Sitting in particular such people with already weakened back muscles even in the evening on static bar stools, this usually leads to an unfavorable sitting posture and resulting Back pain. Through a sustained, even incorrect load of the intervertebral discs these become extremely bad is supplied with blood, which results in permanent back damage can.
- Another disadvantage when sitting on bar stools is that the legs hang diagonally down and therefore most Users tend to form a hollow back. Becomes this sitting posture is perceived as uncomfortable, so it supports itself the bar visitor on the bar itself, which in turn becomes a leads to very one-sided loading of the intervertebral disc.
- the object of the invention is therefore a bar stool to improve in that this a healthy sitting enables.
- the object is achieved in that the Intermediate part formed with springs and on the foot part tilt and is resettable.
- the bar stool swings through the resilient intermediate part even with the smallest movement in its longitudinal axis, see above that the back muscles keep moving and in addition, the intervertebral disc also has no static load experiences.
- the foot part has a fixed one Shaft.
- the hinge point between the foot part and intermediate part is at the upper end of the shaft.
- the fixed shaft ensures that the Hinge point not too far from the seat and thus the pendulum movement is limited to a favorable extent is. If, on the other hand, the pendulum point were on the ground, that would be for a bar stool the commute is too long and a safe one Use by unfamiliar people is no longer possible.

- a preferred embodiment provides that the resilient Intermediate part from a central pillar and one Spring construction exists, being in the flow of force of the seat weight the central pillar and the spring construction in Series are connected.
- the central one Column adjustable height can be formed without the suspension around the longitudinal axis is impaired.
- the central pillar and the spring construction are arranged concentrically and between the central Pillar and the spring structure formed a bearing guide is. Due to the concentric arrangement of central Pillar and spring construction it is possible in one relatively compact arrangement of the series connection of central pillar and spring construction. This is therefore of great importance because - as above mentioned - the tipping point not too far from the seat may be distant and thus a mere string together the tipping point of the central column and spring construction would move too far towards the foot section.
- the spring construction advantageously has a dynamic one and static spring mount on between which a spring is clamped. Through this relatively simple It is possible to use a cheap standard part spring.
- the central pillar is advantageously as one in it Length adjustable spring column, such as a gas spring and has at least one vertical guideway which interacts with the warehouse management.
- the camp management conveniently includes one in height arranged two-part storage, being as bearing elements preferably balls or rollers are used.
- the Bearing elements pressed spring-loaded against the guideway.
- non-spring loaded Bearing elements are in the pendulum and swinging movement Manufacturing inaccuracies are noticeable and have an impact very annoying when sitting actively and dynamically.
- the bearing elements are advantageously in Bearing element receptacles held, the bearing element receptacles either via compression springs, or via an elastic deformable area, or over an elastic deformable projection the bearing elements on the guideway to press.
- the compression springs or the elastically deformable The area or the projections press the bearing elements radially inwards.
- the guideway is advantageously designed as a tube, its first end with the lower end of the spring column and its second end with the dynamic end of the spring holder connected is.
- the guideway tube and the spring column which is preferably a gas spring is designed to arrange a plain bearing bush.
- a gas spring is designed to arrange a plain bearing bush.
- the bearing guide is preferably on a main body arranged in which the inventory are spring loaded and held radially displaceable. Due to the spring-loaded bearing elements, dimensional inaccuracies balanced and there is thus a even, trouble-free and almost silent swinging about the longitudinal axis of the intermediate part.
- the main leg body is preferably over a Wedge connection attachable to the shaft on the foot section.
- the distance between the dynamic and the static spring mount can be adjusted.
- a rotatable union nut on the main leg base designed as a spring support over which can bias the spring.

Description
The invention relates to a bar stool with a seat part, an intermediate part and a foot part.
Such bar stools are generally known. However, you have the disadvantage that you sit on them very static. The back muscles of the users relax on long evenings which makes them sit in an unfavorable position. A large part of the population practices in the office during the day a sedentary activity, which also leads to degeneration the back muscles contribute. Another disadvantage when sitting on bar stools is that the legs hang diagonally down and therefore most Users tend to form a hollow back. Becomes this sitting posture is perceived as uncomfortable, so it supports itself the bar visitor on the bar itself, which in turn becomes a leads to very one-sided loading of the intervertebral disc.
The object of the invention is therefore a bar stool to improve in that this a healthy sitting enables.
The object is achieved in that the Intermediate part formed with springs and on the foot part tilt and is resettable.
The bar stool swings through the resilient intermediate part even with the smallest movement in its longitudinal axis, see above that the back muscles keep moving and in addition, the intervertebral disc also has no static load experiences.
Because the intermediate part on the foot part can be tilted and reset is held, the user always commutes easily back and forth. This also keeps the back muscles always slightly moving and the intervertebral disc becomes well supplied with blood.
It is also very favorable that the foot part has a fixed one Shaft. The hinge point between the foot part and intermediate part is at the upper end of the shaft.
The fixed shaft ensures that the Hinge point not too far from the seat and thus the pendulum movement is limited to a favorable extent is. If, on the other hand, the pendulum point were on the ground, that would be for a bar stool the commute is too long and a safe one Use by unfamiliar people is no longer possible.
Furthermore, it is favorable to have a foot ring on the shaft to be placed at a predetermined distance from the floor. Of the Foot ring is firmly locked on the shaft and therefore almost fixed. The user can thus put his feet on the Turn off the foot ring and have a swinging buttocks and Upper body a secure, quiet hold by putting it on his feet on the ring.
The foot ring on the shaft is advantageously in height adjustable, ensuring optimal adjustment to the user can be made.
A preferred embodiment provides that the resilient Intermediate part from a central pillar and one Spring construction exists, being in the flow of force of the seat weight the central pillar and the spring construction in Series are connected.
By connecting the two parts in series, the central one Column adjustable height can be formed without the suspension around the longitudinal axis is impaired.
In this advantageous embodiment, it is further advantageous that the central pillar and the spring construction are arranged concentrically and between the central Pillar and the spring structure formed a bearing guide is.
The spring construction advantageously has a dynamic one and static spring mount on between which a spring is clamped. Through this relatively simple It is possible to use a cheap standard part spring.
The central pillar is advantageously as one in it Length adjustable spring column, such as a gas spring and has at least one vertical guideway which interacts with the warehouse management.
The camp management conveniently includes one in height arranged two-part storage, being as bearing elements preferably balls or rollers are used.
In a particularly preferred embodiment, the Bearing elements pressed spring-loaded against the guideway. When using non-spring loaded Bearing elements are in the pendulum and swinging movement Manufacturing inaccuracies are noticeable and have an impact very annoying when sitting actively and dynamically.
It is favorable to have at least two bearing elements per storage to be arranged on the guideway.
The bearing elements are advantageously in Bearing element receptacles held, the bearing element receptacles either via compression springs, or via an elastic deformable area, or over an elastic deformable projection the bearing elements on the guideway to press. The compression springs or the elastically deformable The area or the projections press the bearing elements radially inwards.
The guideway is advantageously designed as a tube, its first end with the lower end of the spring column and its second end with the dynamic end of the spring holder connected is.
Furthermore, it is favorable between the guideway tube and the spring column, which is preferably a gas spring is designed to arrange a plain bearing bush. At a active-dynamic continuous pendulum swinging motion first springs around the longitudinal axis of the intermediate part Line the spring construction and minimally the gas spring, so that the plain bearing bush primarily in the height adjustment used.
The bearing guide is preferably on a main body arranged in which the inventory are spring loaded and held radially displaceable. Due to the spring-loaded bearing elements, dimensional inaccuracies balanced and there is thus a even, trouble-free and almost silent swinging about the longitudinal axis of the intermediate part.
The main leg body is preferably over a Wedge connection attachable to the shaft on the foot section.
It is favorable that the distance between the dynamic and the static spring mount can be adjusted. For this purpose there is a rotatable union nut on the main leg base designed as a spring support over which can bias the spring. By biasing the spring the pendulum stool can be adjusted to the weight of the people adjust so that the seat is not uncomfortable when putting it on drops far or slightly. This biasing mechanism is advantageously via a rotatable union nut formed on the main leg body, over which the spring is pre-tensioned by turning the union nut or can be relaxed.
The reset device is conveniently a vibrating metal formed between the intermediate part and the foot part and can be set via a handwheel in the restoring force will.

Fig. 1 shows a side view and a half section

Federkonstruktion 5 in Reihe nachgeschaltet. To achieve the desired active-dynamic

A reverse arrangement, in which the power flow only over the spring construction and then over the central pillar, is also possible.
Die Federkonstruktion 5 besteht aus einer statischen
Federaufnahme 8, einer Feder 9 sowie einer dynamischen
Federaufnahme 7.
Standbeingrundkörper 15 weist in seinem unteren Bereich
The
Material 26 vorgesehen. Dieses ist sowohl zwischen
den Stirnflächen als auch zwischen den Seitenwänden
angeordnet. Das Oberteil 25, der Schaft 40 sowie das Unterteil
27 sind über eine Schraube 29 miteinander verbunden,
wobei über eine mit der Schraube 29 zusammenwirkenden
Einstellmutter 28 die Rückstellvorrichtung 21 vorgespannt
und somit die Rückstellkraft eingestellt werden kann. In
gestaltet. The
On the cylindrical outside of the
The
In the ring-shaped
in vergrößerter Darstellung. Der Fußring 50 ist in dieser
Ansicht nicht dargestellt. Beim aktiv-dynamischen Schwingen
um die Längsachse des Zwischenteils 3 entsteht eine
Relativbewegung zwischen der Führungsbahn 11 und der
Federkonstruktion 5.
Anschlag 32 vorgesehen.Fig. 2 shows the lower part of the
Rollen ausgebildet, deren Rollenachsen beidseitig in Lagerelementaufnahmen
18 aufgenommen sind. Diese Lagerelementaufnahmen
18 sind im Standbeingrundkörper 15 zu einem gewissen
Maß radial verschieblich gehalten und in Richtung
der Führungsbahn 11 federbeaufschlagt. Zur Federbeaufschlagung
sind zwei Ausführungsvarianten dargestellt.
In der ersten Ausführungsvariante stützen sich die
Lagerelementaufnahmen 18 über Druckfedern 19 an einem den
Standbeingrundkörper 15 umgebenden Rohr 37 ab und drücken
somit die Lagerelemente 13 in Richtung der Führungsbahn
12 zusammen. Fig. 3 shows the section of the intermediate part in which

Beim zweiten Ausführungsbeispiel weisen die
Lagerelementaufnahmen 18 jeweils einen elastischen Vorsprung
20 auf, welcher durch seine elastische Verformung
ebenfalls die Lagerelementaufnahmen 18 und somit die
Lagerelemente 13 gegen die Führungsbahn 11 drückt. In the second embodiment, the

Fig. 4c gibt denselben Ausschnitt wie in Fig. 4b wieder,
jedoch in einer anderen Ausführungsvariante. In Fig. 4c
die Lagerelemente 13 gegen die Führungsbahn 11 drückt.4c shows the same detail as in FIG. 4b,

Materials 26 sowie des Oberteils 25 ausgebildet.Fig. 5 shows an oblique view of the
In the middle, the
The
On the outer circumference of the
Fig. 6 zeigt eine weitere Ausführungsvariante des Schaftes
des Schaftes angepaßt werden.6 shows a further embodiment variant of the
The invention is not based on the illustrated embodiment limited, but includes all bar stools, which is an active dynamic sitting in the sense of the claim Allow 1.
