In denjenigen Bereichen, in denen er besonderen thermischen Belastungen durch die insbesondere bei Kontaktöffnung erhitzten Kontaktbrücken ausgesetzt ist, werden diese Belastungen von den genannten Auskleidungen aus duroplastischem Material soweit aufgefangen, daß Verformungen des thermoplastischen Kontaktbrückenträgers weitgehend vermieden werden. Die rahmenartigen Auskleidungen können entweder in die Fenster des Kontaktbrückenträgers eingeschnappt oder von diesem teilweise umverspritzt werden. PVD -(physical vapor deposition)-Hartstoffschichten, wie z.B. aus Titan-, Chrom-, Titan-Kohlenstoff- oder Titan-Aluminium-Nitrid. Die für einen Pol eines Schaltgerätes, insbesondere eines Schützes, dargestellte

8 versehenen ist. Die Kontaktbrücke 8 ist mittels einer sich zwischen
Kontaktbrücke 8 und Kontaktbrücketräger 4 abstützenden Kontaktfeder 10
verschieblich in dem Kontaktbrückenträger 4 gelagert. Mehrere gleichartige
Kontaktbrückenhalterungen sind über Durchbrüche 12 ihrer Kontaktbrückenträger
4 mit einem nicht dargestellten Kontaktantrieb verbunden. Beim Einschalten
des Schaltgerätes werden die beweglichen Kontaktstücke 14, 16 der
Kontaktbrücke 8 entgegen der Federkraft der Kontaktfeder 10 mit den entsprechenden
feststehenden Kontaktstücken 18, 20 von Anschlußleitern 22, 24
verbunden. Der Kontaktbrückenträger 4 besteht aus einem Formstoff mit guten
Gleiteigenschaften und hoher Maßstabilität, insbesondere aus thermoplastischem
Material. Zwischen den Anlagebereichen 26 des Kontaktbrückenträgers
4 und der Kontaktbrücke 8 ist ein als Plättchen ausgebildetes Zwischenelement
28 aus hitzebeständigem Material in dem Ausbruch 6 gelagert. Nach Öffnung
des Kontaktsystems 8, 14 ... 24 wird durch das Zwischenelement 28 verhindert,
daß die infolge der bei Kontaktöffnung auftretenden Lichtfunken oder -
bögen zwischen den Schaltstücken 14, 18 und 16, 20 die daraus resultierende
Hitzeentwicklung sich nicht von der erhitzten Kontaktbrücke 8 auf die Anlagebereiche
26 des hitzeempfindlichen Kontaktbrücketrägers 4 auswirken kann.
Das Zwischenelement 28 besteht vorteilhaft aus einem hochvernetzten Material,
