Abstract
Description
o.dgl., mit den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffs des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to a mortise lock for a door
or the like., With the features of the preamble of
Mortise locks that can be used to lock a door are well known. It is also known this Mortise locks with connecting rods so that the Door not only with the bolt of the mortise lock, but can also be locked in other places. About these Driving rods are e.g. Pushbolt or swivel bolt from Additional locks or roller pin locks driven. Doors locked in this way offer a much larger one Burglar resistance as doors that only have the Mortise lock are locked.
A mortise lock is known from US-A-3,975,934 which the drive for the drive rods connected to the bolt is. This mortise lock is located behind the Mortise lock a drive pulley, which the bolt stroke in implements a drive rod stroke. The disadvantage of this Embodiment considered that they are relatively deep Installation space required to drive the drive pulley To accommodate driving rods. They also move in vertically aligned drive rods in opposite directions.
Another mortise lock is known from DE 30 08 043 A1 became known in which the bolt stroke via a toggle lever is produced. Again, the two drive rods are in driven in opposite directions.
A mortise lock is known from DE 30 34 764 A1 become, with the drive rods in the same direction be driven, but the drive via a Gear transmission takes place. This structure is more complex than in Devices in which the movement for the drive rods on Bolt of the mortise lock is tapped.
Furthermore, a door lock is known from DE 35 04 125 A1 in which the bolt with a backwards, i.e. locking plate extending against the extension direction is provided, and in which the bolt movement via a Swivel plate on a drive plate for the drive rods is transmitted. This structure requires a relatively large amount of space in the Mortise.
Finally, GB-A-2 122 244 is a mortise lock known which the characteristics of the lock mentioned having. However, there are some components in this lock overhung in lock housings, which may lead to Functional problems can lead. In addition, the structure needs lots of space in the lock housing.
Starting from a device as described in GB-A-2 122 244 has become known, the object of the invention to create a mortise lock, which one simple, inexpensive and compact structure and its drive unit for mortise locks with different thorn dimensions can be used.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch ein Einsteckschloss
gelöst, das die Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 aufweist. This object is achieved by a mortise lock
solved, which has the features of
Since the movement is picked up directly on the bolt and over the A drive lever can be pivoted over the latch Drive lever, the output lever by means of a lever set in motion, the one behind the bolt Space for a lock gear must be kept free. To this Mortise locks can be used for different backsets be provided with the same lock gear, the Mortise locks usually use the same drive unit for which have drive rods. By using three Drive levers can mimic the movement around the installation space for the Lock gears are guided around and is the space requirement inside the mortise lock for transferring the Minimal movement of the latch on the slide.
Due to the fixed swivel bearing of the drive lever and / or the output lever on the lock housing is the advantage achieved that the bellcrank that connects the drive lever with the Output lever connects, essentially a straight line Executes movement when closing the bolt and therefore the Space requirement for this bell crank is relatively small.
The drive lever and the deflection lever preferably form one Reduction gear and form the bell crank and the Output lever a transmission gear, so when Lock the latch the distances within the levers and thus the relocations of the levers, especially the Rocker arm, are minimal.
In a preferred embodiment, the Drive lever when closing the bolt towards the Swiveling clockwise, the output lever counter is pivoted in the clockwise direction. The coupling the individual bars with each other are made by one Swivel bearing, e.g. a pin-hole connection, the one lever a pivot pin and the associated other Lever has an eye for receiving the bolt.
The
In the
The
Langloch 21 eingreift. Der Zapfen 20 dient als Antrieb für den
Schieber 7.An output lever is located below the
(Pfeil 22) mitgenommen.
If, as shown in FIG. 2, the
The
It can be clearly seen from FIGS. 1 and 2 that the
Distance of the
It can also be clearly seen from FIGS. 1 and 2 that
via the
In the embodiment of Figures 3 and 4 are the same
Components with the same reference numerals. With this
The
As can be seen from Figure 4, when closing the
behindert. Auch bei diesem Ausführungsbeispiel bilden der
Antriebshebel 11 und der Umlenkhebel 15 ein
Untersetzungsgetriebe und der Umlenkhebel 15 mit dem
Antriebshebel 17 ein Übersetzungsgetriebe. Dies ist auf die
unterschiedlichen Abstände der Zapfenverbindungen zu den
gehäusefesten Bolzen zurückzuführen, was weiter oben bereits
erläutert wurde. Also in this second embodiment according to the figures
3 and 4 is the installation of the
The
