Located at the same time the operating slide 12 on the second Connector half 9 in the entry position, such that the two pins 13 and 14 of the actuating slide in the Guide slots 15 and 16 can be inserted. The both connector halves therefore engage with the Actuating slide 12 only one into the other, even if the Arms 10 and 11 in the spaces between arms 2 and 3 and the housing 4 can intervene. Through the Actuation of the actuating slide in the direction of Figure 2 shown double arrow, the pins 13, 14 moved along the guide slots 15, 16. Thereby the connector halves 9 and 1 are joined together. In Figure 3 shows the assembled state. Of the Operating slide 12 is in the end position. The pins 13, 14 are at the end of the guide slots 15, 16 arrived. Wie aus der Detailzeichnung in Figur 4a zu erkennen ist, ist die Rastnase 8 nicht oberhalb der Wandung 6 verrastet, sondern befindet sich in der Durchgangsöffnung. Versucht man jetzt, wie in den Figuren 5 und 5a dargestellt, die zweite Steckerhälfte 9 mit der ersten Steckerhälfte zu verbinden, so kann man die Arme 10 und 11 nicht in den Zwischenraum zwischen die Arme 2 und 3 und das Gehäuse 4 der ersten Steckerhälfte 1 einbringen. Dies ist besonders deutlich in Figur 5a dargestellt. Ein Betätigen des Betätigungsschiebers führt nun nicht dazu, dass die beiden Steckerhälften 1 und 9 aufeinander zu bewegt werden, da die Zapfen 13 und 14 nicht mit den Führungssschlitzen 15 und 16 in Eingriff kommen. Dadurch wird sichergestellt, dass der Betätigungsschieber nicht mit Gewalt betätigt wird und die Arme 10 und 11 entsprechend verbogen werden, was dann der Fall sein könnte, wenn diese zu kurz ausgebildet sind. Die Zapfen 13,14 am Betätigungschieber werden ebenfalls vor Beschädigung oder Abreissen gesichert. Claims (6)
- Arrangement with two plug halves for fixing to a printed circuit board, a housing or some other wall, one plug-half (9) comprising an actuating slide (12) with a guide groove or guide slot or a pin (13, 14) and the other plug half (1) correspondingly comprising a pin or a guide groove (15, 16) or guide slot, the pin (13, 14) being moved through the guide slot (15, 16) or guide groove during the actuation of the actuating slide (12) in order to connect the plug halves (1, 9), characterized by the following features:a) the first plug half (1) comprises at least one resilient arm (2, 3) extending laterally from the plug housing (4),b) the first plug half (1) comprises a stop (5) as far as which it can be introduced through an opening in a printed circuit board, a housing or some other wall (6),c) the resilient arm (2, 3) comprises at least one latching tab (7, 8) which is disposed in such a way that the latching tab (7, 8) latches into place on the side of the wall (6) opposite the stop (5) if the first plug half (1) is introduced into the wall as far as the stop (5),d) the second plug half (9) comprises at least one projecting arm (10, 11) which is disposed in such a way that, on joining the two plug halves (9, 1) together, the arms (10, 11) engage in the intermediate space between the resilient arm (2, 3) and the plug housing (4) and secure the resilient arm (2, 3),e) the projecting arm (10, 11) of the second plug half (9) is designed in such a way that the pins (13, 14) do not engage in the guide slot (15, 16) or guide groove until the arm (10, 11) engages in the intermediate space.
- Arrangement according to Claim 1, characterized in that the first plug half (1) comprises, on opposite sides, in each case at least one resilient arm (2, 3), and in that the second plug half likewise comprises, correspondingly on opposite sides, in each case at least one projecting arm (10, 11).
- Arrangement according to Claim 2, characterized in that the projecting arms (10, 11) of the second plug half (9) are designed in such a way that the pins (13, 14) do not engage in the guide slot (15, 16) or guide groove until the arms (10, 11) are already partly introduced into the intermediate space.
- Arrangement according to one of Claims 2 or 3, characterized in that the pins (13, 14) are constructed on the second plug half (9) and the free end of the arms (10, 11) is located on the same plane perpendicular to the direction of insertion as the pins (13, 14) and in that the entry opening of the guide slots (15, 16) is located in the plane of the wall.
- Arrangement according to one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the actuating slide (12) and the plug half (9) comprising this actuating slide comprise complementary means (17-20) which allow the actuating slide to latch into place in two positions in the plug half (9), the entry position in which the pin (13, 14) can be introduced into the guide groove or guide slot (15, 16) and an end position in which the plug halves (1, 9) are connected.
- Arrangement according to Claim 5, characterized in that the complementary means (17-20) are designed in such a way that the actuating slide (12) can be removed only with difficulty from the plug half from the entry position and that the actuating slide can be brought easily into the end position from the entry position and vice versa.
