Claims (6)
- Verstell-Nockenwelle, insbesondere für ventilgesteuerte Brennkraftmaschinen,mit auf einer gesteuert axial verlagerbaren Nockenwelle (1) relativ zueinander zwischen maschinenseitigen Anschlägen (3, 6) winkelverstellbar gelagert angeordneten Nocken (4, 5; 4', 5'; 4", 5"), diein ihren Lagerbohrungen (7) zur Nockenwellenachse (8) schräg gerichtet angeordnete Nuten (9, 9') aufweisen zum jeweils formschlüssigen Eingriff eines gesonderten Führungselementes (10, 10'), dasmit einem in der einen koaxialen Schmierkanal (11) aufweisenden Nockenwelle (1) mit Passungsspiel beweglich angeordneten Bolzen (12) fest verbunden ist, undein den Bolzen (12) und das Führungselement (10, 10') durchsetzend angeordneter Drosselkanal (13) mit dem Schmierkanal (11) in Verbindung steht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Führungselemente (10, 10') und die Nuten (9, 9') jeweils über miteinander derart korrespondierende Führungsflächen (14, 15; 14', 15') in formschlüssigem Eingriff stehen,daß jeder Eingriff mittels einer zusätzlichen Druck-Einrichtung (17) kraftschlüssig spielfrei gehalten ist.
- Nockenwelle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Nuten (9) in den Nocken (4, 5; 4', 5') im Querschnitt trapezförmig mit zueinander geneigten Führungsflächen (14, 15) gestaltet sind, unddie eingreifenden Führungselemente (10) mit entsprechend korrespondierenden Querschnitten jeweils mittels der auf eine schmierkanalseitige Stimfläche (16) des Führungselement-Bolzens (12) einwirkenden Einrichtung (Feder 17 und/oder Schmiermitteldruck) kraftschlüssig spielfrei gehalten sind.
- Nockenwelle nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als auf die Stirnfläche (16) des Bolzens (12) einwirkende Druck-Einrichtung eine in der Nockenwelle (1) mit dem Bolzen (12) fluchtend und mit Vorspannung angeordnete Druckfeder (17) vorgesehen ist.
- Nockenwelle nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die auf den Bolzen (12) einwirkende Druckfeder (17) über den Schmiermitteldruck im Schmierkanal (11) der Nockenwelle (1) unterstützt ist.
- Nockenwelle nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Führungselement-Bolzen (12) über seine schmierkanalseitige Stimfläche (16) ausschließlich vom Schmiermitteldruck im Schmierkanal (11) beaufschlagt ist.
- Nockenwelle nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Nuten (9') in den Nocken (4", 5") im Querschnitt schwalbenschwanzartig mit zueinander geneigten Führungsflächen (14', 15') gestaltet sind, wobeidie Nuten (9') stimseitig mittels benachbarter Bauteile (Nocken 5" oder 4", Lagerbock 3, Lagerbuchse 6) im wesentlichen geschlossen sind, unddie eingreifenden Führungselemente (10') mit entsprechend korrespondierenden Querschnitten jeweils kraftschlüssig spielfrei gehalten sind mittels eines Schmiermitteldruckes, derim wesentlichen aus der Flächendifferenz der nutenseitigen Begrenzung (18) des Führungselementes (10') und der nockenseitigen Stirnfläche (16') des Bolzens (12) resultiert.
