Abstract

To produce a sieve, sieve strips (2) are produced with openings (7) for sorting the fibre suspension. The long sides (4) with identical shape surfaces (5) along their length extension. At least two bar carriers have open recesses (6) at one side, at a given gap (a). Profile rods (1) are made, where the profile at the foot has a joint contour (10) to fit into the carrier recess (6). The sides are profiled with grooves (8) or projections (9), to fit into the shape surfaces (5) at the strips (2). The profile rods (1) are positioned in the carrier (3) recesses (6), parallel to each other, by laying or sliding into place, with the sieve strips (2) parallel to each other between them. The carriers (3) are manipulated into their final shape that, at the same time, distorts the mountings for the profile rods (1) and clamps them in place. Also claimed is a sieve where the carrier (3) is bent into a closed ring, with durably bonded butting ends, to give a cylindrical sieve body, or it is bent into an arc to give a sieve on a circle segment, or the carriers are flat to give a flat sieve body.

Description

The invention relates to a method according to the preamble of claim 1.

A sieve produced in this way can e.g. be a strainer basket in pressure sorters the pulp and paper industry is used to the fibrous suspension to be treated in a kind of re-screening. In most cases, non-fibers are said to be Contamination due to their size retained on a screen element and then be deposited. The fibers can together with some of the water Pass sorting openings. There are other uses of such devices, e.g. around to fractionate fiber-containing suspensions according to the fiber length or to e.g. to let unwanted fines through the sieve element and the fibers hold back. Basically, such machines are widely known and are often used. The screen element inserts are called screen baskets if they rotationally symmetrical, e.g. are cylindrical. To clog the Preventing sorting openings will usually move close to them Used reamer. Sieves which are produced by the method according to the invention, can also be used outside of the pulp and paper industry.

It can be assumed that such machines and the screens used therein usually serve their purpose. As is common throughout the industry, however The economic side of such separation processes is very important, which is why it always does has again attempted to close the screens, which can also be regarded as wearing parts cheaper. These parts are really expensive items, which are often to be replaced at certain intervals. Hence the special effort the manufacturer of such screens aims to produce them as cheaply as possible can.

As is known, there are different types of sorting openings for the seven. Man distinguishes between essentially round openings and elongated ones, the elongated openings in the extreme case are gaps that extend over the entire axial extent the sieve baskets run. The manufacturing processes are at the sorting openings adapted, which is why they are often essential for perforated screen baskets and slotted screen baskets differentiate. Modern manufacturing processes have already been found for slotted screens in which the sorting openings, i.e. the gaps, are arranged in parallel Rods are formed. However, this procedure is still due to the large number of Bars very expensive.

In the case of perforated sieves, the sorting openings are generally known through Methods such as Drilling or electrical erosion, placed in a sheet metal plate. In Stamped sheets are used in special cases. Even if the production processes rationalized by automatically working machines, especially the boring mills they are still quite expensive.

The invention has for its object to provide a method for producing screens create, with which the costs can be reduced without the quality deteriorating becomes. The effort involved in the production of screens of different sizes should also be be small.

This object is achieved by the features mentioned in the characterizing part of claim 1 solved.

Such sieve strips are easier to drill than the complete sieve plates because they are narrower and can be easily machined in a relatively small boring machine. A high degree of automation is possible in the manufacture and assembly of the parts. In in many cases they can have a smaller wall thickness due to the supporting profile bars have as perforated sieves or sieve shells formed from one piece. It is also important, that depending on the requirement and the size of the throughput in practice of different sizes Flat sieves or sieve baskets are required. While according to the state of the art manufactured strainer baskets of different sizes large and complex Manufacturing plants may require in the inventive method same plant sieve baskets of different diameters and different Height. The same applies to flat screens of different sizes.

Using the method according to the invention, sieve baskets or sieve trays manufactured, the problematic is eliminated due to the structure of several sieve strips Bending perforated, large-area sieve plates, which can lead to the Sieve baskets cannot be manufactured with sufficient precision.

On Fig. 1 you can see the components that are used to manufacture the invention Siebes are needed in an already assembled arrangement, but before Deformation step. You can see sieve strips 2 with the ones already inserted Sorting openings 7, which are exemplary from top to bottom of what is planned Direction of flow corresponds, have conically widening bores. Of course, other opening shapes are also conceivable. The sieve strips 2 contain on their long sides 4 over their longitudinal extent shaped surfaces 5. These are here inclined planes, which are located laterally on the elevations 9 on the sieve strips are located. The profile bars 1 contain mutually opposite grooves 8, which in essentially the above-mentioned shaped surfaces 5 of the sieve strips 2 complementary correspond. In this way there is a form-fit connection between the sieve strips and the profile bars possible. The profile bars 1 are in turn with a joining contour 10 provided, drawn here below, and point at the opposite of the joining contour Page 10, the top, elevations 11. The one, partially drawn here 3 has upwardly open recesses 6 which are at a distance a from one another are introduced. In these recesses 6 are the profile bars 1 with the help of their Anchored contour 10. The distance a and the width b of the sieve strips 2 are so chosen that a close-fitting bond between sieve strips and profile bars arises.

Wieviele solcher Reihen in Querrichtung der Siebstreifen angeordnet werden, hängt von den späteren Einsatzbedingungen, unter denen das erfindungsgemäß hergestellte Sieb benutzt werden soll, ab.Fig. 2 shows a variant in which the profile bars 1 on the joining contour 10th have an elevation 11 on the opposite side of the head, the upper edge of which is chamfered and which takes the angle α to the top 12 of the adjacent sieve strip. It is useful that the top of the profile bar and the top 12 of the Sieve strip on the scraper side of the sieve, with the scraper side what is meant is, on which - as already mentioned at the beginning - a scraper is moved past. Such bevels have in cooperation with the reamer and the inflowing suspension has a turbulence-increasing effect, which mostly leads to Keeping the sorting openings clear is an advantage. As a rule, the bevel is like this chosen that, seen in the direction of the scraper movement (arrow R), the flow from the Deflects the surface of the sieve strips. In the example shown in Fig. 2, includes a Sieve strips, viewed in the transverse direction, two rows of sorting openings. How many such rows in the transverse direction of the sieve strips depends on the later operating conditions under which the sieve produced according to the invention should be used from.

The design of the head side on the profile bars 1 depends on the Operating conditions of the sieve. As already mentioned, measures can be taken at the Head side lead to desired turbulence, which improve the function of the sieve. Therefore, these profile bars are both a carrying function for the sieve strips and also a hydraulic function, especially because of the possibility of design of the headboard. Cases are conceivable in which the head part is kept as small as possible is so that it essentially adjusts to the course of the upper edge of the sieve. Design options are available for this purpose within the scope of the invention. E.g. can also, but does not have to be reversed, as shown in Fig. 3, the guide geometry. i.e. that the sieve strips 2 'contain grooves 13 and the profile bars 1' projections 14th

Fig. 4 shows a perspective view of the example of an invention manufactured arcuate sieve as a partial view. It can become a strainer or too belong to a sieve cylinder (sieve basket). Because the necessary for the production of the sieve Deformation step has taken place, you can see the final arc shape.

Fig. 5 is similar in some respects to Fig. 3, but in contrast to this already completes this shaped sieve. Profile bars 1, sieve strips 2 and carrier 3 are through Residual stresses (arrows F) are positively connected to each other, whereby here has formed the shape of a flat plane screen.

Such measures are not expressly shown with those on the contact surfaces additional connections can be made by soldering, gluing or welding. The Measures themselves are known to the person skilled in the art. This allows in difficult applications further increase the strength of the sieve.
