Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a machine room-less, hydraulic elevator system with any in the building arranged drive system in a cabinet.
Der hydraulische Antrieb ist über Druckleitungen mit dem Arbeitszylinder verbunden.DD 267 971 is an electro-hydraulic elevator become known, the one with a multiplier is equipped and in which the hydraulic drive and the control unit outside the elevator shaft positions not defined in more detail are arranged, whereby for the accommodation two separate, no further described boxes are provided. The hydraulic Drive is via pressure lines to the working cylinder connected.
The task of the electrohydraulic described above Elevator was a solution for a hydraulic one To develop a lift with a long stroke length. Here there was also no separate machine room. Drive and control are only in with this solution simple boxes. Hydraulic drives, especially the pump, generate during operation however, a high, uncomfortable noise level that undamped neither the residents of a house nor that Staff of a commercial building can be expected. Out for this reason, drive system and drive control conventionally e.g. in basements with little Utility value. It is further desirable that in the event of damage to the drive or the Oil tank outflowing oil can be collected safely. In addition, the previously known arrangement of drive and Control requires a large footprint.
The present invention is based on the object a machine-room-less, hydraulic elevator system to propose which the disadvantages mentioned above are not and in which the drive system (drive and Control) is built to save space and is good in the building accessible at any place can, without using adjacent rooms affect.
This object is achieved by the in claim 1 characterized invention solved.
The advantages achieved by the invention are in essential to see in that through the proposed insulation of the drive system resp. of Drive itself and the cabinet practically no audible Noises are emitted more. So the arrangement of the cabinet with the drive system in every building close to traffic routes, corridors or utility rooms without There is a loss of comfort.
By the measures listed in the subclaims are advantageous developments and improvements of machine room-less specified in claim 1, hydraulic elevator system possible. For further Noise reduction can be used for engine control Soft starters can be used instead of using relays Thyristors is equipped, so that the control none mechanical switching elements, which switching noises cause. In addition, by the accommodation of drive and control in a single cabinet Drive system pre-fabricated in the factory, respectively equipped, with which complex Avoid assembly and installation costs on site to let. Next can by the arrangement of the Drive system in direct connection with the shaft, for example, next to the shaft door, the drive cooling take place directly via the elevator shaft. Finally this arrangement makes maintenance work easier, there a service technician from the drive system the elevator resp. can visually monitor the shaft itself.

Fig.1 zeigt einen Grundriss einer hydraulischen
Aufzugsanlage 1. In einem Schacht 2 wird eine Lastkabine
3 mittels eines Hydraulikzylinders 4 auf- und abwärts
bewegt. Die Anordnung des Hydraulikzylinders 4 im Schacht
2 erfolgt je nach Aufzugsausführung, beispielsweise als
Zentralheber- oder Rucksackanordnung mit einem
Hydraulikzylinder 4 oder als Tandemanordnung mit zwei
Hydraulikzylindern 4. Auf jedem Stockwerk 5 ermöglicht
eine Schachttüre 6 den Zugang zur Aufzugskabine. Die
Schachttüre 6 kann eine automatische Teleskoptüre, eine
einfache zentralöffnende oder auch eine zentralöffnende
Teleskoptüre sein. Ebenfalls möglich wäre die Verwendung
einer Drehflügeltüre. Neben der Schachttüre 6 ist ein
Schrank 10 plaziert. Dieser Schrank 10 enthält das
gesamte Antriebssystem.
Fig.1 shows a floor plan of a hydraulic
Elevator system 1. In a
hohe Kosten verursachenden separaten Maschinenraum
verzichtet werden.The placement of the
In addition, the entire drive system can already be
Factory prefabricated, or in the
Sicherheitsanforderungen, beziehungsweise eventuelle
gesetzliche Auflagen bezüglich auslaufendem Öl
einzuhalten, ist der Schrank 10 selbst so abgedichtet,
dass kein Hydrauliköl austreten kann. Eine separate
Ölwanne ist somit entbehrlich.2a and 2b show a schematic view and

Above the
Schranks 10 untergebracht. In the bottom part of the
Aufzugsantrieb erkennbar. Um die Geräusche des Antriebs,
insbesondere der hydraulischen Pumpe 16, zu dämpfen, wird
eine mehrschichtige, beispielsweise zweifache
Schallisolierung vorgesehen. Eine erste Isolationsschicht
35 umschliesst den gesamten Öltank 17, der auch den
elektrischen Motor 15 und die hydraulische Pumpe 16
enthält. Eine Zweite Isolationsschicht 36 ist an den
Wänden des Schranks 10 angebracht. Die
Isolationsschichten 35, 36 bestehen aus handelsüblichen
Isoliermatten.The
Durch diese doppelte Schallisolierung, insbesondere aber
zusätzlich dadurch, dass die beiden Isolationsschichten
35, 36 nicht direkt aneinander liegen, sondern durch
einen Luft-Zwischenraum voneinander getrennt sind, ergibt
sich eine Schallisolierung des Antriebssystems, die sogar
den in Schlafräumen akzeptierten Geräuschpegel von 50 dBA
unterschreitet. Infolge dieser Isolierung kann der
Schrank 10 an praktisch jedem beliebigen Ort aufgestellt
This double sound insulation, but especially
additionally in that the two
Fig.2c zeigt eine Seitenansicht des Schrankes 10.
Fig.2c shows a side view of the
An alternative solution could be in the bottom part of the
