Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Wischtuch entsprechend dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 für ein Reinigungsgerät mit einem zwei klappbare Bügel aufweisenden Spannrahmen.
Derartige z. B. aus dem DE-GM 94 00 862 bekannte Wischtücher werden mit ihren Taschen auf die Spannrahmenbügel aufgesteckt und sie können nach dem Zusammenklappen der Bügel zum Auswinden und Auswaschen leicht von den Bügeln abgezogen werden. Bei anderen Wischtüchern die nach dem Gebrauch in einer Presse, z. B. entsprechend der DE-OS 196 01 665, ausgepresst werden, ist die Halterung des Wischtuches an einem Ende so ausgebildet, dass das Wischtuch beim Zusammenklappen der Spannrahmenbügel mit diesem Ende an dem betreffenden Bügel gehalten wird, während es von dem anderen Bügel abgleiten und in die Presse gehängt werden kann, wie in der WO-A-91/07130 beschrieben ist. Um das Wischtuch zum Auswaschen oder Auswechseln ganz von dem Spannrahmen abnehmen zu können, ist diese Halterung so ausgebildet, dass sie sich bei entsprechendem Kraftaufwand löst. Allerdings sind am Halterahmen Gegenhalterungen erforderlich. Weiter sind die Laschen bei Nutzung mit Spannrahmenbügel ohne Presse hinderlich.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, ein Wischtuch der gattungsgemäßen Art zu schaffen, das universell verwendbar ist und ohne zusätzlich herumhängende Teile gefertigt und bei allen gängigen Spannrahmen auch ohne Presse einsetzbar ist.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch die im Kennzeichen des Anspruchs 1 angegebenen Merkmale gelöst.
Durch die vorgeschlagene Ausbildung kann das Wischtuch sowohl beidendig auf die Spannrahmenbügel aufgesteckt als auch am einen Ende auf den einen Bügel aufgesteckt und am anderen Ende fest, aber lösbar mit dem anderen Bügel verbunden werden. Somit kann ein und dasselbe Wischtuch für beide Zwecke verwendet werden, wodurch die Notwendigkeit entfällt, zwei verschiedene Wischtücher herzustellen.
Die zusätzliche Halterung kann von nachgiebigen Klammern auf der Oberseite der Tasche gebildet werden, in die der Spannrahmenbügel einclipsbar ist. Wenn die Tasche aus PVC oder aus einem PVC-beschichteten Stoff und die Klammern aus PVC beste-hen, können die Klammern sehr gut mit der Tasche verschweißt werden, was fertigungstechnisch besonders vorteilhaft ist. Als Nachteil könnte angeführt werden, daß PVC bei höheren Tempe-raturen weich wird, so daß das Wischtuch beim Preßvorgang u.U. aus den Klammern herausgezogen wird. Dieser Nachteil kann dadurch behoben werden, daß die Klammern aus einem anderen nachgiebigen Kunststoff mit einer höheren Erweichungstemperatur als PVC, beispielsweise aus Polyamid, Polypropylen oder Polyethylen bestehen. Da diese Kunststoffe nicht mit PVC verschweißt werden können, sind die Klammern mit einer Bodenplatte versehen und sie werden durch Öffnungen in der Tasche von unten hindurchgesteckt, so daß die Boden-platte auf der Unterseite der Tasche liegt. Die Befestigung der Klammer erfolgt dann durch einen Streifen aus PVC oder aus einem PVC-beschichteten Gewebe, der über die Grundplatte gelegt wird und problemlos mit der Tasche verschweißt werden kann.
Alternativ kann die zusätzliche Halterung von einer Klappe gebildet werden, die auf der Oberseite der Tasche durch eine lösbare Verbindung, beispielsweise mittels Druckknöpfen oder mittels eines Klettverschlusses, in einer den betreffenden Spannrahmenbügel umgreifenden Lage gehalten wird. Die Klappe kann mit der Tasche einstückig sein.
Einige Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung werden im folgenden unter Bezugnahme auf die Zeichnungen beschrieben. Es zeigt:

Es sei zunächst auf die Fig. 1 und 2 bezuggenommen, in denen ein rechteckiges Wischtuch dargestellt ist, das ein Grund-gewebe 1 aufweist, welches auf der Unterseite und entlang seines Randes mit Florfäden 2 versehen ist. Auf der Oberseite ist an jedem Ende eine z.B. aufgenähte Tasche 3 bzw. 3a vorgesehen, die einen in Fig. 2 gestrichelt gezeichneten Spannrahmenbügel 4' eines bekannten Fußbodenwischers aufnehmen kann, der einen Spannrahmen mit zwei klappbaren Bügeln aufweist. Das Wischtuch ist in diesem Fall mit seinen Taschen 3 und 3a lediglich auf die Spannrahmenbügel aufgesteckt und es kann zum Auswringen, Auswaschen oder zum Austausch sehr einfach abgenommen werden, nachdem die beiden Bügel zusammengeklappt sind.
Um dieses Wischtuch auch für eine Anwendung verwendbar zu machen, bei der es in einer Presse ausgepreßt wird und zu diesem Zweck am einen Ende von dem betreffenden Spannrahmen-bügel abgenommen wird, jedoch am anderen Ende fest genug mit dem anderen Spannrahmenbügel verbunden bleibt, um ein Lösen dieses Endes beim Auspreßvorgang zu vermeiden, ist auf der Oberseite der in Fig. 1 linken Tasche 3 eine zusätzliche Halterung für diesen anderen Spannrahmenbügel vorgesehen. Diese Halterung besteht im ersten Ausführungsbeispiel gemäß Fig. 1 und 2 aus einer biegsamen Klappe 5, die entlang einer Linie 6 an der Oberseite der Tasche 3 befestigt ist und nach Einlegen des in Fig. 2 im Schnitt dargestellten Spannrahmen-bügels 4 umgeklappt und durch Druckknöpfe 7 mit der Tasche 3 verbunden wird. Bei dieser Anwendung wird also dieser Spann-rahmenbügel nicht von der Tasche 3 aufgenommen, sondern durch die Klappe 5 gehalten, während der andere Spannrahmenbügel in der Tasche 3a steckt. Das nasse Wischtuch rutscht nach Zusammenklappen der Bügel durch sein Eigengewicht von diesem Bügel ab, während es am anderen Ende durch die Klappe 5 an dem anderen Bügel hängen bleibt und von diesem herunterhängt, so daß es in die Presse eingeführt werden kann. Zum Auswaschen oder Austausch wird die Klappe 5 hochgeklappt, so daß der Bügel 4 freiliegt und das Wischtuch abgenommen werden kann.
Anstelle der Druckknöpfe 7 können auch andere lösbare Befe-stigungsmittel für die Klappe 5 vorgesehen werden, z.B. solche nach Art von Klettverschlüssen.
Bei dem zweiten Ausführungsbeispiel gemäß Fig. 3 und 4 besteht die zusätzliche Halterung für einen Spannrahmenbügel aus Haken oder Klammern 8 auf der Oberseite der Tasche 3, in die der Spannrahmenbügel 4 eingeclipst werden kann. Die Tasche 3 enthält Öffnungen 9, durch die die Klammern 8 von unten her hindurchgesteckt sind. Die Klammern 8 weisen jeweils eine Bodenplatte 10 auf, die auf der Unterseite der Tasche 3 aufliegt. Wenn die Tasche 3 aus PVC oder aus einem PVC-beschichteten Gewebe besteht und die Klammern 8 ebenfalls aus PVC bestehen, kann in fertigungstechnisch vorteilhafer Weise ein Verschweißen der Bodenplatten 10 mit der Tasche 3 erfolgen. Die Anwendung dieser Ausführung ist die gleiche wie diejenige des ersten Ausführungsbeispiels. Es können also entweder beide Spannrahmenbügel in den Taschen 3 und 3a (wie in Fig. 1) aufgenommen werden oder es wird der eine Bügel in der Tasche 3a und der zweite Bügel von den Klammern 8 aufgenommen.
Das dritte Ausführungsbeispiel gemäß Fig. 5 und 6 unterscheidet sich von dem zweiten Ausführungsbeispiel im wesentlichen nur dadurch, daß nur für die Tasche 3 PVC oder ein PVC-beschichtetes Gewebe verwendet wird, während die Klammern 8' aus einem anderen Kunststoff mit höherer Erweichungstemperatur, beispielsweise Polyamid, Polypropylen oder Poly-ethylen bestehen. Mit solchen Kunststoffen wird vermieden, daß die Klammern 8' bei hohen Spülwassertemperaturen so weich werden, daß das Wischtuch beim Preßvorgang von dem Spann-rahmenbügel abgezogen wird, wie dies bei Verwendung von PVC unter Umständen der Fall sein kann. Da sich die verschiedenen Kunststoffe nicht miteinander verschweißen lassen, die Verbindung dieser Klammern 8' mit der Tasche 3 also nicht direkt durch Verschweißen erfolgen kann, ist über die Bodenplatte 10 ein Streifen 11 aus PVC oder aus einem PVC-beschichteten Gewebe gelegt, der nun mit der Tasche 3 verschweißt werden kann.
Natürlich können auch beim Ausführungsbeispiel gemäß Figur 5 Klammern in der Form gemäß Figur 4 verwendet werden.
Weiter ist es möglich, den Einführschlitz der Klammern 8' schräg verlaufend auszuführen, wodurch ein besserer Halt auf dem Spannrahmenbügel 4 erreicht wird.

Claims (7)

  1. Rechteckiges Wischtuch für ein Reinigungsgerät mit einem zwei klappbare Bügel aufweisenden Spannrahmen, das an jedem Ende auf der Oberseite eine Tasche (3,3a) zur Aufnahme eines Spannrahmenbügels (4) aufweist, wobei eine der beiden Taschen (3,3a) mit einer zusätzlichen Halterung (5;8;8) zur Anbringung an einem Spannrahmenbügel (4) zusammenwirkt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zusätzliche Halterung von nachgiebigen Klammem (8;8) auf der Oberseite der Tasche (3) gebildet ist, in die der Spannrahmenbügel (4) einclipsbar ist.
  2. Wischtuch nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klammern (8;8') eine Bodenplatte (10) aufweisen und daß die Tasche (3) mit Öffnungen (9) versehen ist, durch welche die Klammern von unten her durchgesteckt sind, so daß ihre Bodenplatten (10) auf der Unterseite der Tasche liegen.
  3. Wischtuch nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tasche (3) aus PVC oder einen PVC-beschichtetem Stoff gefertigt ist und daß die Klammern (8) aus PVC bestehen und mit der Tasche verschweißt sind.
  4. Wischtuch nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tasche (3) aus PVC oder einem PVC-beschichteten Stoff gefertigt ist und die Klammern (8') aus einem nachgiebigen Kunststoff mit einer höheren Erweichungstemperatur als PVC bestehen und daß über die Bodenplatte (10) ein Streifen (11) aus PVC oder aus einem PVC-beschichteten Gewebe gelegt ist, der mit der Tasche (3) verschweißt ist.
  5. Wischtuch nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klammern (8') aus einem Kunststoff der Gruppe umfassend Polyamid, Polypropylen und Polyethylen bestehen.
  6. Wischtuch nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zusätzliche Halterung von einer Klappe (5) gebildet ist, die auf der Oberseite der Tasche (3) durch eine lösbare Verbindung (7) in einer den Spannrahmenbügel (4) umgreifenden Lage gehalten ist.
  7. Wischtuch nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die lösbare Verbindung von Druckknöpfen (7) gebildet ist.
