Abstract

Eine elektrische Verbinderanordnung zur Kontaktierung eines Flachfolienleiters besteht aus einem Gehäuse (1) zur Aufnahme eines Flachfolienleiters (12). Im Gehäuse (1) ist eine Vielzahl von Kontakten (2) angeordnet. Die Kontakte (2) weisen ein erstes festes Ende (3) und ein freibewegliches zweites Ende (4) auf. Im Gehäuse (1) ist eine Öffnung (11) zur Aufnahme des Flachfolienleiters (12) mit einer Vielzahl von Leitern (13) vorgesehen. In der Öffnung (11) wird ein Pressblock (17) senkrecht zur Laufrichtung der Leiter (13) eingebracht. Die Leiter (13) des Flachfolienleiters (12) werden vom Pressblock (17) an den jeweilig beweglichen zweiten Enden (4) der Kontakte (2) gepresst. Die Kontakte (2) werden entgegen der Federkraft angespannt. Das Gehäuse (1) weist in einem Übergangsbereich (14) ein Doppel-T-förmiges Profil zur Aufnahme der Kräfte auf. Die elektrische Verbinderanordnung wird auf einer Unterlage, beispielsweise eine gedruckten Schaltungskarte, montiert.

The electrical connector assembly is mounted on a base, such as a printed circuit board.
