Claims (18)
- Montagebaustein (10) für die Sanitärinstallation eines Gebäudes, mit wenigstens einem ersten Leitungsabschnitt (14), der an beiden Enden je einen aus dem Montagebaustein herausragenden Anschlußstutzen (22) aufweist, wobei in jedem Leitungsabschnitt (14, 16) an jeweils übereinstimmender Stelle zumindest eine Absperrarmatur (18) und/oder ein Zählerunterteil (20) angeordnet ist/sind, und mit einer quaderförmigen Umschäumung (12), die alle Leitungsabschnitte (14, 16), alle Absperrarmaturen (18) und alle Zählerunterteile (20) umgibt und zugleich die Außenfläche des Montagebausteins bildet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Umschäumung (12) einteilig ist und aus einem feuchtigkeitsabweisenden Hartschaum einer Dichte besteht, welche die mechanisch stabile Fixierung der räumlichen Lage der umschäumten Teile auch bei Einleitung montageüblicher Drehmomente in die Leitungsabschnitte (14, 16) gewährleistet, so daß die Anschlußstutzen (22) als Schraubanschlüsse ausgebildet sein können,die Umschäumung (12) an zwei gegenüberliegenden Seiten je ein Halteelement (26) enthält, an dem Laschen (28, 30) zur Befestigung des Montagebausteins angebracht sind, und daßdie Oberseite jeder Absperrarmatur (18) und jedes Zählerunterteils (20) durch entsprechende, vorzugsweise runde Aussparungen in der Umschäumung (12) frei zugänglich ist.
- Montagebaustein nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichte der Umschäumung (12) mindestens 80 kg/m3 und vorzugsweise zwischen 90 kg/m3 und 120 kg/m3 beträgt. - Montagebaustein nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine zumindest von der Vorderseite des Montagebausteins sichtbare und als Ausrichthilfe dienende Libelle (32) in die Umschäumung (12) eingelassen ist. - Montagebaustein nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß weitere, im Abstand vom und parallel zum ersten Leitungsabschnitt (14) verlaufende Leitungsabschnitte vorhanden sind, insbesondere ein zweiter Leitungsabschnitt (16). - Montagebaustein nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bezüglich der Draufsicht auf den Montagebaustein die Mittelpunkte der Absperrarmaturen (18) und der Zählerunterteile (20) in einem Rastermaß angeordnet sind, das einer späteren Wandbefliesung angepaßt ist, beispielsweise in einem Rastermaß von 153 mm. - Montagebaustein nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Halteelement (26) sowohl Befestigungslaschen (28) zur Anbringung des Montagebausteins an einer hinter ihm gelegenen Wand als auch Befestigungslaschen (30) zur Anbringung des Montagebausteins an seitlich von ihm gelegenen Wandabschnitten bzw. an einem Vorwandinstallations system aufweist. - Montagebaustein nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Halteelement (26) einstückig mit den Befestigungslaschen (28, 30) ausgeführt ist. - Montagebaustein nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigungslaschen (28, 30) der Halteelemente (26) bündig mit der Oberfläche der Umschäumung (12) angeordnet und aus der Umschäumungsoberfläche in eine Befestigungsstellung herausklappbar sind. - Montagebaustein nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei einander gegenüberliegende Befestigungslaschen (30) jedes Halteelementes (26) um etwa das Maß ihrer Materialdicke aus der Oberfläche der Umschäumung (12) hervorstehen und in eine Befestigungsstellung klappbar sind. - Montagebaustein nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Halteelement (26) eine im wesentlichen bandförmige Gestalt hat und insbesondere aus Blech oder aus Kunststoff besteht. - Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Montagebausteins (10) gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, mit den Schritten:dichtes Verbinden je einer Absperrarmatur (18) und eines Zählerunterteiles (20) mit einem zugehörigen Leitungsabschnitt (14, 16),Einlegen der entsprechenden Anzahl so vorbereiteter Leitungsabschnitte (14, 16) in eine quaderförmige Schäumungsform mit Halterungen, die eine zu Außenflächen des Montagebausteins parallele und räumlich genau definierte Anordnung jedes Leitungsabschnitts (14, 16) und, bei Vorhandensein mehrerer Leitungsabschnitte (14, 16), auch eine zueinander parallele Anordnung derselben gewährleisten,Schließen der Schäumungsform, wobei in den dadurch gebildeten Schäumungshohlraum hineinragende Formstücke geeigneter Größe verhindern, daß die Oberseiten der Absperrarmaturen (18) und der Zählerunterteile (20) zugeschäumt werden,Einleiten einer definierten Menge von feuchtigkeitsabweisendem, aushärtendem Schaum in den Schäumungshohlraum, wobei der Schaum in ausgehärtetem Zustand eine Dichte aufweist, welche die mechanisch stabile Fixierung der räumlichen Lage der umschäumten Teile auch bei Einleitung montageüblicher Drehmomente in die Leitungsabschnitte (14, 16) gewährleistet,Aushärten lassen des eingeleiteten Schaumes, undÖffnen der Schäumungsform und Entnehmen des fertigen Montagebausteines (10).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Absperrarmaturen (18) und die Zählerunterteile (20) unter Verwendung eines Klebstoffes dicht mit den entsprechenden Leitungsabschnitten (14, 16) verbunden sind. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 11 oder 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schäumungsform während des Schäumens beheizt und/oder während des Aushärtens gekühlt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die in den Schäumungshohlraum hineinragenden Formstücke einen etwas größeren Durchmesser als Schutzkappen haben, die nach dem Entnehmen des Montagebausteines in die Aussparungen gesetzt werden, welche durch die in den Schäumungshohlraum hineinragenden Formstücke auf der Oberseite des fertigen Montagebausteines gebildet worden sind. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der eingeleitete Schaum ein Zweikomponenten PU-Schaum ist. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Montagebaustein (10) nach etwa 15 bis 20 Minuten aus der Schäumungsform herausgenommen werden kann. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vor oder nach dem Einlegen der Leitungsabschnitte (14, 16) in die Schäumungsform Halteelemente (26) in die geöffnete Schäumungsform eingelegt werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Halteelement (26) in der Schäumungsform durch zwei an ihm angebrachte Befestigungslaschen (30) fixiert wird, die an gegenüberliegenden Enden des Halteelementes angeordnet sind und die in korrespondierende Ausnehmungen der Schäumungsforminnenwandung eingreifen, deren Tiefe der Materialdicke der Befestigungslaschen (30) zumindest annähernd entspricht.
