Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zum wahlweisen Absperren von Verkehrsflächen, miteinem in den Boden (1) versenkbaren, in Gebrauchsstellung vertikalen, an seinem unteren Ende über einen Boden (3) verschlossenen Schachtrohr (2), dessen oberes Ende von einem bündig mit dem Boden (1) abschließenden Zylinderdeckel (6) verschlossen ist;einem in dem Schachtrohr (2) höhenverschieblich geführten, Druckluft gesteuerten Kolben (10), der als Kolbenstangenflansch ausgebildet ist, der bei ausgefahrenem Kolben (10) abdichtend an der Unterseite des Zylinderdeckels (6) anliegt;einer Kolbenstange (11), die mit ihrem oberen Ende durch eine Durchtrittsöffnung (14) des Zylinderdeckels (6) ragt, an ihrem unteren Ende den Kolbenstangenflansch trägt und als nach unten gegenüber dem vom Schachtrohr (2) und seinem Boden (3) umschlossenen Druckraum (13) offenes Rohr ausgebildet ist, das an seinem oberen Ende über einen Kolbenstangendeckel (12) verschlossen ist, der bei abgesenktem, sich in Ruhelage befindlichen Kolben (10) in einen Sitz (16) abdichtend eintaucht, der die genannte Durchtrittsöffnung (14) des Zylinderdekkels (6) umschließt;einem doppelt wirkenden, die Verschiebung des Kolbens (10) bewirkenden, von außen ansteuerbaren Pneumatikzylinder (9), der an einer umsteuerbaren Druckluftleitung (28, 29) angeschlossen ist; und miteiner Druckluftleitung (27), die mit dem Druckraum (13) verbunden ist, der zumindest ein Schnellentlüftungsventil (24, 25) aufweist, das an eine nach außen geführte Entlüftungsleitung (30, 18) angeschlossen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den Pneumatikzylinder (9) zur Einleitung der Einfahrbewegung des Kolbens (10) ein Druckluftspeicher (22) angeschlossen ist, der zu seiner Befüllung mit einer Druckluftleitung (26) verbindbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Schachtrohr (2) zumindest ein Entlüftungsrohr (18) exzentrisch angeordnet ist, an dem der Kolbenstangenflansch (10) höhenverschieblich geführt ist, und das an seinem unteren, in den Druckraum (13) ragenden Abschnitt an eine Druckluftzufuhr anschließbar ist und mit seinem oberen Ende in einem gegen die Kolbenstange (11) gerichteten, im Sitz (16) des Zylinderdeckels (6) vorgesehenen Ausblasschlitz (19) mündet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im oberen Ende des Entlüftungsrohres (18) ein Einwegventil (31, 32) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, gekennzeichnet durch mehrere Entlüftungsrohre (18), die mit ihrem oberen Ende im Zylinderdeckel (6) befestigt sind und an ihrem unteren Ende gemeinsam einen Montageboden (20) tragen, auf dem der Pneumatikzylinder (9) festgelegt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schnellentlüftungsventil (24) im unteren Abschnitt des Entlüftungsrohres (18) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2-6, gekennzeichnet durch einen im Druckraum (13) des Schachtrohres (2) angeordneten, ein Schnellentlüftungsventil sowie ein 5/2 Wegeventil umfassenden Ventilblock (25), der an eine von außen zugeführte Luftleitung (26) angeschlossen ist und über Anschlußleitungen (23, 28, 29, 30) mit den beiden Kammern des Pneumatikzylinders (9), mit dem Druckluftspeicher (22) und den Entlüftungsrohren (18) in Verbindung steht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schachtrohr (2) an seinem oberen Ende mit einem in den Boden (1) absenkbaren Schachtrohrflansch (4) versehen ist, der zusammen mit einem ihn umschließenden Flanschkragen (5) eine Aufnahme für den Zylinderdeckel (6) bildet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zylinderdeckel (6) auf einer Zylinderdeckeldichtung (7) aufliegt und mit dem Schachtrohrflansch (4) verschraubt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zylinderdeckeldichtung (7) zugleich auch die Abdichtung gegenüber dem Kolbenstangenflansch (10) bei ausgefahrenem Kolben (10) bildet.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Sitz (16) des Zylinderdeckels (6) ein O-Ring (17) zur Abdichtung gegenüber dem Kolbenstangendeckel (12) vorgesehen ist.
