Claims (7)
- Behälter mit einem flexiblen Innenteil, miteinem Verschlussmechanismuss im Ausgangsbereich des Innenteils (6) und mitmindestens zwei zu beschickenden Teilausgängen (18,19) im Ausgangsbereich des Innenteils (6), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassmit dem Verschlussmechanismus seitlich von außen mindestens ein Teilbereich des flexiblen Innenteils (6) an ein innen im Ausgangsbereich des Innenteils (6) liegendes Schwert (14) andrückbar ist, wobei das Schwert (14) die mindestens zwei Teilausgänge (18,19) voneinander abtrennt und der jeweilige Teilausgang (18,19) des flexiblen Innenteils (6) durch das Andrücken verschließbar ist.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdas Innenteil (6) an einem Gestell (1) gehalten ist, dassdas flexible Innenteil (6) am unteren Ende in einem Hosenstück endet, dass mittels des Schwerts (14) und des Verschlussmechanismusses in die zwei Teilausgänge (18,19) aufteilbar ist und dassdie jeweiligen Teilausgänge (18,19) und/oder das gesamte Innenteil (6) mit zwei unabhängig voneinander bewegbaren Verschlusshebeln (11,13) des Verschlussmechanismusses absperrbar sind.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdas flexible Innenteil (6) mittelbar oder unmittelbar über mindestens eine Wägezelle (8) an dem Gestell (1) gehalten ist.
- Behälter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassam Ende der Verschlusshebel (11,13) zum Andrücken an die Bereiche des flexiblen Innenteils sich jeweils eine Verschlussrolle (10,12) befindet und dasssich die Verschlussrollen (10, 12) auf einer Kreisbahn um den Drehpunkt des jeweiligen Verschlusshebels (11,13) bewegen und in der zum Schwert (14) geschwenkten Stellung den jeweiligen Teilausgang (18,19) dicht abschließen.
- Behälter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdie Kreisbahnen der Verschlussrollen (10,12) so ausgeführt sind, dass jeweils eine Verschlussrolle (10) in etwa auf der Spitze des Schwerts (14) und die jeweils andere Verschlussrolle (12) an der Flanke des Schwerts (14) zu liegen kommt und dassin einer dritten Verschlussstellung die beiden Verschlussrollen (10,12) die jeweiligen Bereiche des Innenteils (6) zusammendrücken und so das gesamte Innenteil (6) verschließen.
- Behälter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdie beiden Verschlusshebel (11,13) durch Pneumatikzylinder (9) bewegbar sind, dassdie Pneumatikzylinder (9) in den zwei Endlagen über Näherungssensoren oder Endschalter (20, 21) überwachbar sind, wobei der eine Näherungssensor die Position der Verschlussrolle (10) auf der Spitze des Schwerts (14) und der andere Näherungsssensor (21) die Position der Verschlussrolle (12) an der Flanke des Schwerts (14) erfasst.
- Behälter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet dassdas flexible Innenteil (6) so ausgebildet ist, dass es im oberen Teil nach unten konisch zuläuft, dass kurz über dem Verschlussmechanismus sich der Konus wieder erweitert und dass der Konus sich danach wieder auf den Auslassdurchmesser verjüngt, so dass das Abquetschen des flexiblen Innenteils (6) an der Quetschstelle nahezu totraumfrei realisierbar ist.
