
- Wipptaster nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in jeder Schaltkammer (30) zwei feste Kontaktstücke (24) vorgesehen sind.
- Wipptaster nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die festen Kontaktstücke (24) in den Sockel (14) eingesetzt sind.
- Wipptaster nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in jeder Schaltkammer (30) eine einzelne oder gemeinsame Leiterplatte (32) eingesetzt ist, auf welcher die festen Kontaktstücke (24) angeordnet sind.
- Wipptaster nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kontaktlamellen (20) bogenförmig ausgebildet sind und daß an ihren freien Enden Kontaktstücke angeformt sind.
- Wipptaster nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kontaktwippe (22) fliegend gelagert ist und lediglich von dem Schaltzapfen (36) in ihrer Lage gehalten ist.
- Wipptaster nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kontaktwippe (22) im Bereich ihres Steges (21) seitliche Anformungen (25) aufweist, die in entsprechende Ausnehmungen (33) im zugeordneten Rahmen (28) eingreifen.
- Wipptaster nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Steg (21) der ersten Kontaktwippe (22) eine ungleichförmige Kontur aufweist und daß der Steg (21) der zweiten Kontaktwippe (23) eine gleichförmige abgewinkelte Kontur aufweist.
- Wipptaster nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die abgewinkelte Kontur des Steges (21) der zweiten Kontaktwippe (23) zu einer im Vergleich zur ersten Kontaktwippe (22) späteren Schaltbetätigung durch den zugeordneten Schaltzapfen (36) führt.
