Abstract

Bei einem Justierverfahren für einen thermischen Überlastauslöser mit einer Anzahl von Bimetallstreifen (1) in einem mechanischen Abgriffsystem (2), das unter Bildung eines Auslöseabstands (y) mit einem Auslösemechanismus (3) in Wirkverbindung steht, wird eine Drehbewegung oder eine Linearbewegung in eine Abstandsänderung (Δy) umgesetzt. Um eine besonders einfache und zuverlässige Justierung zu ermöglichen, werden innerhalb eines nutzbaren Skalenbereichs (a,a') ein Toleranzausgleich durch Bewegung in eine Richtung und eine Auslösestromeinstellung durch Bewegung in die andere Richtung vorgenommen. Beide Einstellungen erfolgen mit dem gleichen in Form entweder eines Exzenters, eines Schnecken- bzw. Schraubengewindes oder eines Hebels ausgebildeten Ausgleichselement (9, 9'), dessen Skalenbereich (a, a') in einen einzigen Teilbereich (c, c') für die den Toleranzausgleich und in einen weiteren Teilbereich (b, b') für die Stromeinstellung unterteilt ist.
