Figur 1 zeigt eine Vorrichtung zum Entleeren einer an sich bekannten Verpackung in Form eines sackförmigen Großgebindes, nachfolgend Bulk Bag genannt, in schematischer Seitenansicht. Der Bulk Bag (1) weist einen das schüttfähige Gut aufnehmenden Innensack mit einem darum befindlichen Außensack auf (in Figur 1 nicht dargestellt, in Figur 2 Nr. 18 bzw. 17). Der Auslaufhals (13) des Bulk Bags, welcher die ineinander gebrachten Auslaufhälse des Innensacks und den Außensacks umfaßt, ist durch eine untere Sackabbindung (14) und eine obere Sackabbindung (15) verschlossen und gesichert. Ein Teil des Auslaufhalses des gegebenenfalls zusätzlich zugeschweißten Innensacks befindet sich in geeignet gefalteter Weise innerhalb oder am oberen Ende des Auslaufhalses des Außensacks. Mittels am Bulk Bag fixierten Tragschlaufen (2) läßt sich der Bulk Bag mittels eines Krans oder Flurförderfahrzeugs, welche ihrerseits bereits die Funktion einer Haltevorrichtung für den Bulk Bag übernehmen können, im wesentlichen zentral über die Doppeltubusvorrichtung gebracht. Gemäß der in Figur 1 dargestellten bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Haltevorrichtung für den Bulk Bag handelt es sich um eine auf einem Traggestell (4) montierte Aufnahmevorrichtung, insbesondere eine Aufnahmeschale (3) mit einer zentral angeordneten Öffnung zur Durchführung des Sackauslaufhalses (13). Die Doppeltubusvorrichtung befindet sich zentral unter der Öffnung der Aufnahmevorrichtung, und zwar in einem solchen Abstand, daß der Auslaufhals des Bulk Bags in die Doppeltubusvorrichtung hineinreicht. Zweckmäßigerweise enthält die Entleerungsvorrichtung eine Hebe-/Senkvorrichtung (5), womit die daran mittels einer Halterung (6) fixierte Doppeltubusvorrichtung gehoben und angesenkt werden kann. Die in Figur 1 nur schematisch dargestellte Hebe-/Senkvorrichtung (5) kann, wie dargestellt, an dem Traggestell (4) angreifen oder an einer separaten an der Aufnahmeschale fixierten Halterung. Gemäß einer weiteren Ausführungsform ist es möglich, nicht die Doppeltubusvorrichtung mit einer Hebe-/Senkvorrichtung auszustatten, sondern die Aufnahmevorrichtung für den Bulk Bag; vorzugsweise wird jedoch die Doppeltubusvorrichtung mit der Hebe-/Senkvorrichtung ausgestattet. Die Hebe-/Senkvorrichtung kann in beliebiger Form ausgebildet sein und mechanisch, pneumatisch oder elektrisch aktiviert werden. Besonders bevorzugt basiert die Hebe-/Senkvorrichtung auf einer Kombination aus einer Feder und einer von Hand zu betätigenden Hebevorrichtung, wobei durch Komprimieren der Feder mittels der Hebevorrichtung die Doppeltubusvorrichtung abgesenkt werden kann. Üblicherweise ruht die Doppeltubusvorrichtung auf zwei gegenüberliegend angebrachten Halterungen auf jeweils einer Hebe-/Senkvorrichtung. Von der Doppeltubusvorrichtung selbst ist in Figur 1 der äußere Tubus (7), der am unteren Rand angesetzte Auslauf (8), der in diesem Fall trichterförmig ausgebildet ist, ein am Auslauftrichter angesetzter Rohrstutzen (12), durch welchen das Schüttgut direkt oder über eine Dosiervorrichtung in den zu befüllenden Behälter eingetragen wird, dargestellt. Weitere Bestandteile der Doppeltubusvorrichtung sind der Verschlußring (9), der mittels einer oder mehreren Hebe-/Senkvorrichtungen, in Abbildung 1 als Verschlußspanner (10) ausgebildet, auf den Doppeltubus abgesenkt und wieder gehoben werden kann, sowie ein oder mehrere erfindungswesentliche Greifvorrichtungen (21) mit dazugehörigen Zugvorrichtungen (11). Der Verschlußring (9), der in geöffneter Position dargestellt ist, ist an seiner Unterseite mit einem Dichtungsring (19) ausgestattet.
