Abstract

Um das Gas/Luft-Gemisch für einen Brenner (2) ohne Verwendung eines Sauerstoffühlers im Rauchgasabzug auch bei Verwendung von Brenngasen unterschiedlicher Wobbezahl zu optimieren, wird der Luftüberschuß des dem Brenner zugeführten Gemisches zunächst soweit erhöht bis das Flammensignal des Flammenfühlers (3) verschwindet, weil die Flamme vom Brenner abgehoben hat. Anschließend wird das Gas/Luft-Verhältnis um einen zuvor einmalig ermittelten vorgegebenen Wert in Richtung auf einen geringeren Luftüberschuß geändert, welcher dem Wert bei optimaler Verbrennung entspricht.
