Abstract

Anordnung für einen Tintendruckkopf, der aus mehreren Modulen in Stapelbauweise zusammengesetzt oder nur mit einem Modul bestückt ist.
Angestrebt werden ein vereinfachter Aufbau, ein vergrößerter Einsatzbereich und verbesserte Serviceeigenschaften.
Aufgabengemäß sollen wenig Einzelbauteile sein und nachträgliche Justierungen entfallen. Der Tintendruckkopf soll wahlweise aus mehreren identischen Modulen in Stapelbauweise oder aus einem einzelnen Modul bestehen können.
Erfindungsgemäß sind in einem Gehäuse 4 identische Module 1 äquidistant und mit einander fluchtend und mit ihren Düsenflächen 10 in zugeordneten Schlitzen 421 der Bodenplatte 42 des Gehäuses 4 hineinragend kraft- und formschlüssig befestigt und mit einem Busadapter 3 elektrisch verbunden. Die Module 1 werden mittels eines Federelements 5 und eines gemeinsamen Adapters 2 für deren Tintenanschlußstutzen 15 zum einen gegen eine Stirnfläche 4210 der Schlitze 421 und zum anderen gegen die Bodenplatte 42 gedrückt.
Die Anordnung ist sebstjustierend und bezüglich der Genauigkeit nur abhängig von der Maßgenauigkeit der Bodenplatte 42, des Federelements 5 und einer als Bezugskante ausgebildeten Seitenkante 110 der Module 1.

The aim is a simplified structure, an enlarged area of application and improved service properties.
According to the task, there should be few individual components and subsequent adjustments are not required. The ink print head should be able to consist of several identical modules in stacked construction or of a single module.
According to the invention, 4 identical modules 1 are fixed equidistantly and in alignment with one another and with their nozzle surfaces 10 in associated slots 421 of the base plate 42 of the housing 4 in a force-fitting and positive-locking manner and electrically connected to a bus adapter 3. The modules 1 are pressed by means of a spring element 5 and a common adapter 2 for their ink connection piece 15 on the one hand against an end face 4210 of the slots 421 and on the other hand against the base plate 42.
The arrangement is self-adjusting and in terms of accuracy only depends on the dimensional accuracy of the base plate 42, the spring element 5 and a side edge 110 of the modules 1 designed as a reference edge.
