Since during the washing cycle the water contained in the dishwasher is recycled by the washing pump about 10-12 times per minute, it may be assumed with a good approximation that during the whole cycle all the particles in the water will finally go through the filtering device.

  • Water coming from the washing pump is periodically fed into the duct CL, e.g. at the beginning of each rinsing step, by opening an electrovalve EV. In this way the whole surface of microfilter 5, which is rotatably mounted in its seat, is washed by a counter-current from the nozzles of duct CL.

  • Said circular ring-shaped space, slots 7 and the axial hole 8 of cover 2 together are the above-mentioned passage ports P which allow the water to enter the filtering device according to the present invention.

Claims (12)

  1. Filtervorrichtung für Spülmaschinen umfassend ein Deckelglied (2), das an der Oberseite eines ersten Filterelements (3) befestigt ist, welches in ein zweites Filterelement (4) eingesetzt ist, das wiederum in ein drittes Filterelement (5) mit einem engmaschigen Netz eingesetzt ist, wobei die Vorrichtung am Tankboden der Spülmaschine in der Mitte der konkaven Form eines Planfilters (1) mit einem grobmaschigen Netz angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das genannte Deckelglied (2) eine im wesentlichen kegelstumpfartige, kreisförmige Form mit einer seitlichen, konkaven Fläche (6) hat, in der mehrere symmetrisch angeordnete radiale Schlitze (7) geformt sind, und an der Oberseite des Deckelglieds (2) eine kreisförmige axiale Öffnung (8) vorgesehen ist, wobei der Durchmesser des Deckelglieds (2) kleiner ist als der des oberen inneren Umfangs (14) des genannten ersten Filterelements (3), so daß zwischen dem genannten Umfang (14) und der Kante (10) des Deckelglieds (2) ein kreisringförmiger Raum für den Durchgang von Wasser mit einer Weite (L) zwischen 4,5 und 6,5 mm entsteht.
  2. Filtervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Filterelement (3) einen kreisförmigen, zylindrischen Körper (15) hat, der oben in einer Scheibe (16) endet, welche mit einer Vielzahl von Öffnungen (13) versehen ist, wobei in dem genannten zylindrischen Körper (15) mehrere symmetrisch angeordnete, vertikale Schlitze (17) geformt sind, die eine Weite zwischen 2,5 und 3,5 mm haben, wobei sich die genannten Schlitze (17) von der genannten Scheibe (16) fast bis zum unteren Ende des zylindrischen Körpers (15) erstrecken.
  3. Filtervorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schlitze (17) sechs an der Zahl und 3 mm weit sind.
  4. Filtervorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zweite Filterelement (4) einen kreisförmigen, zylindrischen Körper (20) hat, in dem mehrere symmetrisch angeordnete vertikale Schlitze (21) geformt sind, die eine Weite zwischen 0,8 und 1,2 mm haben, wobei sich die genannten Schlitze (21) vom unteren Ende des genannten zylindrischen Körpers (20) fast bis zur Spitze desselben erstrecken und der zylindrische Körper (20) ebenfalls mit einer unteren Basis versehen ist, in der ein mittlerer Sitz (22) für das Einsetzen des ersten Filters (3) und mehrere symmetrisch angeordnete Öffnungen (23) geformt sind.
  5. Filtervorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schlitze achtundvierzig an der Zahl und 1,2 mm breit sind.
  6. Filtervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das dritte Filterelement (5) aus einem zylindrischen Netz mit einer Maschenweite von 0,25 mm besteht, das mit oberen und unteren Verstärkungskanten versehen ist, wobei die genannte Oberkante mit Mitteln zur Befestigung am äußeren Umfang der Scheibe (16) des ersten Filterelements (3) versehen ist.
  7. Filterelement nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schlitze (7) des Deckelglieds (2) zwölf an der Zahl und zwischen 1,2 und 1,6 mm, vorzugsweise 1,4 mm breit sind.
  8. Filtervorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die axiale Öffnung (8) des Deckelglieds (2) einen Durchmesser (d) zwischen 5 und 7 mm, vorzugsweise 7 mm hat.
  9. Filtervorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Weite (L) des kreisringförmigen Raums zwischen dem Deckelglied (2) und dem ersten Filterelement (3) 5,4 mm beträgt.
  10. Filtervorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die konkave Fläche (6) des Deckelglieds (2) einen Krümmungsradius (R) zwischen 15 und 25 mm, vorzugsweise 20 mm hat.
  11. Filtervorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die konkave Fläche (6) des Deckelglieds (2) durch vier vertikale, orthogonale Stege (9), die sich von der Kante der axialen Öffnung (8) bis zur Umfangskante (10) erstrecken, in vier gleiche Abschnitte geteilt ist.
  12. Filtervorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Deckelglied (2) an dem ersten Filterelement (3) durch ein Paar von gegenüberliegenden Zähnen (11) befestigt ist, die als Bestandteil der unteren Seite des Deckelglieds (2) geformt sind und zum Eingriff in Öffnungen (13) im ersten Filterelement (3) geeignet sind.
