Abstract
Description
- la machine comprend une pluralité de barres de soutien des barres de support,
- les barres de soutien sont fixées à une chaíne sans fin, placée sous le plan des barres de support et entraínée en rotation,
- les barres de support sont les barres de la chaíne du séchoir,
- les barres ondulatrices sont fixées orthogonalement à la chaíne sans fin qui est en partie parallèle au plan des barres de support,
- dans la partie de la chaíne en regard du plan des barres de support, la machine comprend des moyens pour déplacer les barres ondulatrices entre une position haute dans laquelle les barres ne sont pas en contact avec le matériau à onduler et une position basse, dans laquelle les barres pénètrent entre deux barres de support,
- lesdits moyens sont constitués par au moins une came qui commande le mouvement des éléments reliant les barres ondulatrices à la chaíne et mobiles en translation par rapport à ladite chaíne,
- la machine comprend des moyens pour maintenir les barres ondulatrices en position basse, dans la partie de la chaíne en regard du plan des barres de support,
- la machine comprend des tiges de maintien, fixées à la chaíne en alternance avec des barres ondulatrices,
- la section des barres ondulatrices est adaptée au profil recherché de matériau ondulé,
- l'ensemble des barres ondulatrices et des tiges de maintien éventuelles est mobile par rapport au plan des barres de support et/ou interchangeable.
- la figure 1 représente une vue schématique d'un exemple de machine à onduler conforme à l'invention, illustrant son principe de fonctionnement,
- la figure 2 est une vue partielle en coupe d'un exemple de réalisation d'une machine conforme à l'invention, selon un plan perpendiculaire aux ondulations formées,
- la figure 3 est une vue partielle en coupe selon III-III de la figure 2,
- la figure 4 illustre un exemple de matériau profilé obtenu avec la machine selon l'invention et
- la figure 5 est une vue partielle en coupe d'un mode préféré de réalisation de la machine à onduler selon l'invention.
Claims (11)
- Machine ondulatrice comportant une pluralité de barres ondulatrices (6) fixées à une chaíne sans fin (5) entraínée en rotation et une pluralité de barres de support (13) du matériau à onduler (10) entraínées en translation, une partie (42) de la chaíne sans fin étant en regard du plan desdites barres de support, les barres ondulatrices et les barres de support correspondantes s'interpénétrant, caractérisée en ce que les barres ondulatrices (6) sont mobiles en translation par rapport à la chaíne sans fin (5), leurs déplacements s'effectuant sensiblement perpendiculairement au plan des barres de support (13), lorsqu'elles sont en regard dudit plan.
- Machine ondulatrice selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend une pluralité de barres (20) de soutien des barres (13) de support.
- Machine ondulatrice selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que les barres (20) de soutien sont fixées à une chaíne sans fin (17), placée sous le plan des barres (13) de support et entraínée en rotation.
- Machine ondulatrice selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que les barres (13) de support sont les barres de la chaíne (14) du séchoir.
- Machine ondulatrice selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que les barres ondulatrices (6) sont fixées orthogonalement à la chaíne sans fin (5) qui est en partie parallèle au plan des barres de support (7).
- Machine ondulatrice selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend, dans la partie (42) de la chaíne (5) en regard du plan des barres de support, des moyens (35) pour déplacer les barres ondulatrices (6) entre une position haute dans laquelle les barres ne sont pas en contact avec le matériau à onduler et une position basse, dans laquelle les barres pénètrent entre deux barres (13) de support.
- Machine ondulatrice selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens sont constitués par au moins une came (35) qui commande le mouvement des éléments (27) reliant les barres ondulatrices à la chaíne (5) et mobiles en translation par rapport à ladite chaíne.
- Machine ondulatrice selon l'une des revendications 6 ou 7, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend des moyens (37) pour maintenir les barres ondulatrices (6) en position basse, dans la partie (42) de la chaíne (5) en regard du plan des barres de support (13).
- Machine selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'elle comporte également des tiges de maintien (22), fixées à la chaíne (5) en alternance avec des barres ondulatrices.
- Machine selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la section des barres ondulatrices est adaptée au profil recherché de matériau ondulé.
- Machine selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble des barres ondulatrices (6) et des tiges de maintien éventuelles est mobile par rapport au plan des barres de support (13) et/ou interchangeable.
