Claims (10)
- Verfahren zum Aufbringen von Duftstoffen auf Textilgut in einer Waschmaschine durch Zugabe eines festen duftstoffhaltigen Formkörpers im Spülgang, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man poröse. zumindest überwiegend wasserlösliche Trägerstoffe mit hydratisienen Substanzen und zumindest anteilsweise flüssigen Parfumzubereitungen in der Weise mischt, daß die Parfümzubereitung zumindest im überwiegenden Teil in den Poren der Mischung aufgesaugt wird und das so erhaltene, äußerlich trockene Pulver durch Mikrowelleneinstrahlung einem Sinterprozeß unterwirft, bis ein bruchfester Formkörper mit einer Druckfestigkeit von mindestens 20 N/cm2 und einem Duftstoffgehalt von 8 bis 40 Gew.-% ,bezogen auf den Formkörper, entstanden ist, der ganz oder in geteilter Form in den Spülgang eines maschinellen Waschverfahrens zur nassen Wäsche gegeben wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die porösen Trägerstoffe ausgewählt sind aus der Gruppe der Stärken, Kieselsäuren und Silikate, vorzugsweise der Wassergläser und insbesondere der übertrockneten Wassergläser.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anteil der porösen Trägerstoffe 10 bis 80 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht des Formkörpers, beträgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die hydratisierten Substanzen ausgewählt sind aus der Gruppe der kristallwasserhaltigen Salze, vorzugsweise Alkalicarbonate und - hydrogencarbonate, Alkalisulfate und -hydrogensulfate sowie Acetate und Citrate.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mischung aus porösen Trägerstoffen, hydratisierten Substanzen und einer Parfümzubereitung 2 bis 20 und vorzugsweise 6 bis 12 Gew.-% gebundenes Wasser, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Mischung, enthält.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Formkörper einen Duftstoffgehalt von 8 bis 40 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise von 10 bis 25 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht des Formkörpers, aufweist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Formkörper Tenside in Mengen von bis zu 40 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise von 0,5 bis 15 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht des Formkörpers, enthält.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Formkörper textilweichmachende Substanzen in Mengen von 10 bis 40 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht des Formkörpers, enthält.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die textilweichmachenden Substanzen ausgewählt sind aus der Gruppe der natürlichen oder synthetischen Schichtsilikate.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Formkörper Kugelform hat, wobei die Kugel einen Durchmesser zwischen 0,3 und 10 cm, vorzugsweise zwischen 1,0 und 3 cm aufweist.
